What the offer is
Sexy Devil is an Australian online adult shop based in Melton, Victoria, in Melbourne's west, stocking adult toys, sex toys and bedroom essentials from its own local warehouse. It is a store and not a membership, so there is no trial, subscription or rebill anywhere on its pages. The offer is a rotating sale collection: each item on it carries a printed regular price, a lower sale price and a Save percentage. Beside it the shop states a price-match promise against other Australian retailers and free standard shipping above a set basket value; those are store terms that sit next to the sale rather than offers in their own right.
The shop describes its pricing as honest and says it does not inflate the original price to manufacture a larger percentage off. That is the shop's own claim. What a buyer can check is the pair of prices on each sale card, and the price-match promise gives a second way to test a figure before paying. The returns rule is strict, so any saving sits beside the rule that a change of mind is not refunded.
How the sale collection works
As of October 2026 the sale page is titled Adult Toys On Sale, Up to 50% Off, and describes the collection as high value deals with selected items up to 50% off regular retail. The menu carries a Hot Sale group with a headline percentage for each of its categories (penis pumps, pocket masturbators, clitoral stimulators, panty vibrators and vibrators) plus an All Promotion Products link. Each product card prints a Regular price, a Sale price and a Save percentage, and the collection runs across many pages of results, filterable by brand, with makers such as Satisfyer, LELO, We-Vibe, Le Wand, Doc Johnson, Pipedream, System Jo and Svakom in the list. The home page repeats the pattern twice: a value deals row that links back to the sale and a New Arrive row, where new products also show a regular price, a sale price and a Save figure.
The page is open about how the sale behaves. It calls the sale lines genuine overstock and clearance stock rather than a permanently running discount section. When a clearance unit sells it is removed from the page that day and is not reordered at the sale price, so a markdown can be gone between visits. The shop says its deepest markdowns sell out within days and shallower ones last longer, which is its own reading of its stock. If a sale item has gone, the page says the same product may still be in the full category collection at its regular price, where the price match can apply.
The sale page read in October 2026 listed a Satisfyer Pro 2+ clitoral stimulator at a sale price of $79.95 against a regular price of $139.95, and a range of Powerup and LuvPump pumps, each with its own Save figure. A table on the same page lists a starting sale price for what it calls all seven major categories (vibrators, dildos, penis pumps, cock rings, anal toys, lubricants and pocket masturbators) and says sale stock rotates across all of them.
Price match and promo codes
Sexy Devil says that if an Australian retailer has the same product in stock at a lower price, including that retailer's own sale or clearance price, a customer who contacts the shop before checkout will be matched. It says the promise covers sale items and full-priced items alike. The request has to come before checkout, and the page sets no other condition.
On codes the page is plain. Promotional codes cannot generally be stacked on top of a sale price, and a promotion that covers sale items will say so in the promotion itself. Neither page prints a code or a first-order offer. The home page also says the shop keeps prices down by selling online in volume "instead of complicated reward schemes or inflated markups", so there is no loyalty program to factor in.
Shipping, dispatch and delivery
In October 2026 the shop's FAQ sets free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100 AUD; below that, standard shipping is AU$9.99 and express is AU$13.99. The sale page names Australia Post for standard delivery, says sale items count toward the threshold and suggests adding a lubricant or toy cleaner to a smaller order to clear it. Every order includes tracking.
Dispatch cut-offs differ between the two pages. The home page says eligible orders placed before 1pm AEST are dispatched the same business day, and the sale page says in-stock orders before 2pm AEST. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3-10 business days depending on location, according to the FAQ, express is described as usually faster, and the sale page says metro Melbourne orders typically arrive the next business day. Parcels go out in a plain outer box with a Melton suburb return address and no brand name or product description on the outside. A footer link covers Melbourne delivery from the Melton warehouse.
Billing and statement wording
No payment processor and no list of accepted cards or wallets appears on the pages. The billing wording that does appear is specific: the FAQ says the bank or credit card statement will show a neutral business name, not Sexy Devil or any adult-related description. The neutral name itself is not printed, so it cannot be looked up in advance. Prices and the free-shipping line are given in Australian dollars, and the cart notes that shipping, taxes and any discount code are worked out at the checkout step rather than on the product page.
Returns, refunds and faulty goods
The FAQ says that for health and hygiene reasons the shop cannot exchange or refund for change of mind on any adult product. For faulty goods it extends a 30 day replacement warranty from the date of receipt, noting that most adult toys carry no manufacturer's warranty while some higher-end toys carry 12 months or more. Buyers are told to register a product for any extended manufacturer warranty, because failing to do so may void it. The remedy the FAQ names for a fault is replacement.
Nothing renews, so there is no subscription to cancel. The shop's pages say nothing about stopping an order once it is placed. Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions pages are linked in the footer.
What the money buys, and who it suits
The range covers vibrators, dildos, male toys, couples toys, anal toys, bondage gear, sex dolls and essentials such as lubricants, toy cleaners, arousal gels and condoms, plus lingerie. The shop says product pages show material details (silicone, ABS, glass, TPE, TPR or PVC where the brand supplies them) and that local stock means no wait for an overseas seller. It is online only, with no walk-in shop, and promises Australian support for order questions, tracking and product issues.
The shop suits an Australian buyer who will use the price-match step, who can reach the free-shipping line in one basket and who is sure of the product before buying, since a change of mind is not refundable. It fits less well a buyer who wants the option of returning an item for any reason, who hopes to stack a code on a sale price, or who wants to know the payment processor and the exact statement name before ordering.
