What Naughty Boy is and how it discounts

Naughty Boy is an online-only Australian store for men's sex toys, lube and accessories. Its pages say it was founded in 2014, that it is owned and run in Australia, and that the site is operated by Naughty Industries PTY LTD. The footer states that the Naughty Boy name is a registered trademark of a separate company, Lascoe Holdings PTY LTD, used under license. The about page describes a female-focused sister site, Naughty Store, as the same business with the same products and prices, and names a men's grooming store, Better Man, as run by the same parent.

The saving comes from four places: a newsletter coupon for a first order, standing coupon codes printed on a coupons page, a price-beat promise, and a Deals category where products carry a percentage tag. Orders are one-off retail purchases with no membership, trial or rebill, so the money questions are discount limits, surcharges, shipping and returns.

The coupons and their limits

In October 2026 the newsletter box at the foot of every page offers 15% off a first order. The store's coupons page lists two standing codes: 20% off orders over $100 with the code VIP20, and $10 off orders over $50 with the code WELCOME. The same page notes that while some coupons do work with other offers, as a general rule every Naughty Boy coupon is single use and cannot be combined with another coupon or special offer, and the terms of use repeat that coupons and promotional offers are not to be used together. None of the codes carries an expiry date on the page.

Pop-ups across the site, as seen in October 2026, add the same offers in another form. One invites the visitor to create a free account for "VIP Pricing 20% off your order", with the coupon code appearing on product pages, alongside access to restricted products and live product demonstrations. Two more, headed "We don't want your email address", show a percentage off an order with the code again appearing on product pages, and an email coupon box offers a dollar amount off on the day. Since codes cannot be stacked as a rule, the shopper picks the one worth most for the basket at checkout.

Marked-down products

As of October 2026 the store's own Deals section lists marked-down products with percentage tags that run from 1% OFF on a chastity cage to 61% OFF on an AutoBlow Vacuglide 2, with the Jungle Juice lube triple packs among the most heavily tagged lines. Some tiles also print the dollar amount saved, but none prints the earlier price beside the current one. The section's copy says the offers rotate often and that what is on sale today might be gone tomorrow, and a few tiles show "2 LEFT", so stock on a tagged item can be thin. The brand filter on the page covers many makers, among them Calexotics, Bathmate, Bodywand, LELO and Gvibe.

The price beat promise

In October 2026 the Price Beat Promise page says that if a customer finds a lower price on a stocked item, the store will beat it by 10%. The request goes through a link on the product page, a staff member confirms the competitor offer is current, and a unique coupon code valid for 48 hours is issued. The conditions are specific. The competitor price must be lower, not equal, on an Australian website, in Australian dollars, with shipping and handling counted in. eBay, auction and group-buy sites do not qualify, and the promise cannot be combined with any other offer. Several products can be price-beaten on one order, but only one coupon applies per product. The promise works only before a purchase, and the page says no refund of the difference is offered afterward.

Costs that sit on top of the discount

Prices display in Australian dollars and include GST, and the footer says the store ships to Australia only, even though a New Zealand dollar option sits in the currency switcher.

The shipping policy says orders go by express post where possible, with most orders dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays, and that because express post is expensive the store does not offer discounted or free postage. The charge is calculated at checkout from Australia Post postage plus warehouse handling, and some orders ship in several packages because specialist items come direct from suppliers. Large AutoBlow and HiSmith items go by standard post, and FAAK products ship free from China by China Post, without express timing.

The payment policy adds a surcharge on card and PayPal payments, which it calls "only two to three dollars" to cover provider fees. Direct Deposit stays surcharge free.

Billing and the statement name

Accepted methods are Mastercard and Visa credit or debit, American Express, PayPal Express, ZipPay and AfterPay, with some exclusions applying to the last three. The Afterpay panel describes four equal fortnightly installments, interest free, and requires an Australian Visa or Mastercard, an age over 18 and Australian residence. Direct Deposit goes to the account the payment policy prints, takes a couple of days to clear depending on the bank, and needs the order number or surname as the reference. The NDIS page explains that an NDIS payment request starts with an order placed by Direct Deposit, which produces a PDF invoice, and the order is released once the NDIS payment lands.

For privacy, the payment policy says a card or PayPal statement shows Lascoe Finance PTY LTD, which some banks shorten to LASCOE, and the about page adds that a PayPal payment shows only the order number with no product information. Refunds go back to the method used for the purchase. The payment policy also states that payment reversals made after an order has shipped are passed to a collection agency, and that fraudulent orders are reported to police.

Returns and getting out of an order

There is no subscription to cancel, so the exit rules concern orders. The contact page says orders are not canceled for a change of mind or a small delay. The returns policy refuses change-of-mind returns and returns of used or opened products, because returned items cannot be restocked and resold, and accepts faulty or broken goods. The customer opens a case in the Resolution Centre, works through a troubleshooting guide with staff, which starts with checking the batteries, receives a return authorization number and posts the item back with proof of postage. The fault must be reported within 90 days of arrival. A free replacement follows, or store credit or a refund to the value of the item, and neither the original postage nor return postage is reimbursed. A brand new, sealed item ordered in the wrong size can be discussed as an exchange.

What the money buys and who the saving suits

The store claims a range of over 20,000 products for men and women, and its own menu lists Sex Dolls in the Penis Zone section beside strokers, cock rings, pumps and sleeves, with no doll-specific price or promotion on the pages. The coupons and the percentage tags apply across that range under the rules above.

The offer suits a shopper who orders above the VIP20 threshold and wants a printed code that works without a sign-up, or a first-time buyer who will take the newsletter discount, and the price beat suits someone who has already found a lower Australian price. The caveats are practical: codes do not stack, a surcharge applies to card and PayPal, postage is always charged, and change-of-mind returns are refused. Someone who wants to avoid the surcharge can pay by Direct Deposit and wait for it to clear.
