A gear shop with a sale section where returns stop
Full Kit Gear sells jocks, underwear, swimwear, leather and rubber wear, streetwear and accessories, and also a toys and lube section that covers cock rings, impact and restraint items, plugs, hygiene products and lubricants. The terms name the operator as Full Kit Gear, Inc., run from offices in Chicago, and the FAQ says the company also keeps two shops, in Chicago and Provincetown. So most of what is sold is clothing, and the toy range is one part of a men's gear catalog. The shop is a one-order store with no trial and no renewal. The offer worth knowing is the sale section, and the main limit to know is that final sale and clearance items are not returnable unless defective.
The site prints no sitewide code and no first-order discount, and the sale pages carry no closing date. The footer offers an e-mail sign-up for news of "sales, new releases and more" without naming a coupon or amount.
The sale section and the shipping line
The sale collection lists products with a current price beside the earlier one, spread across the clothing and toy ranges, from brands the page names as Cellblock13, Timoteo, Nasty Pig, Code 22, FK Sport, Locker Gear and Cocksox. The collection's own text says new items are added weekly, that sale prices are "Limited to stock on hand", and that there are "no price adjustments for prior orders", so a buyer who paid full price last week gets nothing back when the same item drops. The FAQ says nearly all prices match between the two shops and the website, but a promotion may run in one place and not the others, because of excess stock in one location, a promotion the shop may not offer in a given market, or a local price match.
In October 2026 the sale page showed a Cocksox Flex Mode trunk at $31.99 against $39.99 and a small toy from the toys and lube section at $10.00 against $17.99.
Shipping is the second lever. As of October 2026 the shipping page states free Priority Mail shipping in the USA on all orders over $99, and a flat $9.99 for orders of $98.99 and below. The thresholds apply to the total before tax, and only items that need shipping count toward them, so gift cards and other non-shipped items do not help a basket reach the free line. All shipping options include tracking, and in-stock orders are meant to ship within two business days of receipt. Faster two and three day delivery is quoted on request. A few items need special handling and print their extra charge in the product description.
After the order: where the offer stops
Nothing recurs here: a one-off basket has no plan behind it and no add-on to untick. The practical question is what happens when something is wrong. If a sale price or promotion shown on a product page is not reflected at checkout, the FAQ says to contact the shop, and when appropriate it will refund the overpayment to the card used or edit the order. It calls this very rare.
Special orders work differently. For items from its core brands, the shop says it can often add an item to its next order without a surcharge, but in most cases it asks for a 50% deposit or full payment in advance. If it cannot get the item, the FAQ promises a full refund, and it warns that rush or special orders may carry an extra surcharge whose amount is not printed. When a size or color sells out, a restock notification sign-up may appear, and the FAQ says it does not add the address to the newsletter.
Tax is added where the shop has a presence. The FAQ says it collects sales tax on orders shipped to Illinois or Massachusetts, because of its shops in Chicago and Provincetown. Shipping and handling are taxable in Illinois, and clothing is generally not taxable in Massachusetts, with exceptions for jocks and pricier items. Orders shipped elsewhere carry no tax from the shop, and gift cards are not taxable.
Billing
The terms state that all prices are in US dollars and that all charges are paid in advance, in dollars, unless agreed otherwise. No page names the payment provider or lists accepted card brands, and none gives the wording of a statement line. What the shipping pages do describe is the parcel: nondescript packaging, often USPS Priority Mail boxes or envelopes, with "FKG, Inc." as the return address, and Priority Mail as the default, so PO boxes are accepted. Electronic gift cards come in set denominations, are e-mailed straight away and can go directly to a recipient; online gift card codes work only on the website, while plastic cards sold in the shops work only in the shops.
Delivery coverage is stated differently on separate pages. The shipping and returns page and the FAQ say the shop ships within the US only, the FAQ adding that shipping to Canada is suspended until customs costs settle, while the separate shipping policy still says the United States and Canada. Both pages exclude military APO boxes, and the FAQ says orders cannot be shipped to Alabama because of a state law on adult items. A parcel sent on through a freight forwarder leaves the shop's responsibility once delivered to the forwarder, with no replacement or refund.
Getting out: returns and refunds
The shipping and returns page allows a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused, unworn condition with the original tags, not washed or altered, and the goods must reach the shop within 30 days of the order date. To start one, the buyer logs in, picks the items from the order history and waits for the shop to approve the request and send a return label; the FAQ says unapproved parcels may be sent back unopened. As of October 2026 each return carries a $10 flat fee deducted from the refund. Defective or wrong items are exchanged or refunded within 30 days, and an approved return can also be taken to either shop for an exchange or merchandise credit.
The limits are firm. Underwear, swimwear, socks, intimate apparel, adult novelties, body jewelry and anything that can touch bodily fluids may not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect, and the terms call returns of personal items impossible under health rules and state law. Final sale and clearance items are not returnable unless defective, which matters because the sale section is where the discounts live. Once a carrier marks a parcel delivered, the shipping page says neither the carrier nor the shop is liable for it; for a parcel lost in transit, the FAQ says the shop will start a claim and a refund after the buyer has checked with the Post Office. Contact is by form, the contact page aims to answer within 48 hours, and mail goes to a PO box in Provincetown.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The catalog is the shop's own FK Sport, FK Leather and FK Play lines plus brands such as Nasty Pig, Cellblock13, Cocksox, Timoteo, Oxballs and Square Peg Toys. Garments that need fitting or alteration are sold only in the shops, according to the FAQ.
The offer suits a US shopper who wants clothing or a few accessories at a marked price and clears the free shipping line anyway. It suits less well someone buying personal items they might want to send back, since those are not returnable, or someone in Canada, where the shop's own pages disagree on whether it ships at all.
