Wild Secrets

What Wild Secrets is and what the saving looks like

Wild Secrets is an online adult store that sells sex toys, lingerie, lubricants and accessories through a US storefront and a separate Australian one, and the two set some thresholds differently. The Australian terms name PHE International Pty Ltd, at an address in Abbotsford, Victoria, as the owner and operator of Wild Secrets and several sister stores, and say the terms are governed by the law of Victoria. The about page says the business opened in 1993 and that in 2019 it was acquired, with other retailers of the Excite Group, by PHE, Inc., which the page calls the parent company of the retailer Adam & Eve.

This is a shop, not a membership, so there is no trial and no subscription. The saving is sale pricing printed against a regular price, on most category pages and in a dedicated sale section. Around it sit store terms that add value without being a price cut: free gifts that step up with the size of the order, free shipping above a spend line, a price-match guarantee, a newsletter sign-up discount and a rewards program.

How the discounts are presented

Sale items show the sale price with a "Don't pay" line beside it, then the dollar saving and a percentage, so the regular price the discount is measured against is on the page itself. As of October 2026 the Australian men's accessories page listed an Adam and Eve 5 piece silicone sleeve set, tagged SALE, at $33.99 against a "Don't pay" price of $84.99, marked 60% off; a Kiiroo pillow mount and a Doc Johnson set on the same page carried smaller percentages. The US version of the page prices the same products in US dollars with their own figures, so a percentage seen on one storefront does not carry to the other. The newsletter box at the foot of every page promises "free gifts and amazing deals up to 70% off", which is the store's own headline.

The sale section sits in the main menu, split into toys, lingerie, lubes and essentials and bondage. In October 2026 the US store's sale section listed 225 products, with filters and a sort option by "Discount %", which is the quickest way to find the deepest markdowns on a given day. No end date is given for the standing sale. The Australian pages also carried a banner for a "Clearance Sale + $25 voucher" with a countdown timer that showed no date, and the voucher's conditions are not set out on the pages.

Free gifts, shipping, the newsletter and rewards

The Australian free gift page read in October 2026 sets three tiers: spend $100 or more for one free gift, and two and three gifts at two higher spend levels; the US store starts its tiers lower. Eligibility is calculated on the items purchased, excluding shipping and any redeemed Reward Dollars or promotions, and a qualifying order is prompted at checkout to pick its gift from a list that runs from small lubricants and condoms to toys. The terms add that gifts must be chosen when the order is placed and cannot be claimed afterward.

The header on both storefronts sets free shipping on orders of $69 or more, while the shopping copy on the category pages says free shipping applies over $59, as read in October 2026. The terms say the free-shipping minimum is calculated on the goods in the cart after discounts or Member Rewards are taken off, so a promo code can pull an order back under the line. The Australian home page says orders placed by 2pm are dispatched the same day.

A pop-up on the Australian pages invites visitors to "SIGN UP FOR AN EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT!" and tells new subscribers to check their email for a welcome gift; the amount is not printed. The Friends With Benefits rewards program is described as a "cheeky mates-with-perks club", and eligible members may see extra free-gift options at checkout. Under the terms, Member Rewards carry no cash value, cannot be refunded as money and work only on activated accounts; no earning rate is published.

Promo codes and what limits them

The store accepts promo codes and vouchers but prints none. The terms say a code goes in the offer box on the cart page, carries an expiry date, may not combine with some on-site promotions, cannot be added after an order is submitted and is not reissued if the order is canceled. On the US storefront, Womanizer, We-Vibe and Arcwave products are excluded from code redemption. The store may withdraw codes and promotions at any time without warning.

The price-match guarantee

The Australian page says that if a product is found cheaper in another online store, the customer can email a match request through the Contact Us page with the competing product's address; matches are not approved over live chat or phone. The other store has to be one the page deems "reputable" in the buyer's own market (Australia, New Zealand or the USA). Marketplace, discount, deals and auction sites do not count. The product must be genuine, in stock and not an overseas version, and the price current and in local dollars. The guarantee applies only before an order is placed, there is no refund for a lower price found later, and an approved match cannot be combined with other codes.

Billing and payment

The Australian payment page lists credit and debit card, PayPal, Zip (Australia only), Afterpay, Klarna (Australia and US only), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and, in Australia only, American Express, with 3D Secure checks at checkout. On a card or PayPal statement the charge shows only "PHE International Pty Ltd", with no reference to the products. PayPal's Pay in 4 is offered on Australian orders, Afterpay splits a purchase into four installments, and Klarna into fortnightly payments over 6 weeks. The terms say every order is paid in full by an accepted method, the cart shows the final price including GST where it applies and any delivery fee, and buyers outside the store's country pay duties and customs fees before delivery. Orders ship from a warehouse in Australia within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Canceling an order and getting money back

To cancel, the terms say to contact customer service as soon as possible. If a paid order is canceled before it is accepted, the refund goes to the original payment method; once accepted, it has to go back under the returns policy. Outside business hours, the returns page says to log in and submit a cancellation request for an undispatched order, though the warehouse may not catch it in time, and repeated cancellation requests may bring restocking fees.

Returns are narrow. Sex toys, bondage gear, novelties and essentials such as lubes cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty adult products carry a 90-day warranty, and the buyer contacts customer service first rather than filing a return. Lingerie, costumes and footwear can be returned within 90 days for a change of mind if unworn with tags attached, with a return authorization number requested from the account. Standard postage applies, and a return label bought through the Australian returns portal is not refundable. Refunds go to the original payment method, and the page notes a bank may take 3-5 business days to post them. Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue and cannot be transferred or cashed out. Free gifts on a refunded order must be sent back too, or their on-site price is deducted from the refund.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog covers toys for women, men and couples, including vibrators, dildos, strap-ons, masturbators, cock rings, anal toys, sex machines and bondage gear, plus lubricants, essentials, lingerie, costumes and footwear. The about page says the store vets its suppliers for phthalate-free, body-safe products, which is its own statement.

The offer suits an Australian shopper who knows the product, wants to read a printed regular price against a sale price, and will place one larger order to reach a gift tier and the free-shipping line. It suits less well someone who wants to try a toy and send it back, since toys cannot be returned for a change of mind, or someone counting on a promo code for the brands the US store excludes.
