What the shop is and what the saving looks like

Dildo.us is an online store for dildos and other adult toys, with strap-ons and harnesses, anal toys, vibrators, masturbators, lubricant and bondage gear around its core range. The shipping page says the company that owns the shop is C&P Tech, LLC, and the footer gives its address in Kennesaw, Georgia. The home page claims more than 10 years of experience in choosing its range, which is the shop's own description.

Every order is a one-off purchase, with no plan, trial or renewal attached. The saving comes from a discount collection aimed at cheap dildos, items shown with a sale price and a printed saving, a free-shipping threshold on US orders, and a newsletter that promises promotions and sales. Two terms limit the saving: only one promotion can be applied to each product, and the convenience return window is short. Both are covered below.

The price ladder and the sale pricing

The ladder is by product, not by plan. The range runs from beginner-friendly silicone dildos to large realistic and vibrating models, and the discount collection presents itself as a budget guide to items under $25 as read in October 2026. The store also lists brand filters, a group of signature-line dildos and a huge-toys section.

In October 2026 the home page showed several items with a "Sale price" and a printed saving. An 11 inch signature-line dildo with a removable suction cup was listed at a sale price of $56.41 with "Save $23.58", and a crystalline dildo in the beginner range carried its own smaller "Save" label. The saving is the store's printed figure. Most other items in the grids carry only a "Regular price", and some large dildos show a "Sale price" with no saving printed beside it.

The marketing text on the cheap-dildos page, read in October 2026, makes further promises that come without mechanics. It says the newsletter sends alerts about flash sales, that pairing a cheap dildo with lube or a cleaner takes 20% off, that seasonal events bring the deepest deals, and that a clearance section rotates weekly. The page names no code, no end date and no minimum for any of these, so the cart is where to confirm what applies.

The one-promotion rule

The terms of service define a promotion broadly: sales, deals, kits, fantasy baskets, coupons and discount codes, plus any other price-reducing incentive the store introduces. The rule that follows is the one that matters for stacking. Only one promotion can be applied to each product purchased from the website. The terms give an example: if a coupon code is applied to a product and the buyer then considers buying that product in a deal or a kit, the buyer must choose which promotion applies. A newsletter coupon and a marked-down kit do not combine on the same product.

Shipping costs and timing

Free shipping is a standing term, and the shipping page, read in October 2026, presents it as rule 1 of what it calls its code of ethics. By default, every order over $69.00 ships free in the continental US, and smaller orders pay a low fee from $4.99 to $7.99. At checkout a buyer can keep the free option or pay for a faster one: the page prices 3-day and 2-day options at one rate for orders over the threshold and a lower one below it, with overnight flat rates at the top of the scale and heavy or oversized items quoted on request. Canada, Mexico and US international addresses pay a single flat rate, and other countries are asked to contact the store. Standard orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, transit times are the carriers' estimates and are not guaranteed, and every shipment gets a tracking number.

Stock matters for timing. The terms say the shop does not keep all merchandise in its own warehouses, so an item shown "In Stock" may be sold out by the time the order is processed. If an item is out of stock, the card is not charged until the merchandise ships, and the terms say back-ordered items come into stock within one to four weeks, sometimes longer. If the order is not ready to ship within 30 days, the store says it will send an update by email. If a back-ordered item will no longer be available, it is canceled from the order and the refund goes back to the card within 1 business day; a payment made by check or money order comes back as store credit instead.

Billing and the statement name

The shop's pages give two billing names. The home page says all transactions are processed under the name C&P Tech, LLC and that the name "dildo.us" will not appear on a credit card or bank statement, and the shipping page says the card statement will read "Online Merchandise" along with the company name C&P Tech, LLC, with the box label reading "Online Merchandise" too. The terms of service, by contrast, say boxes carry WEB Merchants, Inc. as the return address and that charges are listed as WEB Merchants, Inc. on card statements. A buyer checking a statement may see either name.

No processor, card list or wallet list is printed anywhere in the shop. The terms say an outside credit card processing company bills customers and an outside shipping company ships orders, neither keeping personal information for other purposes. The footer credits Shopify as the store platform, and product listings say taxes are calculated at checkout. International buyers are the importer of record and carry customs duties and taxes, customs forms describe the parcel as "Online Merchandise" at its true value, and the terms say the shop will not issue credit for items seized by customs.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

The refund policy distinguishes 2 cases, and the 7-day case is the one that applies to a change of mind.

  • Defective items: the buyer has 30 days from the delivery date to report a defect. The item is replaced or refunded, and the shop provides prepaid shipping labels.
  • Convenience returns: the buyer has 7 days from delivery to return unused items. The product must be unused and returned in its original, undamaged, unopened package. The policy calls this a "No Question Asked" return, and the footer advertises the convenience return as free.

All returns must be pre-authorized. The buyer emails customer service for an RMA number, sends the package to the location given, and the refund follows once the shop receives it, with up to 3 business days allowed for the credit or replacement. The policy says the shop pays return shipping for a defective item and is silent on who pays it for a convenience return. The terms add a pricing clause: if an item is mispriced and the correct price is higher, the store may contact the buyer before shipping or cancel the order and say so.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog is wide for a shop that names one product in its address: dildos by type (bendable, realistic, vibrating, glass, double-ended, suction cup), strap-ons and harnesses, anal toys, lube, toy cleaners, masturbators, sex machines and bondage items, with brand filters for many manufacturers.

The offer suits a buyer who wants a low-cost starter toy and a short, clear return rule, or someone who prefers a statement that does not name the shop. It suits less well a buyer who wants to stack a code on a sale item, since only one promotion applies per product, or someone who may want to return a toy after trying it, since the convenience return requires an unused item in its unopened package. The printed markdowns are modest and few, and the larger promises on the cheap-dildos page come without terms.
