What XTC Toys is and what the saving looks like
XTC Toys is a UK online shop for adult toys, lubricant, bondage and fetish gear, adult games and gifts, sold by brand and by category. Its About page says the shop was established in 2015 and now serves customers all over the world, and the terms of use describe XtcToys as a company incorporated in England and Wales with a Nottingham address, whose website is provided for users in the United Kingdom. It is a one-off purchase store. There is no membership, no trial and no recurring charge anywhere on its pages, so the money questions are about the price tag, the delivery fee, the name on the card statement and what happens if the parcel has to go back.
XTC Toys cuts prices item by item. Where it does, the product listing shows a "Special Price" next to a "Regular Price", so the reduction is visible before the item goes into the basket. There is no sign-up voucher, promotion code, free-delivery threshold or bundle pricing; the newsletter box in the footer promises news of events, sales and offers rather than a welcome discount. This is a shop with a few discounted lines inside a large catalog, not a store that runs its whole range on sale.
How the discounts are shown
No site-wide percentage applies. The brand pages carry a price filter in pound bands, and the same listing grid mixes discounted and full-price items. A discounted item shows both prices, an ordinary one shows a single price, and a number of items show "Out of stock" in place of an add-to-cart button, so a price on the page is not a promise of availability.
In October 2026 the Fetish Fantasy Gold brand page lists a pair of items, both with a special price beside a regular price. The Fetish Fantasy Gold Vibrating Cock Ring shows a special price of £14.99 against a regular £19.99, and the Fetish Fantasy Gold Luv Butt Plug a special price of £29.99 against a regular £34.99. The page prints no percentage for either. It gives no end date for the reductions, no limit per customer and no statement of how long they will stay in place.
The other brand and category pages, which cover Doc Johnson's Platinum Premium range, the XR Brands Master Series range and the adult gifts and games section, show single prices without a regular-price comparison. Those are everyday prices, not offers. The shop sells in pounds by default and its header offers a currency switcher with euro and US dollar entries, but the pages do not say whether prices are converted at checkout or fixed per currency.
After the order: delivery charges and dispatch
There is no trial to convert and no renewal, so the section that matters after the discount is delivery. The delivery text on the shop's pages says products in stock are dispatched the same day when ordered before 12 pm. In October 2026 it lists standard tracked delivery at £4.95 and Royal Mail international tracked at £19.95, with the note that the shop ships worldwide to all destinations. The pages give no free-delivery threshold, so the delivery fee is a separate line on every order.
The same text covers a missed delivery. If nobody is in when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail holds it at the local depot for 7 days. After 7 days the parcel returns to the shop, and the page says postal charges apply to send the goods out again. That is a real cost on top of the original delivery fee, and the pages state it plainly. If there is a question about an order, the shop says it will try email first and then phone, if a number was provided.
Billing, the statement name and payment methods
Billing is where this shop says the most. The discreet packaging and billing page says parcels carry no indication of the contents, that the name XTC Toys and the web address do not appear on the outside packaging, and that the card statement shows only the name Xtc Trading. For PayPal the same page gives the statement line "Paypal Xtc Trading". The delivery text on the coupons product page repeats both lines, so the descriptor is stated consistently.
The pages name credit card, debit card and PayPal as the ways to pay. No card processor is named; a product page carries a "Secured and trusted checkout" line, and the footer says the shop does not store credit card details or share financial details with any third party. The terms of use refer to separate terms of sale for orders, which are not printed alongside them. The terms of use also list a contact phone number and the sales email address, and they give a VAT registration number for the business, which tells a reader the shop is a VAT-registered seller but not whether the displayed prices include VAT.
Canceling an order and returning an item
The returns policy states that the shop accepts unwanted items for refund or exchange for up to 30 days, provided the products are unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate. A customer who wants to return something emails the shop with the order number and the reason. If the request is inside the 30 days and not on the exempt list, the shop sends a returns label by email, or by post if the customer cannot print one. A faulty product gets a replacement or an exchange within 30 days of purchase, unless its specification sets a different period.
The exempt list matters for a toy shop. The policy says underwear, rubberwear and consumables are exempt from the right to return once they have been opened, used or worn, and the list that follows includes lubricant, sex toys, massage oils, condoms, room aromas, creams, rubberwear and lingerie. An item returned opened, used or in an unsanitary state is refused and sent back to the customer. For a reader this means the 30 days apply to goods that are still sealed.
Canceling an order before it ships is a matter of contacting the shop at once by email with a full name, address and order number. The page warns that an order may be dispatched immediately after it is placed, and that once it is dispatched it can neither be amended nor canceled. The size of an item is the customer's responsibility to check before buying.
What the money buys, and who the shop suits
The catalog spans vibrators, dildos, love eggs, cock rings and anal toys from several manufacturers, male toys, bondage and fetish accessories, lingerie, lubricant and essentials, and a large section of adult party, couples and drinking games. The shop organizes the toys by brand, so a buyer who already knows a manufacturer can go straight to its page. The navigation also lists sex machines and sex dolls, but no doll product, doll price or doll discount appears on the shop's pages.
The shop suits a UK buyer who wants a plain checkout with a neutral name on the card statement, a stated tracked delivery fee and a written 30 day return rule for sealed goods. It suits someone happy to pick up a marked-down item when one appears rather than hunt for a coupon. It does not suit a reader who needs a free-delivery threshold, a sign-up discount or a wide, permanent sale section, because none is stated. It is also a poor match for someone who wants to try a toy and send it back, since opened toys are exempt from return. Anyone who wants the terms of sale should find that document on the shop before paying.
