What Flirty Bay is and what the offer is
Flirty Bay is an online adult store based in Western Australia that describes itself as Australian owned and run by its two founders. It sells vibrators, male masturbators, couples toys, lubricants, bondage accessories and lingerie, and its terms say the store runs on the Shopify platform. There is no membership, trial or subscription, so every saving is a one-off shop discount.
Three mechanisms make up the offer. A sale collection marks selected products down. A newsletter signup promises a voucher on the first order. And standard shipping is free once a basket passes a set amount. The pages do not agree with each other on the size of two of those, so each version is set out below as it is printed.
The saving suits someone who already has a specific toy in mind and wants to see a reduced price printed next to the higher one. It suits less well a buyer who wants the option to return a discounted item.
The sale collection, the voucher and the headline percentages
In October 2026 the sale collection is headed as deals of up to 50% off selected products, and its page title repeats the up-to-50% line. The banner across the top of every page reads differently, promising favorite toys at up to 60% off. Both say "up to", and the sale page limits its figure to selected products, so neither tells a buyer what a given item will carry. The markdown that matters is the one beside the product. The sale page says the collection holds 105 products and shows the first 12 before a Load More button.
Products on the sale page show two prices side by side. In October 2026 a Lelo rabbit vibrator reads $289.00 beside $279.99, and the other Lelo, Evolved and Gender X listings on the page use the same two-price format, as do the bestsellers on the home page. A few lubricant listings on the sale page show a single price only, so not every item in the collection carries a visible markdown.
The first-order voucher is stated twice, with different numbers. In October 2026 a banner on the sale, shipping and contact pages offers 15% off the first order after signing up, with a Get Voucher button, and the home page signup box repeats that figure. The newsletter box in the site footer says "Subscribe to our newsletter and get 10% off your first purchase". The help page adds that the newsletter can be joined on the website or during checkout. The pages print no voucher code and no expiry, and say nothing on whether the voucher combines with sale prices.
After the offer: what happens to a discounted order
Nothing renews or converts, because each purchase is a single order. The conditions that follow a discount are about returns and price changes.
As of October 2026 the refund policy says it cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For anyone buying from the sale collection, that is the key limit: a reduced price and a return right do not go together. The terms add that prices are subject to change without notice, that product descriptions and pricing can change at any time at the shop's discretion, and that the shop may correct pricing errors and cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.
Section 6 of Flirty Bay's terms is the one that matters for bulk buying at sale prices. It allows the store to turn an order down outright and to cap how many units one person, one household or one order receives, and it lets Flirty Bay group orders for that purpose when they share an account, a card or a billing or delivery address. If an order is changed or cut, the store says it may try to tell the buyer through the email, address or phone number given at checkout. Buyers who look like dealers, resellers or distributors can also be capped or turned away, so stocking up on a marked-down toy runs into those limits. The pages describe no loyalty program, points scheme or bundle price.
Shipping and billing
Shipping is the other standing saving. In October 2026 the shipping page offers free Australia Post standard shipping for orders of $60 or more, and the header banner on every page repeats that threshold. Below that threshold, the shipping page lists Australia Post standard shipping at $13.90 within 2-4 working days, while the banner and the help page promise delivery in 2-3 working days. Packaging is described as plain and unmarked, with no reference to the shop or to the product inside. A tracking number arrives by email once the order is dispatched, and the help page says gift wrapping is not offered.
On payment, the help page says the shop accepts major credit cards, naming Visa and Mastercard, plus PayPal and Afterpay, and lists Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay as other online methods. The same sentence also lists "Australia Post" among the cards. The terms say credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
The pages name no card processor and no billing descriptor, and they do not name the currency beyond the dollar sign. The contact page lists a contact form, an email address and a phone number in Western Australia.
Canceling, returns and refunds
The pages publish no procedure for canceling an order after it is placed. The help page says address changes may be possible if the shop is notified promptly, through the sales email address.
On returns, the refund policy opens with a strict no-returns stance on adult products because of their intimate nature, then allows returns of unopened, intact and unused adult products. Lingerie, clothing and accessories can come back if unused, with the original tags attached and in undamaged packaging, except latex wear, hosiery and bodystockings. The window is 30 days from receipt, the customer contacts support first for a return authorization, and sends proof of purchase. Returns go to the shop's address in Mount Helena, Western Australia, and parcels sent without authorization are not accepted. Customers are asked to inspect an order on arrival and get in touch straight away if an item is defective, damaged or wrong.
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund goes to the original payment method. The help page and the policy give a window of 10 business days, and the policy adds that the bank may take extra time to post it and that customers should write in if more than 15 business days pass after approval. Store credit for future purchases on the website is the stated alternative. A separate one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, and the policy says it does not cover incorrect use. The help page words the warranty as covering adult toys that include a battery. Defective or damaged items should be reported to support, with images of the issue where possible.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The catalog is mainstream: rabbit and G-spot vibrators, sonic-wave clitoral massagers, male strokers, cock rings, kegel balls, bondage accessories, lingerie and lubricants. The home page names Lelo, Satisfyer, PDX and Vive among its favorite brands, and the shop publishes blog guides on toy care and use.
The offer fits a buyer who has found a product, sees a reduced price against it, and is sure about the purchase, since returns on sale items are excluded. It fits an order that clears the free shipping line. It suits less well a buyer who wants a defined discount, because the headline percentages are described as "up to" and differ between pages, or a buyer who needs a guaranteed return on the item.
