What Nice 'n' Naughty is and what the saving looks like

Nice 'n' Naughty is a UK adult retailer selling sex toys, lingerie, bondage and fetish gear, cross dressing and transgender ranges, condoms, lubricants, and gifts and games. The footer names NNN Retail Ltd as the company. Its About text says the business was founded in 1999, ran 15 high street stores across UK cities at its peak, and now trades from its "Boutique" stores in Chester and Warrington alongside the web shop. It describes itself as "THE modern, progressive and dynamic adult retailer for the person you are today", the shop's own words.

There is no membership, trial or rebill. The savings are two: a discount code for a first order, sent to anyone who joins the newsletter, and a Special Offers section where clearance stock sits at a sale price beside a higher regular price. A free-delivery line above a basket value applies to every order.

The first-order code

The banner across the top of every page reads "Join Our Newsletter For 15% Off First Order", and the home page sign-up block, read in October 2026, says "Sign up to our Newsletter to receive a 15% off discount code for your first order." So the code arrives by email after sign-up and is meant for a first order only. The footer sign-up box describes the same newsletter as "exclusive updates, new arrivals & insider only discounts", so a subscriber also gets marketing mail and later member-only discounts of unstated size. No minimum spend, expiry date or rule on using the code with sale items is printed beside the offer.

Special Offers: the outlet section

The Special Offers collection, titled "Sex Toy Outlet Sale UK" in the browser tab, opens with "Grab yourself a bargain! Once its gone, it's gone!" That is the shop's description of how the stock behaves, and the grid shows it: most items list sizes and colors with many combinations marked "Sold out" while others remain. A shopper after one size has to check it in the options before counting on the price.

In October 2026 the collection holds 119 results, and the shop's own filter shows where they sit. Sexy Lingerie Sale is by far the largest group at 88 items, with Bondage Sale at 10, Sex Toy Sale at 8, and small groups of better-sex items, sex toy kits, vibrator sets and bundles. One detail of the storefront's template matters here. Full-price products in the rest of the shop also print a "Regular price" and a "Sale price" label, with the same figure in both places: the featured Svakom app-controlled egg and the Doxy wand on the home page are examples. A reduction is real only where the two figures differ, which on the pages shown means the Special Offers grid.

Bundles and kits

The Mystery Bundle is the shop's featured bundle. Its card describes a surprise selection "picked especially for you" and asks who it is for (female, male, or a male-female, male-male or female-female couple) and a size, Tease, Tantalize or Thrill. In October 2026 it is priced "From £30.00", with the regular and sale labels showing the same figure, so it is a product with a starting price rather than a marked-down one; the price of the larger sizes appears once an option is chosen. The menu also lists "Sex Toy Bundle Offers" under couples' toys and "Bundle Offers" under bondage, and the Special Offers branch groups Sale, Bundle Offers and Mystery Bundles & Sex Toy Kits together.

Delivery, billing and help

Help is on hand by phone and web chat, according to the About text, and the header carries a Live Chat link. Customers can create an account with a wishlist and basket.

Getting out: returns and cancellation

With no subscription, there is no recurring charge to cancel. The footer's "Let us help you" block links Refund & Returns, an EU Withdrawal Request page, FAQs and Terms & Conditions, which is where the return window and the treatment of sale and outlet items are set; neither the home page nor the Special Offers page states them. That matters most for clearance lingerie, where sizes run out and a replacement may not exist.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The offer suits a first-time buyer who is happy to join a mailing list in return for a percentage off the first order, and a shopper hunting clearance lingerie, where the cuts on the Special Offers grid are steep against the printed regular price. A basket over the free-delivery line avoids a shipping charge. It suits less well someone who wants a discount on toys, since the outlet holds few of them, or someone who needs the code's conditions and the return rule in writing before paying.
