What Concorde Love is and what the offer is

Concorde Love is a French online sex shop for toys, lingerie, fetish gear, lubricants, condoms, massage products, games and books. The legal notice names CONCORDE LOVE as the publisher, based in Champigny-sur-Marne, and the terms of sale name CONCORDE SAS as the company running the site. The home page calls the business a specialist in adult pleasure since 1969, tells how its first Paris shop opened in 1979, and points to a two-level store in Paris that also serves as a pickup point. It says the site carries nearly 1500 sex toys and other erotic items in stock, which is the shop's own count.

Every purchase is a one-off order: there is no plan, nothing renews and no trial converts. The savings come from several things the shop prints: a first-order discount code in the header of every page, a second code for baskets above a set amount, a Promotions section with marked-down items and boxed sets, a free gift at a stated basket value, free delivery above a threshold and a way to split a payment into four. The site is written in French and prices are in euros, tax included.

The codes and the standing offers

Two codes are printed on the shop's own pages. In October 2026 the header read -15% on your first order, with the code WELCOME15. The codes page adds a second one: -15% on an order from 30€ with the code PLAISIR15. Neither page says whether the two can be used together, whether a code works on items that are already reduced, or how long either runs. The newsletter box in the footer offers the same percentage on an order in return for a subscription, and the codes page also points to a selection of reduced items.

The codes page lists a gift of the moment as well. As read in October 2026, the shop offered a rabbit vibrator called My Viscountess with purchases from 89€ on the site, while stock lasts. The cart panel sets out the two basket tiers that follow the first: free delivery from 69€, then a free lubricant at a higher basket value. When the cart is open it also suggests small add-on packs, each shown at a reduced price, but nothing is placed in the basket unless the buyer adds it.

The Promotions section

The Promotions page, which the shop introduces as the place for bargains, runs over several pages of marked-down items. Each line shows the earlier price, the reduction, the new price and the saving in euros. In October 2026 the reductions ranged widely from item to item, from small cuts on connected toys to deep cuts on lingerie and on Pretty Love penis sleeves and rings. A boxed starter set for anal play was shown at 39,90€ against 79,90€, with the saving printed beside it.

The page gives no end date for these prices and describes them as sales, so the label on the product is the figure to trust rather than any headline percentage. The section also holds large boxed sets of several products, each with its own stated reduction against its earlier price.

After the order: delivery, identity checks and exceptions

A few conditions in the terms of sale matter for the timing and the total. As of October 2026 delivery is free from 69€, and parcels are described as discreet, with no visible mention of the contents. The terms put processing, meaning validation, packing and dispatch, at 72 hours in general, and say that unless stated otherwise at checkout, delivery happens within a maximum of 30 days of order confirmation. A product page adds that next-day Chronopost delivery and store pickup are offered in metropolitan France. If a delivery is late, the customer can ask the shop to deliver within a further reasonable period, and if that also fails the customer can cancel the order and obtain a full refund of the sums paid.

For a first order above 150 euros, as the terms read in October 2026, the shop asks for proof of identity and proof of address, and says the order will not ship until both documents have arrived. The terms describe this as a protection for card payments and say the documents stay strictly confidential. That is a delay that can apply to a larger first basket, code or not.

The terms say the catalog ships worldwide, but some items can be restricted to metropolitan France: items banned in some countries by local authorities and items that exceed the carriers' size limits. Product photographs are not part of the contract.

Billing and how to pay

The terms list payment by bank card, naming VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard and Carte Bleue, with card payments secured by SOGENACTIF, and payment by PayPal, which is due immediately at the time of the order. Card details for a PayPal payment are entered on PayPal's own site, and the terms say the shop neither sees nor stores them. Prices are in euros with tax included, at the rate in force when the order is finally recorded.

As of October 2026 the footer offers payment in 4 installments with no fees from 30 euros. A product page explains the mechanism: at checkout the buyer chooses PayPal's four-installment option, pays in four monthly installments without interest or extra fees, and the order ships without waiting for the last payment. That product page prints the four installment amounts beside the price. The terms do not say what name appears on a card statement.

Getting out: withdrawal, complaints and refunds

The terms give a 15-day right of withdrawal on any order of products or services, with no reason needed and no penalty, and print a model withdrawal form to copy and send. Complaints about an order go by post to the shop's internet complaints service in Champigny-sur-Marne. If a dispute cannot be settled directly, the terms name a consumer mediator the customer can contact free of charge within a year of a written complaint. The footer also carries a Satisfied or Refunded promise and links pages on delivery and returns, store pickup and that guarantee; the terms do not say who pays return postage. After-sales support is reached by phone or a contact form, Monday to Friday during the hours the footer prints.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog spans toys for women, men and couples, a Womanizer range, anal accessories, lingerie for women and men, BDSM and fetish gear, lubricants, condoms, massage candles and oils, intimate hygiene, adult games, books and calendars. Brands named in the footer and menus include Womanizer, Satisfyer, Lelo, Lovense and Fleshlight.

The offer suits a first-time buyer who can read French and will use one of the printed codes, a buyer working through the Promotions pages, or someone who prefers to split a larger purchase into four PayPal payments. It suits less well a buyer outside France who wants an item restricted to the French mainland, or one placing a large first order who does not want to send identity documents. The statement name is not given, so a buyer who wants it has to ask.
