What SVAKOM is and what the saving looks like

SVAKOM is a sex toy maker that sells its own range directly. Its main page calls it "a global high-end fun brand", and the footer names SVAKOM DESIGN USA LIMITED as the company behind the main store. It sells through a main storefront and a separate Australian store at svakom.com.au, which prices in Australian dollars, says it is "Stocked and shipped out of Sydney" and carries a collection called Discount Sex Toys.

The standing offer on both stores is the SVAKOM Club: sign up and the first order gets a percentage off. The main store adds products marked with a "Save" badge, a regular price and a lower sale price, and it runs a call for adults willing to test a new model for free and report back. Nothing here is a subscription. It is a one-time purchase shop, so what matters is what the discount covers, how a sale price compares with the regular one, and what the warranty, billing and returns lines say.

The club discount

As of October 2026 both storefronts carry a "Join SVAKOM Club" block with the same core wording: sign up to receive 15% off your first order and "exclusive access to our best offers". The main store adds a free e-book to the sign-up, and a separate banner on its home page repeats the club discount as a reward for joining the community. The Australian discount collection points to the club again as the way to catch new deals, alongside checking the page and following SVAKOM Australia on social media for promotions. Neither store prints a code to type in, a minimum spend, an end date or a rule on combining the club discount with sale prices.

The main store also shows a banner saying an offer is live, that the discount applies automatically at checkout and that it is available once per customer. It says the offer "won't last forever" and gives no end date and no amount.

Sale prices on the main store

Markdowns on the main store sit product by product. In October 2026 its home page showed the AVERY thrusting rabbit vibrator from CHF 34.00 against a regular price of CHF 84.00 with a "Save 60%" badge. Smaller badges sit on other lines, among them the ALEX NEO 2 and SAM NEO 2 PRO masturbators, the ELLA NEO egg vibrator, the CICI G-spot vibrator, a set of weighted kegel balls, a toy cleaner and two Kaotik Labs masturbators sold through the store. Many products carry no badge, so the saving depends on the exact item. A Deals and Discounts row on the same page groups some of the marked-down lines, and the menu has a Today's Offers link.

The main store's prices showed in Swiss francs in October 2026, with a few product blocks also printing dollar figures. The Australian store's prices are a separate list, so a figure on one store does not carry to the other.

The free-product call asks for 100 adults to test the new CICI+ 2 and share feedback. The page gives no rules for how places are filled, whether shipping is charged or when the call closes.

The Australian store and its discount collection

The Australian store's top bar says it is proudly shipped from Australia, offers free discreet delivery above a spend threshold and Afterpay and Zip, and prices in AUD, and its home page says prices are in AUD with GST included. As of October 2026 the Discount Sex Toys collection listed 5 products, all in stock, among them the TULIP bullet vibrator at $59.95 and the EDENY app-controlled panty vibrator at $139.95, with a slim G-spot vibrator, a warming vibrator and a vibrating double cock ring alongside. The collection shows one price per item and no regular price beside it, so it does not say how much each item was reduced. It describes itself as a section that changes often, mentions seasonal promos and limited bundles in general terms, and says the discounted toys carry the same warranty as full-priced ones.

After checkout: warranty and returns

There is no trial, no renewal and no pre-selected add-on on either store. The first order is the whole transaction, and the club discount applies to that first order only. What carries over is the warranty. Both stores state a 2 year warranty, and the Australian store adds a 10 year quality guarantee "against defects", with a Warranty page linked in the footer of each store.

The Australian store's trust strip reads "QUICK & EASY RETURNS" and the main store's banner "FAST & EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES", and both link a Returns & Refunds page. Neither home page prints a return window, a restocking fee or a condition for opened goods, so those terms sit on the linked policy page.

Billing, payment and shipping

Both stores run on Shopify. Shop Pay and PayPal are set up as express checkout options on each, and the Australian store adds the buy-now-pay-later services Afterpay and Zip, with no terms for them on its pages. The pages do not list which card brands are accepted.

On statements, the Australian home page says "A neutral sender name and statement descriptor keep your privacy protected end to end", and its collection page promises "discreet shopify billing". Neither prints the descriptor text itself. Parcels are described as plain and unbranded, "with nothing on the outside to hint at what's inside".

As of October 2026 the Australian store gives free trackable Australia Post delivery on orders over $99, with express options available, and dispatches from its Australian warehouse. The main store's banners say free shipping and free discreet shipping without a spend threshold or a list of destination countries.

Getting out and getting help

Since nothing recurs, the only exit is a return or a warranty claim. Both stores link Returns & Refunds, Payment Policies, Discreet Billing & Shipping and Terms of Service pages. The Australian store lists a Help Center, a Track My Order page and a contact page, says a "Real Aussie team" answers in AEST hours, and invites buyers to "Call a Specialist or chat online". The main store adds Product Authentication, cable and user-manual pages.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

The range covers vibrators, masturbators, couples' toys, prostate and perineum toys and accessories such as a toy cleaner. Much of it is app-controlled under the Connexion name, with a SVAKOM app that the main page says saves custom vibration patterns and supports long-distance control for couples. The Australian store adds a three-step quiz that sorts the range by who it is for, experience and what matters most. For an Australian buyer the local store means AUD pricing with GST included, dispatch from Sydney and a local support team.

The offer suits someone buying a first SVAKOM product who will take the club discount, or someone who wants one of the badged products and is happy to buy that exact item. It suits less well a buyer who needs a stated return window before ordering, since the home pages leave that to a linked policy, or one who expects the whole range to be marked down.
