What Harmony is and what the offer is
Harmony is a London adult shop that also sells online. The about page says it has traded for nearly 30 years, started in Soho and now trades from Charing Cross Road, and launched its web store in 2012. The terms of use name Harmony Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 03274214, as the operator of harmonystore.co.uk. The range covers sex toys, lingerie and sexy clothing, bondage and fetish accessories, gifts and games, and essentials such as lubricants and condoms.
The pages describe a shop, with no trial and no renewal. The saving on offer is a newsletter discount on a first order, a free delivery threshold for UK orders, a click and collect option, and a separate area of special offers. Harmony says plainly on its own discount code page that it aims to be competitive on everyday prices and so does not regularly offer discount codes. That sentence frames everything else here: the standing offer is the first-order discount and the delivery threshold, and any further code is occasional.
The first-order discount and the sale pages
As of October 2026 every page of the web store carries the same footer line, "Sign up to emails for 15% off your first order." That is the one discount aimed at new customers that the pages state, and they give no end date for it. The pages do not say whether the saving arrives by email as a code, whether it can be used on reduced items, or whether it has a minimum spend. The terms do say that only one discount or voucher code can be used in a single purchase, because two or more cannot be added together, and that Harmony has the right to end discount and voucher code offers at any time.
Beyond the first order, savings sit on individual products. Reduced items are shown with the current price beside a crossed-out earlier price and a percentage badge, on branded toys such as Lelo vibrators among others, and the shop says it publishes any codes it does run on its own discount code page. The store has a GBP, EUR and USD currency selector. A Rewards link sits in the footer, but its page carries no scheme details, so no points rate or redemption value is published.
Delivery, click and collect and the free threshold
In October 2026 the home page promised free UK delivery on all orders over £50, shipped in plain packaging, and next day delivery for orders placed before 4:00pm. The returns page adds the other side of that threshold: the standard delivery charge is £4.99, and if a return brings an order below the £50 free delivery level, that £4.99 is deducted from the refund. For a shopper who orders just over £50 and sends one item back, that deduction is the cost that is easy to miss.
The home page also promotes click and collect, with collection after 2 hours between 10am and 6pm, 7 days a week, from the London shop, and a line saying flexible payment and express checkout are available. The pages do not say which flexible payment providers sit behind that line. The terms add that all orders are signed for, so that the shop has confirmation of receipt, and refer to a separate delivery information page for options, costs, times and destinations. If a delivery is held up by an event outside the shop's control and the delay is set to be substantial, the terms let the customer end the contract and get a refund for products paid for but not received, less reasonable costs already incurred.
After you order: when the contract forms
The terms say an order is an offer to buy, that the acknowledgement email does not mean the order has been accepted, and that the contract forms only when the goods are dispatched and a dispatch confirmation is sent. If the shop cannot supply the goods it says it will tell the customer by email, will not process the order, and will refund anything already paid including delivery costs. The shop may also choose to cancel an order at any time.
The same clause answers the question most buyers ask about timing. The terms state that payment for the goods and delivery is in advance, but that the shop will not charge a debit or credit card until the goods are dispatched. In other words, the charge lands at dispatch rather than at the moment of ordering.
Billing and the statement name
The terms name the payment provider and the statement name. Payment for goods is via WorldPay, with a separate security page for details, and the credit card is charged in the name of HS Trading. A reader looking for the charge on a statement should therefore look for HS Trading rather than Harmony. The pages do not list accepted card brands or other methods, and they do not state whether prices include VAT beyond giving a VAT number in the company details. The terms also say the goods are intended for use only in the UK.
Canceling and returns
The returns page and the terms give two linked rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the customer may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, and because Harmony dispatches orders the same day, the page asks that cancellation be made by 4 pm on the day of ordering where possible. Only unopened, unworn items with intact hygiene seals qualify for a cancellation return, and a deadline falling on a weekend or bank holiday moves to the next working day. The terms describe the same right as a change of mind, to be notified no later than 14 days after delivery, with a refund of what was paid including the delivery costs; it does not cover hygiene-sealed goods once unsealed, goods made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalized, or goods mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
Separately, the page offers free UK returns within 30 days of delivery, using a Royal Mail returns label that the customer can generate online, or print at a Customer Service Point with a code. Free returns do not apply outside the UK, and international returns go to the Harmony Store address in London. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with hygiene seals intact. The page lists what cannot come back for a change of mind: opened packaging on sex toys, bondage items or games, broken or missing hygiene seals, worn, washed or label-removed lingerie, and opened or worn wigs. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the item; the page adds that the shop "typically" processes them within 7 days and that funds may take up to 5 working days to appear in the account. In-store purchases follow the branch's own process.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The web store sells branded items across toys, lingerie, accessories, gifts and essentials, with the footer pointing to a blog and an in-store visit page. For a UK buyer, the practical value is a new-customer discount, a clear free-delivery level, a long free-return window for UK buyers and a physical shop for anyone who prefers to collect.
It suits a UK shopper placing a first order who is happy to sign up to emails, someone who likes the idea of paying only at dispatch, and a buyer who wants a written return route. It suits less well a shopper outside the UK, because free returns stop at the border, a buyer counting on a rotating code, or anyone who wants a loyalty scheme that the pages actually describe.
