What FETCH is and what the offer is
FETCH is a retail shop for gay men, run from Clapham in London. The pages name the company as Marginal Ltd trading as FETCH and describe the store as the UK and Europe's leading gay lifestyle superstore, which is the brand's own claim. By its account the idea dates from November 2017, the Clapham store opened on 26 January 2018, and the web shop launched in May 2018. It sells sex toys, underwear, fashion, fetish gear and lubricants.
FETCH sells goods by the order, with nothing that renews. The saving on offer is a set of rotating sale pages with a struck-through regular price, a points-for-vouchers scheme, and free next-working-day delivery above a stated spend. The pages show no first-order code and no newsletter coupon; the newsletter box promises "exclusive offers, original stories, events and more" without naming a discount.
The sale collections
The sale section is the standing offer. It is split into Toys and Essentials, Underwear, Fashion, Fetish Gear and Swimwear sales, plus a gift sale, and the home page adds a "final clearance" block for fashion, underwear, fetish gear and sex toys. The sale page describes the stock in its own words: "We regularly update our sales pages with fantastic products at amazing prices." No end date is printed for the section.
Each product card shows a percentage, a sale price and, on most cards, the regular price. In October 2026 a basic 3 inch butt plug shows a sale price of £7.49 against a regular £14.99 under a 50% badge. Other cards carry badges of different sizes, and the Fashion sale uses "up to" badges, the deepest of them on an item flagged as sold out. That is worth noting because the availability filter on the sale page separates in-stock from out-of-stock items, so a deep reduction does not mean the item can be bought.
FETCH Rewards
The loyalty scheme is the more durable saving. The terms, last updated on 15 January 2026, say a customer joins automatically by creating an account and making a first purchase, with nothing extra to do. As of October 2026 points accrue at 1 point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases, counted on the order total including tax but excluding shipping and any applied discounts.
The redemption table has two steps, and in October 2026 the smaller gives a £7 voucher and the larger a £20 voucher, at 500 and 1000 points. Only one voucher can be used per order, vouchers cannot be combined with certain other promotions and carry no cash value, and they expire 2 years from the date of issue. Points expire after 1 year of account inactivity, where activity means a purchase, earning points or redeeming. If a returned item had earned points, they are deducted when the return is processed, and a balance can go negative until later purchases bring it back to zero. The terms reserve the right to end the scheme and to close accounts for fraudulent activity, including multiple accounts opened to collect points.
Delivery as part of the saving
Delivery thresholds do some of the work a discount code would elsewhere. As of October 2026 the shipping policy lists UK delivery by DHL Express, next working day, at £6.99, free when the spend is over £175. Orders placed before 4pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day, and the policy says next-day arrival is not guaranteed. Heavy furniture items are UK-only and have their own delivery price, and any order containing a sling frame carries an added handling and shipping surcharge applied at checkout. UK shipments are capped at 10kg and international ones at 5kg, and the shop may raise the cost and contact the customer if an order exceeds them.
International orders go by DHL, and the pages state that the price paid includes all duties and taxes, so no separate customs charge is due on arrival. A same-day courier covers London during stated daily hours, with delivery within 3 hours, and its fee is stated as non-refundable. The terms for the London services require the buyer to be available to accept and sign during the chosen delivery window, and failing to be available is deemed a breach of the terms of service. If the courier cannot deliver, the original courier fee plus the cost of returning the parcel is taken from any refund. All delivery services are tracked and need a signature at delivery. Collection from the Clapham store is free, with the policy putting orders ready within an hour of confirmation and held for up to 90 days. Packaging is plain, with a discreet label and the company's return address.
Billing
The pages show a row of accepted payment methods as logos, without naming a processor in the text, and they print no billing descriptor, so the shop does not say what will appear on a statement. Prices are in pounds sterling, and the footer gives the company number and a UK VAT number for Marginal Ltd. Gift cards are sold too; once bought they are non-refundable, and an unspent balance stays on the card for up to two years.
The shop also runs a price match, which is a promise rather than a discount. A shopper who finds the same product cheaper online from a UK mainland competitor fills in a request form linked from the product page, and the shop replies by email within 24 hours. The terms are narrow: the item must be brand new and identical in make, model, size and color, in stock at the competitor, and publicly priced on that competitor's site. Auction sites, membership clubs, resellers, retailers closing down and non-UK sellers are excluded, as are any items on promotion, multi-buy, time-limited reduction, sale, voucher-code price or bundle. Shipping is left out of the match.
Getting out: returns and withdrawal
The refund policy, citing the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, gives a right to cancel and return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving the order, or of the day a store collection becomes available. Before dispatch, a cancellation can be requested from the "Request cancellation" link in the confirmation email or on the order status page; once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled before delivery, and a refused delivery has its return cost deducted from the refund. Phone help runs from 11am to 6pm, seven days a week.
Returns start from the customer account with "Request return", and the shop says it reviews requests and emails next steps within 24 hours. Items must come back unused, in original packaging with labels and seals intact, within 14 days of authorization, with a copy of the authorization email; leaving it out can cost a small admin fee taken from the refund. Return postage is the buyer's cost unless the item is faulty. Sex toys, lubricants, creams and condoms with broken seals are refused on hygiene grounds, and made-to-measure items are not returnable unless faulty. Faulty items get a full refund including the original shipping.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt to the original payment method, or as store credit if the buyer prefers, and shipping is not refunded unless the goods were faulty. The policy read in October 2026 also covers the money side of promotions: a return from a multi-buy refunds only a proportionate share of the offer price, a free gift has to come back with the return, and a return that takes a free-shipping order back under £175 has the standard shipping fee deducted. Rewards points earned on a returned item are removed as well.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The money buys a retail range aimed at gay men and fetish shoppers: masturbators, dildos, butt plugs, bondage and restraints, cock and ball gear, penis pumps and lubricants on the toy side; underwear, swimwear, club wear and streetwear; and fetish gear in leather, neoprene and rubber, including harnesses, collars and cuffs, gags and blindfolds, ropes and spanking items. ruff GEAR is presented as a London-born house label of leather straps and harnesses. The shop's own description is gay sex toys, a fetish gay sex shop, gay underwear, lube and fashion. It sells goods only; there is no streaming or video library.
The offer suits a regular buyer of gear who will build points toward a voucher, a UK or EU shopper who values duties being included, and anyone buying above the free-delivery spend. It suits less well a first-time shopper looking for a welcome code, or a buyer who wants free returns, since return postage on a change of mind falls on the customer.
