What BeYourLover is and where the saving sits
BeYourLover is a sex toy maker and online shop that sells its own designs direct to buyers. Its about page says the idea dates from 2018 and presents the range as intimate gifts, with a desk-clock vibrator called the Naughty Clock as its hero product. The catalog spans vibrators, strokers for men, couples toys, anal toys, dildos, bondage items and a group of app-controlled toys that connect to a free phone app.
The saving sits in a sale section that marks down individual toys with the percentage printed on each product, a bundles range that prices pairings of toys below their listed price, and an email club that promises a discount on a first order. The catch matters more than usual for a toy shop: the return policy treats discounted products as final sale, so a discount and the option of returning the item work against each other.
The sale section and the standing prices
BeYourLover's own sale section carries the markdowns. In October 2026 its page is headed "Spring Sale - Up to 50% Off" and gives no end date. Each product shows its original price, a current price and a percentage badge, in the page's own words "Original price was" and "Current price is". The Naughty Clock, for one, shows $139.00 reduced to $102.00, and the badges on other toys run from small cuts to around half off.
Not every product is marked down, and the shop page lists some toys at a single price. The category sidebar splits the sale into an up-to-a-quarter group and an up-to-half group. The header carries a currency switcher for USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and CAD, and the shop page shows dollar prices while the bundles page shows euro prices, so the same product can appear with different numbers depending on the currency set.
Bundles and the first-order club
Bundles are the second offer. As of October 2026 the bundles page shows pairings of 2 toys, each with an original price, a lower current price and a 20% badge; Titan and Noir, for instance, goes from €105.30 to €84.24. The shop page lists the same pairings in dollars with the same badge. The pages do not say whether that cut is a fixed rule for every bundle, and the category list files the bundles under a group called Free Match Bundle.
The email club is the third. A sign-up box in the footer of every page invites visitors to join the BeYourLover Club and, in the October 2026 wording, "receive 15% off your first order" with access to further offers. No page prints a code for it, and none gives an expiry or minimum spend. The about page also lists "Exclusive member discounts" and "Special limited-time promos" among what the official website gives, without naming either. None of these offers states an end date.
After you buy: returns, final sale and refunds
There is no trial and no recurring charge on this shop, so the real exit question is the return policy. As read in October 2026, the return page allows returns within 60 days of purchase, with "terms and conditions apply". Items must be unopened and in original condition. An opened product counts as used and cannot be returned, which the FAQ ties to the intimate nature of the goods. The page states that a 20% restocking fee and the round-trip shipping costs are deducted from the refund once a return is approved. Refunds take about 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received, and go to the original payment method. The brand does not process exchanges.
The line with the most bearing on a discount buyer is the final sale list. The return page names two categories that cannot be returned: accessories and products on sale with a discount. Read with the sale section, that means a toy bought at a marked-down price falls outside the 60-day return, leaving the 1-year warranty, which the page limits to manufacturing defects. The warranty offers a replacement for a faulty product and does not cover misuse or improper cleaning. The page does not say whether the first-order club discount or a bundle price counts as "on sale". Free gifts or promotional items that came with an order have to be returned too, or their value is taken off the refund. Return shipping is paid by the shop when the product is faulty or the shop made a mistake, and by the customer for a change of mind, wrong size or wrong color.
A return starts by email, with the order number, purchase date and a photo showing the item is unopened. The page warns against sending anything back without authorization and says the correct warehouse address is given after the request is reviewed. A damaged, defective or wrong order should be reported within 3 days of delivery in one passage, and a lost, damaged or stolen package within 24 hours of delivery in another; the page gives both windows and does not reconcile them. A customer cannot change an order after it is placed, and the FAQ says to email support as soon as possible. The return page also notes that sending a product back does not cancel any subscription or service bought with it, which has to be canceled on a My Subscriptions page; no page describes such a subscription product.
Billing and shipping
The shipping, return and FAQ pages name no processor or statement descriptor and list no accepted cards or wallets, and the footer carries a "Secure Checkout" badge. The order tracking page asks for the last 4 digits of the payment method when a buyer contacts support about a missing order. Shipping is described as discreet: parcels carry no BeYourLover or other adult company name, and the FAQ says packages go out in plain brown boxes.
Shipping cost needs care because the banner and the policy differ. In October 2026 the header says "Free Worldwide Discreet Shipping", while the shipping policy, dated May 28th, 2025, lists standard USPS shipping at $20 and says it is free when you spend $69.00. The shop says it is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on imports, and customs taxes depend on the destination country. Orders leave within 24 to 48 hours, all with tracked shipping. US orders ship from a California warehouse in 3-5 business days, European orders from a local European warehouse in 5-7 business days, and other countries directly from the factory in 7-15 business days.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The catalog is the maker's own range, so the discounts apply to BeYourLover designs and not to other brands. The app is free and is described as a Bluetooth controller with preset, remote, music, touch and sound modes, and the shop sells toys inside the app. Customer support is by email, live chat and phone, with a reply promised within 24 hours by email.
The sale suits a buyer who has chosen a model, accepts that a marked-down item is a final sale, and wants the price badge rather than the regular price. The bundles suit someone buying a pair of toys at once. The email club suits a first-time customer who is happy to hand over an address. It suits less well a cautious first-time buyer who wants the option to return an unsuitable toy: the 60-day window is real, but the final sale rule, the 20% restocking fee and the round-trip shipping together shrink what a return recovers, as read in October 2026, and the unopened-only rule means a toy cannot be tried first.
