What Friskee Business is and what the saving is

Friskee Business calls itself an online adult shop that is owned and operated in Australia. Its pages say it supports the LGBTQIA+ community, and an acknowledgement of country in the footer places its office in Brisbane. The range runs from toys for him and for her to lubricants, lingerie, underwear, games and novelties, bondage and leather, costumes, dildos and vibrators, dolls, sex machines and douche and enema products. The home page also carries a Pre Loved Apparel section and a section called The Corner Store.

Nothing here is a subscription or a trial, so every saving is a one-off shop mechanic. Two stand out. A banner across every page reads free shipping on all purchases Australia wide. And a concessions page offers percentage discounts to students and to seniors, pensioners and carers, but only after the customer emails proof and receives a discount code.

That makes the saving different from a sale section. There is no marked-down shelf with struck-through prices anywhere on the shop's pages. The ordinary prices are listed as "regular price", and the reduction comes from the concession code and from the absence of a delivery fee.

The discount ladder and the regular prices

The discount page names the groups it serves as students and as senior, pensioner and carer card holders, and lists two tiers. In October 2026 it states a 10% discount for students and a 25% discount on all products for seniors, pension and carer cardholders. It adds that free shipping and delivery applies on all products, which matches the banner on every other page. The page gives no end date and does not call either percentage a limited promotion, so it reads as a standing concession rather than a campaign.

The product list gives the regular prices those percentages would apply to. As of October 2026 it shows an 8 inch clear dildo at a regular price of $45 and a rechargeable auto douche set at $91.25, with batteries and a dice game at the low end of the list. Several of the AquaClean douche sets are sold with a free travel douche included, which the product titles state. Every product price on the list is labeled regular price, and no product shows a second, lower price beside it. Some items carry "sold out" tags, and the full list runs across 27 pages with a filter for newly imported products.

How the concession is claimed and what follows

The eligibility rule matters more than the percentage. The page says that to receive a student or a senior, pension or carer discount, the customer must email the shop before proceeding to checkout, to verify the details and receive a discount code. For students the email carries a name, a student ID number and a date of birth. For seniors, pensioners and carers it carries a name, the seniors, pensioner or carers card number and a date of birth. Both go to the shop's orders email address.

The page adds that a customer who creates an account will not have to provide this information again for future purchases. So the process is a manual check at the first order, then tied to the account afterwards. No timeframe for the reply is given, and because the code arrives by email, the order has to wait until the shop answers.

Beyond the concession, nothing converts or renews. Each order is a single purchase, and the pages describe no loyalty scheme, points program, bundle or sign-up voucher, and no minimum spend for either percentage. A buyer who does not qualify as a student or a cardholder therefore pays regular prices and gets only the free shipping.

A planned service is announced but not live. The delivery page carries a "coming soon" label for 24 hour delivery in Brisbane, Thursday to Sunday, with products prepared and dispatched within 1 hour of purchase and, in October 2026, a flat rate delivery fee of $15. The home page carries a separate "coming soon" label for after hours delivery in Brisbane, while the footer of every page already lists after hours delivery hours from 11.30pm to 6am. The menu has a 24h Delivery entry as well. That paid express service sits apart from the free standard shipping.

Delivery and billing

Standard delivery within Australia is listed at 2-8 business days, longer for remote areas, and the page says orders are delivered securely packaged. Orders placed before 3pm AEST are dispatched from the warehouse the same day, and weekend or public holiday orders go out on the next business day. Everything is wrapped in plain paper packaging, which the shop says is for total discretion.

On billing the pages say little. The footer shows a "Powered by Shopify" line and a row of payment method icons without naming the methods. No page names a card processor, lists accepted cards or wallets, states the currency beyond the dollar sign, or gives a billing descriptor for the statement. The pages publish a phone line and an orders email address for questions.

Cancelling, returns and refunds

No cancellation window or procedure for an order before dispatch is published. The returns page deals with faulty goods instead.

It says the shop complies with the Australian Consumer Law on returns, replacement and refunds. Claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and be accompanied by an invoice showing proof of purchase from the shop. The customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. For a defective item a replacement is given where stock permits. When a replacement cannot be supplied, or a major problem with the product is identified, the shop says it will provide a full refund.

Credit returns are offered where a product was damaged in transit and is not of merchantable quality, was supplied incorrectly, was supplied within 90 days of its expiration date, or has failed in a major way and is unsuitable for its purpose. Credits are not given where the product was not bought from the shop or where the invoice is more than 12 months old. The page says nothing about change-of-mind returns. Customer care runs by phone and email on weekdays from 9am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.

What the money buys and who the offer suits

The shop sells a general adult catalog and describes it as hundreds of quality products, with sections for apparel, BDSM gear, dolls and sex machines alongside toys and lubricants.

The offer suits a student, senior, pensioner or carer who is willing to email details once and wants a percentage taken off every product. It also suits any buyer whose basket is small, because free delivery is not tied to a threshold. It suits less well a buyer who cannot or will not send a card number and date of birth by email, a buyer who expects a published billing descriptor, or one who wants a stated right to return an unwanted item.
