What Naughty But Nice is and what the saving looks like
Naughty But Nice is an Australian adult retailer with three stores in the Brisbane area, at Cannon Hill, Capalaba and Margate, and an online shop that ships across Australia, backed by fulfillment warehouses in Sydney and on the Gold Coast. Its pages describe it as established in 1996 and as having more than 20 years in adult retail. The range covers vibrators, dildos, lingerie, lubricants, couples toys, anal toys, male masturbators, BDSM products and sexual wellness items, plus an in-house line sold as NBN Essentials.
The saving is not a coupon code. It is a standing SALE section at the head of the menu, headlined "Up to 70% off" in October 2026, where products print a regular price beside a lower sale price. Around it sit four perks the store repeats on every page: a free gift with every online order, a loyalty scheme paying in Nice Dollars, free express shipping above a spend threshold, and a warranty on rechargeable products.
The sale section and the figures behind it
The SALE group splits into sub-sections for sex toys, vibrators, anal toys, cock rings, dildos, love eggs and kegel balls, male toys, pumps, couples toys, strap-ons, lingerie, bondage, lubes and essentials, and gifts for her and for him. The "up to" figure is a ceiling, and the collection pages give no end date and no closing day for the sale.
In October 2026 the sale pages show each item as a pair of prices, the regular one first and the sale one second, with a Sale label. A Baci stocking belt moves from $29.95 to $14.95, and on the dildo page a sold-out FF Elite dildo carries a sale pair as well. The home page puts the same treatment on Lovense, where a Lush 4 is listed at $269.95 with a sale price of $249.95, and the Solace Pro, Mission 2, Domi 2 and Lush Mini carry sale pairs of their own. Reductions differ from item to item, so the price pair on each tile is the figure to read.
Many sale items show as sold out, with a Notify Me button to set a stock alert, so the sale range is partly a list of what has already gone. A store filter on the collection pages lets a shopper rank products by live availability at Cannon Hill, Capalaba, Margate or either warehouse, and further filters sort the sale by brand, by size and by use, solo or for couples. The sale collection's own copy ties the markdowns to fast local delivery, saying eligible items can arrive by 2-hour delivery from the local stores, packed plainly. Everything outside the sale, including the New In-Store and Best Sellers lists and a budget price band, sells at ordinary prices.
Perks that come with every order
As of October 2026 four standing perks appear on the home page and in the bar under the menu.
- Free gift: the store says it includes "a bonus free gift with every single order from our online store", with no minimum spend attached on the page.
- Free express shipping: the bar and a home page tile state free express over $150.
- Rewards: the loyalty program pays Nice Dollars "for every $20 spent", plus offers, deals and events for members, and the bar under the menu says points are earned every time a customer shops. The value of a Nice Dollar, the earn rate and any expiry sit on the Loyalty Program page.
- Warranty: a 1+ year product warranty covers rechargeable products, with a full replacement for a faulty item, and a Learn More link leads to the full terms.
The store also offers Afterpay online and in its Brisbane stores, click and collect, digital gift cards with instant delivery and physical gift cards, a newsletter that promises "exclusive deals straight to your inbox" without naming a sign-up reward, and in-store services listed as VIP Shopping and a Personal Shopping Date Night Experience. A Lucky Dip bag is sold from a low entry price for buyers who want a surprise.
Delivery speed as part of the offer
Delivery speed is a selling point here. The home page describes 2-hour delivery for eligible Brisbane postcodes from the local stores, 3-hour delivery from the Sydney warehouse for eligible Sydney orders, and same-day delivery from the Gold Coast warehouse for eligible Gold Coast orders. Eligibility depends on postcode and stock, a postcode checker on the collection pages shows the local courier options, and the store says checkout confirms the available delivery options before payment. Everywhere else, orders go by standard discreet shipping Australia-wide. The home page does not print the price of the rush options, so the postcode checker and the checkout are where that cost appears.
Billing and the statement name
The store is specific about discretion. Billing appears as NBN on statements, and the sender company name on parcels is also NBN, with plain packaging carrying no product names, adult wording or loud branding on the outside. The home page illustrates this with a sample bank statement line. Prices are in Australian dollars, and the country selector lists many destinations, all priced in AUD. Afterpay is the one payment method the home and sale pages name; card types, a processor and any surcharge are not set out there.
Returns, refunds and getting out of an order
There is no subscription, so the exit rules concern single orders. The footer links a Refund policy, Terms of Service and a page titled Discreet Shipping & Returns, and those pages carry the refund window and the change-of-mind rule; the home and sale pages do not repeat them. The remedy the home page does state is the warranty on rechargeable toys, a full replacement when one is faulty.
What the money buys and who it suits
The store sells branded toys from lines such as Lovense, B-Vibe, Fleshlight, JO, Electrastim, We-Vibe, Bathmate and Bodywand, alongside its NBN Essentials range, lingerie, lubricants, novelties and party items, and its search box offers "over 10,000 products". Sale pricing reaches into mid-priced and premium app-connected toys as well as cheaper accessories.
The offer suits a shopper who wants a printed sale price with no code to hunt, values a free gift and points on top, and lives in a Brisbane, Sydney or Gold Coast postcode where fast local delivery can matter. It suits a Brisbane customer who would rather check stock at a nearby store and collect. It is a weaker fit for someone who wants a first-order coupon, since the pages print none, or for a buyer outside Australia, since the shipping terms beyond Australia are not on these pages.
