What Fun-Mates is and what the saving looks like
Fun-Mates is an online shop for vibrators and related products: bullet, rabbit and egg vibrators, Kegel balls, butterfly and sucking vibrators, long distance toys, facial cleansing devices and accessories. The footer on every page credits Fun-Mates LIT Electronic Techlonogy Co.,LTD, and the contact page gives Shenzhen Lit Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., with an office address in Shenzhen and a Chinese phone number. The home page says the business was established in 2016, started from the United States and has expanded to North America, Europe, Asia and other markets, and it describes itself as the largest bullet vibrator manufacturer in China. That is the brand's own claim, and no page offers a source for it.
There is no membership, trial or subscription here, which keeps the money side simple. The saving is the marked-down price on individual items in the hot-sales collection, plus free shipping above a stated order value. The site shows no coupon code, no first-order discount and no stated sign-up bonus. The home page does carry a newsletter box promising offers and news, but it names no discount for joining.
The sale collection and how the markdowns are shown
The hot-sales collection is where the offer lives. Items on sale carry a "Sale" tag, a "Save" percentage, and the old and new prices side by side. In October 2026 the collection listed an app-controlled sucking vibrator at $48.00 against $60.00 with a Save 20% tag, and the tags across its first page ran from Save 16% on a 3 in 1 rabbit vibrator to Save 43% on a weighted Kegel ball exercise kit, with egg vibrators, a wand massager, a wearable vibrator and a Kegel ball set in between. Other products on the same page carry no tag at all: a lipstick-style sucking toy, an app-controlled egg vibrator and the bullet vibrators are each listed at a single plain price. So the percentage appears item by item, and not everything in the collection is marked down.
The collection prints no end date for these markdowns and does not say whether they apply to new customers only, whether they combine with anything else, or how many units are offered at the sale price. Each reduction is visible on the tile before anything goes into the cart.
Accessories are priced separately. The accessories collection lists replacement USB charging cords and a silicone whip as plain-priced items, and the FAQ asks owners to charge with the original Fun-Mates USB cable and notes that the vibrators cannot work while charging.
Shipping thresholds and delivery terms
Delivery is the second place where an order can cost less. As of October 2026 the banner on every page advertises free shipping, and the shipping policy breaks that into free standard shipping over $50, free fast shipping over $59 and an expedited option at $20. The policy names UPS, DHL and USPS for the final delivery and says orders travel with the 4PX or YunExpress courier companies before the US hand-off. The list of destination countries covers the United States, Canada, most of Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and parts of Asia.
The shipping page splits delivery by warehouse. Orders from the US warehouse go expedited by UPS in 1-2 business days or standard by USPS in 3-5 business days. Orders from China go standard in 10-15 business days or fast in 5-10 business days, with a daily order cut-off at 5:00 pm Beijing time. Processing is stated as 1-2 business days, and the page puts shipping to the US at 3-12 business days. The home page says delivery is received within 1-2 weeks after purchase, the FAQ gives about 1-2 weeks for international air freight, and the tracking note warns that some locations take up to 8 to 12 working days. The figures differ from page to page; what they agree on is that items from US stock arrive faster than those shipped from China.
A few cost rules matter. Clients cover the resend cost if a parcel is returned for an insufficient or wrong address, and the policy says no reshipping is arranged for parcels returned for wrong or incomplete addresses or because nobody collected them. The delivery address can be changed only before dispatch, by contacting customer service at once. Customs clearance outside the US can add delay, and local customs may ask for extra documents.
After the purchase: one payment, no follow-on charge
An order is a one-time payment for the items in the cart: no plan converts, no date renews, no add-on sits pre-ticked, and no token or credit balance can lapse. The only deferred element is the refund timing described below. The refund policy is written for all items and names no separate rule for marked-down products.
Billing and payment methods
The home page states: secure payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Klarna. Prices are shown in dollars. The footer links a Payment Method page, but the site's text names no payment processor and no billing descriptor, so the wording of the charge on a card statement is not published. The FAQ says every toy ships discreetly packaged, which concerns the parcel rather than the statement line.
The shipping policy says that for the United States and Canada all packages are shipped from Fun-Mates, and that American customers pay no additional tax on the products, only the final sale price. For other destinations the site does not describe VAT or import charges beyond the remark that customs may require documents.
Returns, refunds, cancellation and warranty
The refund policy opens with a 30-day return policy: the customer has 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in the condition it was received in, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and the buyer must supply the receipt or proof of purchase. If a return is accepted, the shop sends a return shipping label and instructions, with the return address given by mail after the request. Items sent back without first requesting a return are not accepted.
On cost, the policy says Fun-Mates is responsible for return or exchange logistics costs only when the cause is product damage. Defective, damaged or wrong items should be reported right after the order arrives. For exchanges, the fastest route is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the replacement. Shipments into the European Union carry a 14 day cooling-off right, counted from dispatch, with the same condition requirements.
Once the shop receives and inspects a return, it notifies the buyer whether the refund was approved. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days, and the policy notes that the bank or card company may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days pass after the shop received the return, the buyer is told to write to the shop. The policy names no restocking fee and no cut-off for canceling an order before dispatch: the FAQ says to contact the team immediately and it will try to sort it out. All Fun-Mates products carry a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the purchase date, which the home page frames under the heading "Satisfied or Refunded", and the FAQ adds that the shop sells new items only. Support is by e-mail, which the home page says runs around the clock, by contact form and by phone.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The products are mostly small rechargeable vibrators in the shapes the menu lists, with several app-controlled or remote-controlled models in the sale collection and a separate US Stock section in the menu. The site presents them for solo use and for couples, and publishes blog posts on Kegel balls and a dual-motor rabbit-style vibrator. The description of what each product does is the brand's own.
The offer suits a shopper who wants a single item or a small order, likes seeing the old price next to the new one, and is comfortable with a 30-day return window that requires the item to be unused. It fits less well a buyer who wants a named processor and statement descriptor before paying, a buyer outside the United States who needs tax and import costs spelled out, or someone who expects to try a product and send it back after use. Delivery from the China warehouse also takes longer than from US stock, which matters for anyone buying against a date.
