What JOUJOU is and what the offer is
JOUJOU calls itself an Australian online adult store and presents itself as a seller of premium sex toys from established brands, including We-Vibe, Fun Factory, Lovense, LELO, Le Wand, Womanizer, Dame and Njoy, with Satisfyer, TENGA and Fleshlight named as international favorites. The store says it is part of JOUJOU Group, a chain of online stores that includes brand-specific shops for LELO, We-Vibe, Womanizer, TENGA, Fun Factory and Nalone. Orders ship from warehouses in Melbourne and Sydney. The footer states that prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Everything here is bought one order at a time: there is no plan, trial or subscription, and so nothing rebills. The offers a shopper meets are a discount for joining the email list, sale prices printed against each product's regular price, free shipping and a free gift above a spend threshold, brand promotions, and a points program, with payment that can be split through buy now pay later providers.
The offers in detail
The sign-up offer, as the store's pages read in October 2026, is the one repeated on every page: 10% off when you sign up, with email as the route. The panel says the list sends deals, giveaways and advice. The pages do not say whether the discount arrives as a code, whether it stacks with sale prices, whether there is a minimum spend or whether it covers only a first order.
Sale pricing is shown with headline percentages and product-level markdowns. As the home page read in October 2026, the main banner carries an "up to" percentage-off headline alongside the shipping and gift line, and a collection page titled as a Black Friday sale carries a higher "up to" banner and a "PayPal Frenzy" strip that repeats the free shipping and free gift line. Neither page gives an end date. On the Australian-dollar version of that collection, a Satisfyer Pro 2 Gen 3 stimulator with app control shows $109.99 against a regular price of $149.99, and each product tile prints its own regular price, its sale price and the amount saved. The headline percentage is a ceiling, and the markdowns vary from item to item, so a single product's tile matters more than the banner.
The shipping and gift threshold comes next. In October 2026 the banner across the store says free discreet shipping when you spend $100 and a free surprise gift on the same spend, and the cart drawer shows how far an order is from free shipping. The longer description lower on the home page says something different: free shipping across Australia and New Zealand for orders above $59 AUD, with a small delivery fee for shipping elsewhere in the world. Both statements sit on the same page, so the cart is where the applicable threshold shows. Dispatch is the same or the next day, depending on the transaction time, and the store says all shipments are packed discreetly.
Brand promotions on the home page
Several brand-level promotions sit on the home page as read in October 2026. A LELO offer gives a free LELO Original when a customer spends $150 on LELO products, marked "while stocks last" and claimed by adding the item to the cart. Tiles below it advertise "up to" percentage-off ranges on the We-Vibe, Womanizer, Winyi and Satisfyer collections, and a free Svakom Tulip on the Svakom collection. None of these tiles gives an end date or the conditions of the gift.
In October 2026 the home page also carries what it calls a "Best price guarantee": if a customer finds a better price elsewhere, JOUJOU says it matches it and takes a further 5% off the difference. The page does not describe the proof required or any exclusions.
The store has a currency selector covering many countries, and product prices display in the selected currency, so the same product can show in Swiss francs or another currency. The figures quoted here are the Australian-dollar ones.
After the first order
Nothing renews and no trial converts. What carries on is the points system and the mailing list. The home page says the JOUJOU reward points program gives all customers discounts on sex toys based on the points they build up, and the cart drawer notes that reward points and gift cards are redeemed at checkout. Referring a friend earns additional reward points, according to the same page. There is also a VIP tier for people on the mailing list, described as offering access to VIP deals and pre-order information on new products. The pages do not state a points rate, a point value, an expiry or the VIP deal terms. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards from the menu.
Billing
Payment is described in one passage on the home page. The store says it runs a "secure payment gateway" and accepts credit or debit cards through the likes of Visa and Mastercard, plus online or buy now pay later options named as PayPal, Afterpay, ZipPay and Klarna. Phone orders are accepted. The footer links separate pages for Afterpay, Klarna and ZIP, plus one called YOUPAY, presented as a way for someone else to pay for the order. The pages do not name a card processor or the wording that appears on a statement. Prices include GST, according to the footer, and international shipping carries a delivery fee the home page calls small without giving the amount.
Getting out and getting money back
There is no subscription to cancel. For goods, the home page gives a warranty route: in rare cases where toys are faulty, JOUJOU replaces them within a 90-day warranty period, and it also honors the 12-month extended warranties offered by manufacturers. The banner repeats "Easy Returns" and "12 Month Warranty". A Returns page is linked in the footer, but the home page itself does not set out change-of-mind return conditions, who pays return postage, or whether a refund or a replacement is given. The store says it works to resolve enquiries within 24 hours, and the footer links a Contact Us page and order tracking.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The catalog runs across vibrators, clitoral stimulators, dildos, anal toys, masturbators and other male toys, cock rings, bondage items, sex machines, lubricants and sexual wellness products, with app-connected toys among them. The store describes its materials as premium, including stainless steel, silicone and solid gold; those are its own claims.
The offer suits a shopper who already knows which brand and model they want and can compare a product's sale tile with its regular price, who wants the sign-up discount and the free shipping line, and who may want to pay in installments through a provider they already use. A LELO buyer spending past the stated threshold gets the free item while stock lasts. It suits less well a buyer who wants the change-of-mind return rules in front of them before ordering, a buyer who wants the statement wording, and anyone who needs a single answer on the free shipping threshold, because the home page gives two.
