A bondage and toy shop with a storewide code
Extreme Restraints is an online store for bondage gear, BDSM equipment, sex toys, electrosex units, sex machines, lubricants and fetish clothing. The terms name the operator as XR, LLC doing business as Extreme Restraints, and the FAQ says the shop is privately owned and run from California and has been trading for more than 20 years, with more than 64,000 reviews and a 4.7 out of 5 rating, all of which are the shop's own claims. It is a one-order shop, with no trial and nothing that renews. The savings come from a code shown on every page, a clearance section, a coupon for new e-mail subscribers and a free rewards program.
The standing offer is a code, PRIME. In October 2026 the header banner read "EXTRA 25% OFF Storewide! Code: PRIME" and product tiles across the site carried the line "EXTRA 25% OFF with code: PRIME". No closing date sits beside it, and the site does not say whether it stacks with the clearance reductions, whether there is a minimum order, or whether it is limited to one use, so those limits only show up in the cart. The shop's second domain runs its own banner for one house line, offering the same extra cut on Master Series under the code MASTER.
The ladder of savings
Durable facts first. The shop layers its discounts. One layer is the code. Another is the clearance and overstock sections, where each tile prints an earlier price, a current price and a "You save" amount with a percentage. A third is a coupon sent to new subscribers of the mailing list. The last is Extreme Rewards, which the FAQ says is free to join by creating an account and which earns members more discounts than ordinary e-mail and SMS subscribers receive; the pages do not print its earning rate or reward values.
In October 2026 the newsletter page offered a coupon code good for $10 off the next order of $50 or more, delivered by e-mail and valid only for new e-mail subscribers. The clearance page that month described its stock as vibrators, strokers, dildos, cock rings and BDSM essentials "at up to 60% off", sold while supplies last, and each tile there and on the brand pages prints its own was price, now price and percentage. The FAQ adds that promotions run often and tells shoppers to check the home page for the current offer.
Because the percentage differs from tile to tile, the tile is the number to read; no clearance price carries a closing date.
Shipping thresholds
As of October 2026 the free shipping line differs between pages. The FAQ on the main site says eligible orders over $119 ship free across North America and eligible international orders over $229 ship free. A page on the shop's second domain says shipping is free when an order reaches $229 in the contiguous US. The FAQ says the cart always shows whether free shipping applies. Oversized items such as beds and large furniture are excluded, and eligibility "can change". Orders after 1PM PST ship the next day; the second domain says most orders leave the Huntington Beach warehouse within 24 hours during the workweek, and the help page says a guest checkout gets its tracking e-mail within 48 hours. A plain box carries no logos or product information outside.
The terms say the store ships to the United States and Canada and that Canadian orders carry duties, taxes and customs fees paid by the recipient. The FAQ, by contrast, says the shop ships worldwide to 164 countries and warns that duties may be charged on arrival. Which statement governs a given address is not resolved on the pages.
After the order: what stays open
Nothing recurs, so there is no rebill and no pre-selected add-on to look for. The sign-up coupon is delivered by e-mail, and the pages do not say how long it stays valid. SMS marketing is a separate opt-in, and the terms say enrollment is never a condition of purchase, with standard message and data rates applying. The terms also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, and the pages give no window in which a customer can cancel an order after placing it.
Billing
The accepted payment methods are listed in the FAQ: major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Google Pay, Venmo and PayPal, with monthly payment options offered through PayPal at checkout. Store credit and gift cards are also accepted. Prices are shown in US dollars. The FAQ says full card details are not stored on the shop's servers, and no payment processor is named.
The billing name is stated on the second domain: when you check your credit card or bank statement, the page says, it will show XR, LLC, and another passage says a charge will only ever come from the parent company XR, LLC. So a statement line will not read Extreme Restraints. The same page says everything ships in a plain, unmarked box.
Getting out: returns and refunds
The returns page, last updated June 23, 2026, sets separate windows for change of mind and for defects. Unwanted items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit, with a restocking fee that "may apply" (the FAQ says it does apply), and the item must be unused and in its original, complete packaging. Defective items are covered for 30 days from delivery for a replacement or exchange, and the shop may ask for photos or details. Used intimate items cannot be returned, and the shop sells only new goods.
The key limit is the form of the remedy. The returns page asks "Do you offer cash refunds?" and answers that returns are resolved with store credit or an exchange rather than a cash refund. The terms pull the other way, saying all sales are final unless the return policy says otherwise, and that approved refunds go to the original payment method within a reasonable period. The help page still speaks of a "Satisfaction Guarantee on our entire line of products", but the dated returns page names store credit as the outcome of a change-of-mind return. Returns start by e-mail with an order number, because the shop handles them directly instead of through self-service. Customers in the EU and other regions with a statutory cooling-off period have a separate right of withdrawal, which the returns page says is the only exception. The restocking fee amount is not printed. Customer service runs Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm PT and Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm PT, by e-mail, chat or phone, while phone order-takers answer around the clock.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The catalog covers restraints, collars, gags, rope and impact items, chastity devices, dildos and vibrators, masturbators, e-stim gear, sex furniture and machines, and a long list of house and third-party brands including Master Series, Strict Leather and Zeus Electrosex. The FAQ links to 98 brands, which is the shop's own figure.
The offer suits a buyer who plans to keep what they order, can stay above a free shipping line, and is happy with store credit if something is wrong. It suits less well a shopper who wants a cash refund on a change of mind, or one outside the United States and Canada who needs a firm answer on duties and shipping before ordering.
