What CheapLubes.com is and what the saving looks like

CheapLubes.com is an online store for personal lubricants, condoms, arousal products, shave cream, bath and body items and adult toys. Its terms name Kech Group LLC as the company providing the services, with a mailing address in Portage, Indiana, and the home page says the store has served customers since 1999. The home page also claims more than 55 brands of lubricant and calls its range one of the largest selections in one place, which is the store's own description.

Everything here is a one-off purchase, with no plan to join and nothing that renews. The saving comes from three standing offers: a header banner offering a percentage off all items site-wide with no code required, a free gift pack once an order passes a stated amount, and a Clearance section where each item sits beside an earlier, higher price. The featured lubricants and toys on the home page are shown the same way, a current price next to an earlier one. A mailing list in the footer invites sign-ups for discounts and promos, without saying what a subscriber receives.

The offers in detail

The site-wide discount is the lead offer, since it sits in the header banner of every page. In October 2026 the banner read Get 5% Off All Items Site-Wide, No Code Required, Cannot Combine. The line ends in an asterisk, but no footnote for it appears on the store's pages, so the only stated limit is the one in the banner itself: it cannot be combined with another offer. The banner gives no end date, and it does not say whether it stacks with prices in the Clearance section that are already marked down.

The free gift pack is the second standing offer. As read in October 2026 the home page promised a Free Gift Pack with orders of $45+, described as including a toy and various samples. The page does not name the toy or the samples, and it does not say whether the threshold is counted before or after the banner discount.

The Clearance section shows the current price and the earlier price side by side. In October 2026 one SportLube water-based lubricant tube of 8 oz appeared from $8.25 against $15.95. The section also lists fragrance mists, massagers, dildos, vibrators, rings, masturbators, an enema bulb and machines, with brands such as LELO, Playboy, Tantus, VeDO and Doc Johnson. A few items there show a single price with no earlier one beside it, so the pairing is worth reading line by line before treating a product as reduced. Separate clearance pages for male toys and for couples toys narrow the same list.

Shipping is priced at checkout. The shipping page read in October 2026 says rates are as low as $5.95, with the Savvy Shopper Shipping Special as the slowest domestic option at an estimated 3-5 business days, then UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air for faster delivery. Prices and options appear at checkout before the order is placed.

What happens after the order

No trial converts into a plan, no add-on is described as pre-selected and no recurring charge is mentioned anywhere in the store's terms or shipping and returns pages.

Two fine-print points matter before the order is placed. The terms say that if a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical error or an error from its suppliers, the store has the right to refuse or cancel any order for it, even after the order is confirmed and the card charged. In that case the terms promise an immediate credit to the card account for the amount charged. The terms also say the store may cancel orders at its discretion, for example where it believes customer conduct violates the law or harms its interests.

On dispatch, the shipping page says most orders ship the same day when placed before 3:00 PM Central Time on a business day, and orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. The delivery times it prints are estimates only, and tracking is sent on every order once it ships. Shipping goes to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, to PO boxes by USPS methods only, and to many countries worldwide by USPS International, GlobalPost or UPS, with an estimated 5-18 business days depending on destination and customs. For international parcels the page says import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. The returns page adds that toys are generally not shipped overseas, which matters for a buyer outside the United States who wants more than lubricant.

Billing and what the packaging shows

No page names a payment processor, lists accepted payment methods or prints the name that appears on a card statement. The terms speak only of charging a credit card and of credit card companies.

The shipping page is explicit about the package. It states plain packaging only, a box or a padded envelope, no mention of CheapLubes.com anywhere on the package, and a return address showing Kech Group LLC. The home page repeats the discreet shipping line, and the shipping page calls the discreet packaging guaranteed.

Returns, cancellation and refunds

The return rule is written out. The returns page says that, for any reason, the store will give a refund or exchange on all unopened items within 30 days of the date of shipment, less the shipping charge. It does not accept opened returns, items with broken tamper seals or items removed from their plastic packaging, and it says no exceptions are made. Defective adult toys, clothing, rings and wearable or insertable items cannot be returned either, and the page sends the customer to the manufacturer's warranty information on the original package. A damaged or incorrect order is replaced.

The costs of a return are spelled out too. An unopened return needs an RMA number, requested by email, written on the outside of the package. The customer pays return postage and insurance. In October 2026 the returns page stated a 15% restocking fee on returned packages, and said a refused shipment is credited for product cost only, with a refused UPS shipment charged an extra $5.00 return fee. Errors or problems with an order are to be reported within 48 hours of receiving it. A package that has not arrived is also to be reported within 48 hours so a trace can start, and one that cannot be located results in a reshipment or a refund at the store's sole discretion.

Cancelling before dispatch is simpler. The shipping page says orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled, or have the shipping address changed, and asks for the request as soon as possible by email or by the toll-free number it prints, because orders are processed quickly. Once shipped, an address change has to wait for the package to be returned and is handled case by case, and a reshipping fee may apply.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog is led by lubricants: water-based, silicone, hybrid, oil-based, flavored, warming, natural and anal formulas, plus condoms, douches, massage lotions, shave creams and toy cleaners. Adult toys cover vibrators, dildos, rings, masturbators, anal toys, penis pumps, restraints and machines, from brands the menus name such as Fleshlight, Satisfyer, Tantus and Tenga.

The offer fits a buyer who restocks lubricant or condoms regularly and wants a modest standing discount without hunting for a code. It also fits someone building an order up to the free gift level, or a shopper working through the Clearance section. It fits less well a buyer who wants a flexible return policy, since opened items and defective toys are not accepted back and a restocking fee applies to returns, or one who wants to know the payment provider before paying.
