What FGMO is and what the saving looks like

FGMO is an online adult store that describes itself as focused on men's toys. Its home page says the business was founded in 1993 and is proudly Australian operated. The terms name PHE International Pty Ltd as owner and operator of FGMO and several sister retail brands, with a registered address in Abbotsford, Victoria.

There is no membership fee, trial or subscription here, so the saving comes from ordinary shop mechanics. A sale section marks products down against a stated regular price. Shipping is free above a spend threshold. Larger baskets earn a free gift. And a rewards program credits points on orders. As of October 2026 the newsletter signup is pitched with free gifts and deals of up to 70% off, though the page gives no rules for that headline figure, and the subscriber box promises subscriber-only offers without describing them.

The product pages make the discount easy to read: each marked-down item carries its sale price, a "Don't pay" figure for the regular price, the dollar saving and a percentage, so the size of the markdown is printed by the shop rather than left to the buyer.

The price ladder and the sale pricing

The catalog runs from accessories, anal toys and bondage gear to lubricants, apparel, vibrators, dildos and a sex doll section. Because it is a shop rather than a subscription, there is no single plan ladder. The ladder is the discount shown on each product listing and the thresholds that trigger shipping and gifts.

In October 2026 the category pages show each marked-down item with a SALE price and a "Don't pay" line giving the regular price, followed by the dollar saving and a percentage. One accessories listing shows a 5 piece silicone set against a regular $84.99, marked 60% off. A bondage harness on another page shows $52.99 against $135.99. Other items carry smaller markdowns, and some products on the same pages show no markdown at all, so the percentage varies from product to product rather than following one site-wide rate. The sale listing page can be sorted by discount percentage, which puts the deepest markdowns first.

The shop also lists thresholds in its header. In October 2026 the header lines read free shipping over $69 and a free gift over $100+. The free gifts page spells out the tiers: spending $100+ earns one free gift, and two higher spend tiers on that page add a second and a third gift. It says eligibility is calculated on the total value of items purchased, excluding shipping and any redeemed Reward Dollars or promotions. Qualifying orders are prompted at checkout to choose a gift from a list of low-priced novelty items, each shown with a stated value, and eligible members of the rewards program may see extra options.

The terms add a related rule: the minimum spend for a free shipping offer is calculated on the total of goods in the cart after any redeemed discounts or Member Rewards. A discount code or a reward redeemed on a basket close to the free shipping line can therefore pull the total back under it.

After the offer: promo codes, rewards and store credit

Nothing here converts into a recurring charge, since each purchase is a one-off order. What matters instead is how promotions are limited.

The terms say promo codes and vouchers are entered in the offer box on the cart page, carry an expiry date, cannot always be combined with other on-site promotions, and cannot be applied after an order has been submitted. A promo code used on an order that is later canceled is not redeemable or re-issued. The shop reserves the right to remove promo codes and promotions at any time and without warning. The shop's pages print no standing coupon code.

The rewards program is called Friends With Benefits, pitched on the home page as "Shop, earn, save!". Under clause 7 of the terms, rewards cannot be cashed out or refunded as money, and they only work on an account that has been activated. The detailed program rules live on their own rewards page.

Free gifts carry a condition on the returns side. A customer who asks for a refund on an order that included a free gift must return the gift too, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Anyone who wants to keep the gift gets store credit for accepted returns, and that credit does not earn free gifts when it is spent. The other choice is to have the current on-site price of the gift deducted from the refund.

The terms also carry a price-match promise: if a product is cheaper on another online store, the customer can contact the service team to request a price match, with full conditions on a separate page.

Billing and payment

The shop's pages do not name a payment processor, list the accepted cards or state a billing descriptor for the statement. The home page includes a "Shop now. Pay later." line without naming the provider, and a customer-benefits list on the shop's partner program page claims discreet billing and shipping, though no wording for the statement is given.

The terms say all orders must be paid in full by one of the accepted payment methods, and that the final price payable, including Goods and Services Tax where it applies and any other charges such as delivery fees, appears in the shopping cart. The shop reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The site offers Australian, New Zealand and United States storefronts priced in each country's dollars. International customers are liable for customs charges, duties or tariffs in their destination country, and the terms say those charges and the cost of goods are not refunded if customs impounds a parcel.

A contract forms only when the dispatch email arrives, not when the order confirmation does. Orders ship within 24 hours from a warehouse in Australia, excluding weekends and public holidays, and the terms call delivery timeframes indicative.

Canceling, returns and refunds

To cancel an order, the terms tell the customer to contact the customer service team as soon as possible. If a paid order is canceled before the shop accepts it, the refund goes to the original payment method. If the order has already been accepted, it has to come back under the returns policy.

That policy is narrow. The returns page says adult products cannot be returned for change of mind, and it lists the exclusions: all sex toys, bondage, novelties and essentials such as lubes, oils and sexual aids. The one change-of-mind route is the Sexy Wear range, which carries a 90-day return window, needs a Return Authorisation Number requested from My Account, and excludes latex wear, hosiery and bodystockings. Standard postage applies to those returns. For faults, the page gives a 90-day warranty period on adult products and asks the customer to contact the service team first.

Where a refund is accepted, it goes back to the same payment method, and the returns page notes that a financial institution may take 3-5 business days to credit the money once the refund is processed. Store credit equals the final price paid, is tied to the account email, cannot be transferred, and is valid for 12 months from issue, after which any balance is void. An order paid with store credit can only be refunded as store credit. Exchanges for another size depend on availability and are processed as store credit.

Customer service runs by phone, email and live chat, weekdays from 9am to 5pm, and the contact page asks for time-sensitive cancellations to go by phone or live chat rather than the web form.

What the money buys and who it suits

The catalog is built around men's toys: masturbators, cock rings, penis pumps, prostate massagers, butt plugs and strokers sit beside dildos, vibrators, bondage gear, lubricants, condoms and apparel. The shop describes its range as the largest in Australia and New Zealand, which is its own claim.

The offer fits a buyer who already knows the product and wants to compare a sale price against the stated regular price, or one whose basket will clear the free shipping line anyway. The free gift tiers reward bigger baskets and are not a reason to add items.

The caveats are about commitment. Toys cannot go back for change of mind, store credit expires, promo codes can be pulled without notice, and the shop names no processor or billing descriptor. A buyer should settle on the exact model before paying, because the usual escape route of sending an item back is closed for everything outside the apparel range.
