What Womanizer is and what the saving looks like

Womanizer is the manufacturer's own web shop for its Pleasure Air clitoral stimulators, sold alongside We-Vibe couples toys, Arcwave male toys, accessories and seasonal boxed sets. It runs regional storefronts, including a UK store priced in pounds, a US store in dollars and a Swiss store in German and Swiss francs. It is a one-off purchase store, not a membership: there is no trial, no plan ladder and no rebill. The saving comes from four places. A sale section marks individual products down from a stated regular price. Boxed sets and advent calendars are sold at a special price set against a stated "worth". A newsletter sign-up promises a welcome voucher. And the UK and US storefronts add a free toy of the buyer's choice above a stated order value.

The UK sale page carries a copyright line for WOW Tech Europe GmbH. The legal notice of the Swiss storefront names Lovehoney Group Germany GmbH in Berlin as the service provider, with care@womanizer.com as its contact address, and the shipping page names WOW Tech Europe GmbH as the sender on parcels.

The UK sale section

The sale page is a standing section of the store. As read in October 2026, the UK version is headed "Womanizer Deals - Up to 50% off", calls itself a "Limited time offer!" and prints no end date. Each product carries a percentage badge, a regular price and a lower price, shown either as "As low as" or as a "Special Price".

In October 2026 the UK list includes the Womanizer Premium Clitoral Stimulator with Pleasure Air as low as £119 against a regular £169, labeled 30% off. The Wave water massage stimulator carries the deepest badge on the list, and the DUO, the Pro40, the Starlet Snow, the InsideOut and the W500 sit there with smaller badges of their own, while two We-Vibe toys, the Chorus and the Tango bullet, are marked down there too. Some lines, among them the Peach Toy, the OG and the Starlet 2, are labeled sold out, so a marked-down price is not the same as stock on the shelf.

The UK page also says a buyer can choose a free Womanizer toy with every order above £200 at checkout, as of October 2026. A footnote excludes the Golden Moments and the Lust & Luxury sets from free gift promotions. The US storefront runs the same promotion against a dollar threshold, and its sale list differs line for line from the UK one.

Boxed sets and seasonal calendars

The second kind of saving is the boxed set. In the UK sale list read in October 2026, four new calendars are priced against a stated worth: a 24-day Couples Advent Calendar, a 24-day Luxury Calendar, a 24-day Enjoy Advent Calendar and a 7-day Romance Calendar. The Enjoy Advent Calendar, for example, is listed at a special price of £79, worth £281, with the page's own saving figure beside it. The Swiss home page lists a set that pairs the Premium 2 with a We-Vibe Tango bullet vibrator against a stated value in Swiss francs in the same format. The worth figure is the brand's own comparison of the items bought separately, so the saving is as meaningful as that comparison. No end date for the calendars is printed.

Newsletter voucher and the partner discounts

Every page of the store ends with the same newsletter box. In October 2026 the UK version reads "Save 15% on every Womanizer product", promises a welcome voucher, promotions and tips after sign-up, and adds that a subscriber can unsubscribe at any time. No minimum spend, expiry date or rule about combining the voucher with sale prices, sets or the free toy is printed beside it.

The UK footer links key worker discounts, student discounts and a refer-a-friend program. The Swiss student page, read in October 2026, offers up to 20% off for students who verify through EDIU, with a short bestseller list in Swiss francs underneath. The UK pages themselves show only the link labels.

After the purchase: warranty and guarantee

Because every item is a one-off purchase, there is no trial, automatic renewal, recurring charge or pre-selected add-on to worry about, and no tokens or loyalty balance that could expire. The only conditional benefit is the free toy above the threshold, applied at checkout.

The store prints two standing promises in its menus and banners: a 5 year warranty on all Womanizer toys and a 100 day Pleasure Guarantee. The Swiss home page invites buyers to shop risk free under the 100 day guarantee. Both have their own pages, linked from the UK footer, and their conditions are not printed on the sale pages: when the 100 days start, whether a used product qualifies and who pays return postage are questions for that page.

Billing, payment and delivery

The Swiss shipping page says orders can be paid by PayPal or by credit card. The German terms of WOW Tech Europe GmbH, dated 10/2017, add that a credit card is charged when the order is completed, that PayPal and Sofortüberweisung payments run within the checkout, and that a financing option can be refused after a credit check. No processor or billing descriptor is named, so the name on a card or PayPal statement is not stated.

On delivery, the Swiss shipping page read in October 2026 says orders to Switzerland ship free from CHF 50, and standard shipping normally takes 1-3 working days. Items in stock leave the warehouse within 1 working day of payment. Orders go out in ordinary cartons with a neutral sender name, WOW Tech Europe GmbH and ecom Logistik, and nothing that shows the Womanizer name or the contents. The page also says the store ships across Europe when the delivery country is chosen in the country switch. The UK pages link their own shipping page from the footer.

Canceling an order and getting money back

The UK footer links a Terms and Conditions and Withdrawal Information page. The German terms state that consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal set out in the withdrawal notice, and add a note that the right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery. No order cancellation procedure or refund timeline is printed on the sale pages. The Swiss legal notice says the company is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body, and links the European online dispute platform.

What the money buys, and who it suits

The range is air-pulse stimulators in several sizes, dual clitoral and G-spot models, a shower-head version, We-Vibe couples vibrators, Arcwave toys and gift sets. The Premium 2 product page lists a USB charging cable, 2 extra stimulation heads, a quick guide, safety notes and a cotton bag as the contents of the box.

The offer fits a UK buyer who already knows which model they want and finds it in the sale list, or who can reach the free-toy threshold with one of the larger models or a calendar. A gift buyer gets the boxed sets priced against a stated worth. It suits less well someone who wants a written refund path, a named billing descriptor or the voucher's conditions before paying, and someone who expects to return an unsealed toy.
