What Lovers Adult Stores is and what the saving looks like
Lovers Adult Stores is a Western Australian retailer of sex toys, lingerie, fetish gear, lubricants, games and gifts, with an online shop running beside its physical stores. The footer names the operator as Karis Holdings (ABN 12 116 269 967) trading as Lovers® Adult Stores (BN10232503), with a registered business address in Gosnells, WA. The site says the business was established in 2002 and that its stores are located throughout metropolitan Perth, at Clarkson, Canning Vale, Balcatta, Midland and Gosnells.
This is a shop, so there is no membership fee, no trial and no rebill. The saving on the storefront comes in three forms. A sale strip in the menu tags products ON SALE with a Was price and a Now price. A banner offers free delivery above a minimum order. And a Frequent Lover VIP loyalty program is advertised as giving instant discounts and special offers. A separate On Sale! section groups the reduced items in one place.
The sale strip
The sale strip is where the storefront prints a regular price and a reduced price side by side, so the size of each markdown can be read straight off the page. In October 2026 it lists a Womanizer OG Dark Grey at Was $329.95 NOW $199.95 and a Womanizer Premium 2 Grey at Was $299.95 NOW $289.95, so the markdowns range from a large one to a small step. Three more items sit in the same strip, a Throb Flutter, an item called The Ultra Soft Dude and a PUMPED pump, each with its own Was and Now price. There is no store-wide percentage and no code: every reduction belongs to one product, and the strip mixes premium devices with cheaper items.
The list headed "Instore and Online Best-Sellers" lower on the page adds sale tags of a different kind. A lubricant called Eros Aqua Sensations 100ml, an Eros intimate and toy cleaner and a Swiss Navy water-based lubricant each show ON SALE with a single price and no Was price beside it. The page therefore says these items are reduced without saying from what, and the reduction cannot be measured from the storefront alone. The shop says that list is built from what sells most in its stores and on its website, together with what its retail staff and customers report.
Everything else on the page is sold at an ordinary price with an Add to Cart button. On the new-release list read in October 2026, prices run from $34.95 for a Goodhead mint glide to $289.95 for a Le Wand set, with toys such as a Lovense Flexer at $229.95 in between. Those are the prices a shopper pays outside the sale strip, and they are the figures to set against the free delivery line below.
The delivery threshold
In October 2026 the delivery banner reads "Free delivery on all orders over $50", followed by the shop's own "limited time only" line. The banner gives no end date. It also does not say which delivery method the free rate covers, whether faster options cost extra, or whether the threshold applies across Australia or only in Western Australia. The footer links a Shipping Information page for those details. Because the shop also has five physical stores, a buyer in metropolitan Perth has the choice of walking into a store instead, and the page gives each one an address and a direct phone line: Clarkson at Ocean Keys, Canning Vale off Roe Highway with parking, Balcatta outside the Northlands Plaza shopping center, a large store in West Midland, and Gosnells with rear-door parking. The page shows every store as open today and tomorrow.
After the order
There is nothing to convert. A purchase is a one-off order, and the storefront describes no recurring charge of any kind. The cart is labeled in AU$, so the shop prices in Australian dollars.
The loyalty program is the one part with an ongoing relationship. The menu invites shoppers to join the VIP program, called Frequent Lover, for "instant discounts, special offers and more", and the header has a Frequent Lover link beside Account and Log In, so the program is tied to a customer account. The storefront does not say what joining costs, how discounts are earned, what they are worth or whether they expire; those rules sit behind the footer link labeled Frequent Lover T&C.
Billing and payment
The storefront does not name a payment processor, list the accepted cards or wallets, or show the descriptor that appears on a statement. A Payment Options link sits in the footer, so the shop keeps a separate page on the subject. The storefront does not say whether its prices include GST.
The contact routes the page gives are the 1800-LOVERS number (1800-568377), the Gosnells store number 08 9398 9441, which also appears in the footer as the business line, and a separate number for each of the other four stores. Track My Order, Contact Us and Customer Service links sit in the footer as well.
Getting out: returns and refunds
Canceling here means canceling or returning an order, since the shop sells goods and not access. The storefront itself states no refund rule, no exchange window and no position on opened intimate products; it points to Terms Of Use and Customer Service pages in the footer for that.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The catalog is broad. The menu groups toys under her, him, couples and all, with sections for vibrators, clitoral and G-spot toys, masturbators and pumps, strap-ons, glass, anal and stainless steel toys, and a fetish range of masks, whips, cuffs, gags, swings and bondage kits. Beyond toys it sells lingerie, including leather, costumes and plus sizes, massage oils and lotions, condoms and lubricants, toy care and batteries, board games and couple's games, erotic stories and educational DVDs, and novelties for hen's and buck's nights. The page names brands it stocks, including We-Vibe, Womanizer, Lelo and Bathmate, and says its staff are highly trained to help with selection, that the team attends adult trade shows around the world to source new releases, and that it aims to stock items made from body-safe materials. Those are the retailer's own statements.
The offer suits a shopper who wants a named device at a printed markdown, the Womanizer OG being the clearest case on the strip, or who will cross the delivery threshold anyway. It suits someone near one of the Perth stores who wants to see a product before paying, and someone happy to read the Frequent Lover terms before signing up for the loyalty discounts. It is a weaker fit for a buyer who wants the return policy and accepted payment methods spelled out on the storefront before ordering, and the lubricant and cleaner sale tags, with no earlier price printed, give no measurable saving.
