What Good Vibrations is and what the offers are
Good Vibrations is a sex toy and intimacy retailer that sells through goodvibes.com and through its own stores. The footer credits Barnaby Ltd dba Good Vibrations and says the site is powered by Innov8 Solutions, Inc. of Las Vegas, and the home page title says the shop has offered discreet shipping since 1977. The about page describes the company as one of America's first sex-positive, shame-free, woman-friendly places to shop, with sex education sales associates in stores and online.
For a buyer hunting for a lower price there are three levers. A sales page lists bundles, kits and single toys with the original price printed beside the sale price. A banner on every page offers a percentage off one item with a code. And free discreet shipping starts at a stated basket size. Nothing on the site is a subscription, so every saving is a discount on a one-off purchase. The catch worth knowing first is that the banner code carries a long exclusion list, and sale items and kits are on it.
The sales page, the code and the shipping threshold
The sales page is where the larger reductions sit. It splits into bundles and sets, and featured sale items, and each tile prints a percentage off, the original price and the sale price. As of October 2026 the bundles included the Good Vibes Fall Pleasure Bundle at $82.00 against an original $166.98, and the featured items included house-brand vibrators, strokers and dildos alongside third-party toys. The home page has a hot deals section built the same way, and the menu keeps a standing "Deep Discounts" category. The sales page prints no end date for any price.
The banner reads, in October 2026, 15% off one item with code FALL15, with an asterisk; the seasonal name aside, the site prints no closing date for it and no limit beyond "one item". The asterisk leads to the footer: promotions exclude gift cards, kits, sale items, extended protection plans and a long list of named brands, among them Lelo, We-Vibe, Womanizer, Lovense and Magic Wand. That leaves full-price single items from brands not on the list, and it keeps the code off the sales page.
Coupons beyond the banner follow rules set out on the help page. Email coupons apply automatically when a subscriber clicks through and meets the stated criteria, such as a minimum order; printed coupons carry a code to enter at checkout or quote by phone; most coupon offers have an expiration date and many cannot be combined with other offers. The email list itself, joined by double opt-in, promises subscribers special offers, savings and promotions without naming an amount.
Shipping is the third lever. In October 2026 the banner reads free discreet shipping on orders of $85+, and the help page limits free shipping offers to the 50 US states and armed forces addresses, not US territories. Below that line the charge is set by weight, size and method and shown at checkout: the domestic table starts at $5.95 for the first pound by untracked mail, with tracked and insured ground, second-day and overnight options above it. International rates sit in a country table stamped July 31, 2008, so the checkout figure is the one that counts outside the US.
After the purchase: no renewal, few ways back
Nothing on the site describes a recurring charge; a purchase is a single payment, with no plan to convert and no add-on pre-selected. What deserves attention is how little can be undone. Once an order has been processed it cannot be changed or stopped from shipping. A buyer who changes their mind before delivery can mark the unopened box "Return to sender", and the help page says the shop then credits the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee, with no credit for shipping.
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days from one of several warehouses, in plain packaging with "Barnaby LTD" on the return address, and a larger order may arrive in several parcels for a single shipping charge. Parcels sent by UPS or FedEx are tracked and insured and can be replaced or refunded if lost; the shop takes no liability for USPS or DHL parcels, which covers every order to APO, FPO and PO box addresses. It does not ship to prisons, schools or churches.
Billing
The help page names the processor and the statement line: card charges are processed by Innov8 Solutions, Inc. and show on the card statement as "Barnaby LTD*1-833-475-1362." It also accepts PayPal, and personal checks or money orders from US bank accounts payable to Innov8 Solutions, Inc.; an order paid by personal check waits three weeks before it ships. Account holders can store a card, which the help page says is kept as a token with the card type, last four digits and expiry date, and can delete it from the account page. Sales tax or VAT is charged where applicable based on the shipping address. A buyer who prefers to order by phone can call the US number between 7:00am and 4:00pm Pacific, Monday to Friday.
Getting out: returns and store credit
The return rule is strict. "All sales are final," the help page says, and once the shipping box has been opened an item may not be returned or exchanged. Toys and intimate apparel ordered by mistake cannot be exchanged. If the shop sent the wrong item, it replaces it, and the item goes back within 60 days of purchase with a return authorization number. A defective product is handled through the manufacturer's warranty, either with customer service's help or directly with the maker. If a parcel comes back undeliverable through the shop's or the carrier's error, the buyer chooses between a replacement and a full refund.
Store credit, including the credit from a returned unopened box, expires after one year with no purchase activity. eGift cards are non-refundable once e-mailed, carry no fees and no expiration date, and cannot buy other eGift cards. Customer service answers by phone from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm Pacific on weekdays and 9:00 am to 11:00 pm at weekends, and replies to e-mail within 24 hours.
Gift cards and the rewards program
In October 2026 the eGift card page offered preset amounts with a stated maximum of $500.00 per card, a recipient e-mail, a message of up to 300 characters and a send time at least 24 hours after purchase. All eGift card orders go through a review before sending, and they can only be redeemed online at goodvibes.com. The footer links a Good Vibes Rewards program and its FAQ; the site does not publish how points are earned or what they are worth.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The catalog runs from vibrators of many types, dildos, lube, penis toys, anal toys, BDSM and fetish items, harnesses and lingerie to books, condoms, sexual health products and kits, with a premium toys section and the shop's own Good Vibes line. Guides on choosing a toy, a dildo, lube or a cock ring sit beside hubs for menopause, men's health, plus-size and trans and gender non-conforming readers.
The sales page suits someone who can accept whatever is marked down, kits included, and wants the printed original and sale prices side by side. The code suits a shopper buying one full-price item from a brand not on the exclusion list. The free-shipping line suits larger US baskets. The offer fits less well a buyer who wants the code on a kit, a sale item or one of the excluded brands, anyone who may want to return an opened item, or an international buyer relying on a shipping table that old.
