What The Natural Love Company is and what the saving looks like
The Natural Love Company, shortened to TNLC on its own pages, is a sex toy brand that says it was founded in Cornwall, England, and sells its own range. The footer names Dotcom Hustle LTD as the company behind the site. It sells vibrators, dildos, clitoral suction toys, glass toys, bondage pieces, condoms, organic lubricant, menstrual health products, gift cards and pre-built hampers, and it runs separate storefronts for the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia, each in its own currency.
For an Australian buyer the standing offer is Build a Bundle, which takes a fixed percentage off every item in a basket of three or more toys. Beside it runs a 3 for 2 deal that makes the third toy free, and a seasonal banner on the Australian pages adds a percentage off any one toy and a fixed amount off a large order. The brand also promotes a 365 Day Satisfaction Promise on every page. It is a shop, not a subscription, so nothing renews; the questions that matter are which offers combine, what Build a Bundle requires, and how returns and refunds work.
Build a Bundle
The Australian Build a Bundle page says: "Choose 3 or more sex toys and enjoy a 35% discount on each toy". In October 2026 it listed every toy with two prices in Australian dollars, the regular price and the bundle price, among them the Cassia dual-ended wand vibrator at AUD$192.95 and AUD$125.42. The builder runs in steps. Step 1 is the toys; steps 2 and 3 add optional bondage pieces and glass toys at the same 35% off each; step 4 asks the shopper to "Choose at least one organic lubricant or massage oil for your bundle", with an optional toy cleaner, before everything goes into the bag.
The brand's offers page sets out the rules in more detail. It gives the minimum as "any 3 vibrators from our range and 1 bottle of 300ml lubricant or oil", lists bondage items, glass toys, non-vibrating silicone toys and the toy cleaner as optional extras, and says condoms, pre-built hampers and any already discounted bundles or sets do not qualify. Build a Bundle cannot be combined with any other code or offer, 3 for 2 included. A shopper who prefers to fill the basket from the normal shop can enter the code BUILDABUNDLE at checkout instead of using the builder.
The 3 for 2 deal and the seasonal banner
The offers page describes 3 for 2 as paying full price for two toys and receiving another 100% free, and product pages carry the line "Included in the 3 for 2, mix & match". On the Australian pages a prompt tracks the basket: "Add just one more toy to get your third choice free", then, once the free toy is in, an offer to add organic lube for up to 30% off, as of October 2026. The 3 for 2 deal does not combine with Build a Bundle.
The Australian seasonal banner read in October 2026 "Save 25% on ANY toy!", activated through a link, "OR, add any two toys and receive a 3rd completely FREE! Need more? Save AU$40 on AU$400. Code = SPRINGSALE". It carries "T&Cs apply" and "Offer ending soon" but no end date. The UK, US and Canadian storefronts run their own seasonal versions in their own currencies. A "Spin to Win" competition also takes an email address on every page; it is a draw, with no stated prize.
How the offers stack
Nothing converts or renews, and the pages describe no pre-ticked add-on. The upsells are the lube prompt after the third toy and, on product pages, a "Simply Lube? You Simply Must" combo that pairs the toy with a lubricant at a combined price. The offers page treats the percentage code, 3 for 2 and Build a Bundle as offers that cannot be combined, with one carve-out on large orders, where a threshold code and a free tote can be added to a 3 for 2 basket. Pre-built hampers on the shop page are already marked down, with an "Original price was" and a "Current price is" line, and the offers page keeps them out of Build a Bundle.
Returns, refunds and the satisfaction promise
The return policy gives 365 days, "not 14, not 100", for a purchase to meet expectations. For a change of mind the brand sends a pre-paid tracked returns label or arranges a free collection, emails within 72 hours of receiving the return, and applies a refund to the original payment method within 5 working days; emailing proof of posting speeds that up. The condition is strict: for health and hygiene reasons, products of an intimate nature must be unopened, inside their sterile starch bag, to receive a full product refund, and liquids such as lubes, toy cleaner and oils cannot be returned at all. Product pages add that an opened toy that is not the right fit can be swapped for an alternative with store credit.
For a fault, the 365-day promise covers a replacement, including shipping, at any time in the first year. The policy as written names Post Office and Royal Mail drop-off points, which are UK services, and the Australian store's footer links its own Returns page rather than the UK "Free Returns" link, so the exact return route for an Australian order sits on that page. The Terms of Use say "Except when required by law, paid products are non-refundable", a narrower line than the return policy.
Billing and delivery
The pages name no payment processor, no accepted card brands and no billing descriptor. The terms say a purchase may require credit card details, the expiration date, a billing address and shipping information, and reserve the right to correct pricing errors. UK product pages offer a pay-later option, "Play now, Pay Later. No Fees. 18+ t&c apply", with credit subject to status; the Australian bundle page does not show it.
Product pages say the brand ships to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia, and the delivery information page sends Australian buyers to the Australian store. That store's banner reads "Free Discreet Delivery" with an asterisk and states no threshold or delivery time. Packaging is described as discreet and plastic-free, in a plain cardboard mailer with no logos.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The range is the brand's own line: silicone toys with a recycled ocean plastic core in its top-selling models, glass dildos, cork-leather and fabric bondage pieces, menstrual cups and the Simply range of organic lubricants, which the brand says are certified vegan. It also runs a free recycling scheme for old toys bought anywhere and says it plants a tree for every item sold. Digital gift cards are sold with no expiration date.
The offer suits an Australian buyer who wants three or more items, including a lubricant, and will build the basket in one go, or one who wants two toys and a free third. It fits less well a buyer who wants a single toy and must rely on the seasonal banner, or one who expects to return an opened toy for cash, since only unopened intimate products qualify for a full refund.
