Condom Depot

What Condom Depot is and what the saving looks like

Condom Depot is an online shop run by Yabai Distribution, LLC, which the site's pages give as the company trading as CondomDepot.com in Clearwater, Florida. The FAQ says it has sold condoms online since 1996. It stocks condoms, personal lubricant and adult toys, and the toy range runs from vibrators, dildos and anal toys to cock rings, strokers, couples gifts and bondage gear.

Orders are one-off purchases with no account fee, plan or renewal behind them. The saving comes from struck-through sale prices on selected products, a combined clearance and sale section, a newsletter that promises subscriber-only coupons, and free shipping once an order passes a set total. A reader who wants a toy or a condom sampler for less, and wants to know what will show on the card statement, gets a direct answer on both from the store's own pages.

The standing offers, in detail

The durable part is the sale tag. Products carry a "Sale!" label, and where a product has one fixed price the page shows an "Original price was" figure struck through beside a "Current price is" figure. Variable-size products such as condom boxes show a price range instead. Toys sit in the sale mix next to condoms and lube, so the sale section is not only a condom clearance.

In October 2026 the home page listed the 100 Condom Value Pack at $29.99 against an original price of $46.99, and the store's own-brand condom sampler at $39.99 against $56.99. On the toy page a VeDO thrusting G-spot vibrator carried a struck-through original price beside its current one, and the Clearance and Sale page added several more toys with struck-through prices, among them cock rings, a vibrator, an anal plug set and a stroker.

The clearance page states its own limits, and they matter more than the headline price. It describes clearance condoms as the same quality as regular stock, sold at a discount when they are within 15 months of their expiration date. The selection changes frequently, so a favorite brand may be missing on a given day. Coupons cannot be applied to clearance items, and free shipping is not available on them, so a coupon and a clearance basket do not combine.

The newsletter sign-up in the header promises VIP-only coupons and sales to subscribers. It states no discount amount, schedule or minimum order, so it is a way to hear about offers rather than an offer with terms of its own. The header also carried a dated Halloween sale in October 2026, 12% off with the code PUMPKIN, which the banner says ends Oct 31 and excludes 500 packs and cases of 1,000.

Shipping costs and the free threshold

Free shipping is the other standing mechanism. As listed in October 2026, US orders of $49 or more ship free by USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimate of 4-10 days and no guaranteed date, to the USA, Puerto Rico, the USVI and military addresses. Orders under $49 ship by USPS at flat rates. Faster options are paid: USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air each show a starting price on the shipping page, and UPS Ground has no fixed time. Orders placed by 12 PM ET on a weekday ship the same day, or by 2 PM ET for the UPS air services, and the warehouse is closed at weekends and on federal holidays.

Three shipping rules affect the total. Bulk case orders of 500 or more condoms do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. And an undeliverable order can take up to 14 days to come back and needs a second shipping fee to go out again, so the page asks buyers to check the address.

After the purchase: what renews and what does not

Nothing converts into anything. No page describes a trial, a recurring charge, a membership fee or a pre-selected add-on at checkout.

For buyers abroad, the international page sets the conditions. Orders must ship to the card holder's billing address, PayPal is accepted only for orders shipped to the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom, and the customer pays customs duties, taxes and fees. The shipping page lists the countries the store does not ship to, explains how parcels are labeled by destination, and says there are no refunds for returned or undeliverable international orders, which cannot be rerouted or edited after shipping.

Billing and the statement descriptor

The FAQ says checkout is encrypted and powered by WooPayments. The shipping and returns page states that credit and debit card orders are billed as Cfast.org and PayPal orders appear as YABAILLCCOM, and that the word "condom" never appears on the statement or the box. The About page repeats the Cfast.org name and adds one exception: American Express corporate cards will categorize the charge as Health & Beauty, Condoms, and the store says it cannot change how AmEx categorizes corporate card spending.

The footer shows Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo. Parcels go out in a plain, unmarked box with a Clearwater return address and no logos.

Getting out: returns and refunds

There is no subscription to cancel, so the exit that matters is the return policy, and it varies by product type. Returns must be authorized in advance through the Help Center, the contact form or the 24/7 text line, and unauthorized packages may be refused. As the returns page read in October 2026 states it:

• Retail orders under 100 condoms carry a 30-day guarantee: return all or part within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
• A 15% Return Merchandise Fee applies, and original shipping is non-refundable.
• Return authorization comes first, and the item ships back within 7 days. The customer covers return shipping unless the return is the store's error.
• Orders of 100 or more condoms are final sale. If the store made an error, such as a wrong product, missing items or shipping damage, it will reship or refund, and the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• All sales of vibrating and non-vibrating toys and massagers are final. A defective or wrong item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and the store offers an identical replacement or a refund once the item is returned, with the original packaging and return authorization required.

Refunds are issued once the return arrives, and the store says returned products are never resold but donated to HIV prevention groups or destroyed. A return fee is a real cost when a sale price was the reason for buying, and the toy rule applies to every toy sale, marked down or not.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog spans condoms by brand, style and size, including bulk cases; personal lubricant; and erotic toys, with a couples and romantic gifts section and seasonal gift pages. The store also publishes buying guides and a condom size chart.

The offer suits someone who wants a one-off purchase with a visible markdown, such as a sampler to find a fit or a toy on sale, and who values a statement that does not name the store. The free-shipping threshold rewards a basket that is built up rather than a single small item. It suits less well a buyer who wants to return a toy that disappoints, a buyer who expects a coupon to apply to clearance stock, or a buyer abroad who wants a refund on an order that does not arrive.
