What The Pleasure Box is and what the saving looks like
The Pleasure Box is an Australian online adult toy shop that says it has helped Australians "explore pleasure with confidence" since 1999. Its home page describes a range of vibrators, dildos, couples toys, male masturbators, anal toys, bondage gear and lubricants from named brands, shipped discreetly Australia-wide, and promises to help each buyer find the right fit "for your body and your budget". Everything is sold item by item: there is no trial, no monthly plan and no rebill to keep track of.
The saving comes in three forms. Selected products are marked down, with a "Sale" tag beside the reduced price and the original. Many products carry their own free shipping label, on top of a store-wide free shipping line for larger orders. And a pay-later plan at checkout spreads a purchase over 10 weeks with no interest. Beside those, the shop bills every order under a neutral company name, which matters to a buyer who shares a bank account.
The sale tags
The menu includes an "On Sale" collection, and on the home page a reduced item carries a "Sale" label and two prices. In October 2026 the clearest example is in the "Clitorati Choice" block: a Womanizer Liberty listed at AU$149.99 beside AU$199.99, tagged Sale. The shop words the reduction as that pair of prices and prints no percentage.
The rest of the block is at ordinary prices, which shows how narrow the markdowns are at any one time. As of October 2026 a Womanizer Premium 2 sits at AU$329.99 with no tag, as do the Nu Sensuelle and Evolved toys, a Together Vibe, a b-Vibe plug and a Crystal Delights glass plug sold "from" a base price in several sizes. Some cards in the block are marked sold out. Shoppers who want only reduced lines need the On Sale collection rather than the home page; no end date, stock cap or combination rule is printed beside the tag.
Free shipping, two ways
A banner across the top of every page reads "FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150" in October 2026, which is the basket rule. Separately, most product cards print "FREE SHIPPING" before the price, and the label appears on products well below that basket line: the Evolved Coming Strong at AU$119.99 carries it, as does the Elixir Play Amethyst. The cards that do not carry it are the lower-priced ones, such as the Royal Gems Glitz and the Jaguar by Maia at AU$59.99 and the Racy Mini Vibrator. In practice a single mid-priced toy ships free on its own label, and a basket of smaller items ships free once it passes the banner's threshold. The home page prints no charge for a small order that qualifies for neither.
The price range
The home page read in October 2026 prices everything in Australian dollars, from the AU$59.99 entry items in the "New To Our Box" block up to the Womanizer Premium 2. Premium devices from b-Vibe, Lelo, We-Vibe and Womanizer sit at the top of the range, alongside glass and stainless-steel toys and sex room furniture. Gift vouchers are sold through the menu. There is no bulk price, bundle price or membership tier anywhere on the page, and no sign-up code: the newsletter box offers "the latest on sales, new releases and more", with no discount attached to joining.
Paying later with LatitudePay
The one part of a purchase that runs on after checkout is the pay-later plan, and the home page sets it out step by step. A buyer chooses LatitudePay at the checkout, with "no extra cost to you"; approval comes "in minutes"; and the purchase is paid "over 10 weeks" in "10 easy payments", with "No interest. Ever." A new LatitudePay customer needs to be over 18, to hold an Australian driver's license or passport, and to have a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. The box closes with "Subject to approval. Conditions and late fees apply" and names the provider as LatitudePay Australia Pty Ltd, referring to the provider's own terms for the rest.
That last line is the caveat. Selecting the plan costs nothing by the shop's account, and the payments carry no interest, but a missed payment can bring a late fee whose amount sits in the provider's terms, along with any spending limit. A buyer who uses the plan to take home a higher-priced toy now should read those terms before relying on it. The top banner pairs the plan with free shipping as "PLAY NOW & PAY LATER", so it is offered across the whole store rather than on selected items.
Billing and the statement name
On the card statement, The Pleasure Box is unusually specific. Its privacy copy says it will not share personal information with anyone, "not even your bank statement", and that "Every purchase shows up under the name 'Wilmoralah'". That is the descriptor a buyer should look for on a card or bank statement, rather than the shop's own name. The home page names no card processor, and the only card brands it mentions are the Visa and Mastercard requirement of the pay-later plan. A separate Payment page sits under Customer Care, but its list of methods is not reproduced on the home page.
Returns, the guarantee and getting help
Each order is a single purchase, so there is nothing to cancel later beyond the pay-later schedule, which runs with the provider. The return window and the treatment of sale items are not on the home page; Customer Care has its own Delivery and Returns, Terms and Conditions, FAQ and Contact Us pages for them.
The menu also links an "Orgasm Guarantee" page, and one product on the home page, the Amethyst by Elixir Play at AU$149.99 in October 2026, is listed "with ORGASM GUARANTEE". The guarantee's terms, its period and the products it covers are not given on the home page, so a buyer choosing a toy for the guarantee should read it first.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The brand list runs from Adam and Eve, Aneros and b-Vibe through Doxy, Fun Factory, Hitachi, Je Joue, Lelo, Le Wand, Liberator and Lovense to Satisfyer, Svakom, Tantus, We-Vibe and Womanizer. For women the menu groups rabbit, G-spot, bullet and egg, panty, oral and suction, thrusting, wand and app-controlled vibrators, plus dildos, strap-ons and kegel trainers; for men, Fleshlight and other masturbators, prostate massagers, rings and pumps. Bondage, anal play, lingerie, lubricants and sex room furniture each have their own section. The shop also keeps a blog and a press room, and its copy credits a team of staff testers with trying new devices.
The offer suits a buyer of one premium or mid-priced toy who wants it shipped free on its own label, someone who would rather spread a larger purchase over 10 weeks without interest, and anyone who wants the charge to show under a neutral name. It suits less well a shopper hunting for a store-wide percentage off or a sign-up code, since the shop runs neither, or one who wants the return window and the guarantee terms before reaching the policy pages.
