What Pulse & Cocktails is and what the offer is
Pulse & Cocktails is a UK adult retailer with a chain of shops and an online store. Its About page says it is based in Rotherham, opened its first store in 1997 in a small industrial unit and later moved to the flagship superstore it runs today, and it calls its shops the largest adult stores in the UK and Europe, which is the company's own claim. The home page speaks of 17 shops across the UK, from Leeds, Sheffield and Hull to Ipswich, Cheltenham and Wolverhampton. The range covers toys for men, women and couples, masturbators, realistic sex dolls and male torsos, dildos and vibrators, bondage and fetish gear, lingerie, lubricants, condoms and gifts.
Buying here is a one-off order, in a shop or online, with no account fee and nothing that renews. The savings come from four places: a page of printed codes for multi-buy deals, a newsletter sign-up that takes 15% off a first order (as stated in October 2026), a Special Offers section with marked-down items and bundles, and a free Pulse Points loyalty scheme.
The printed codes and multi-buy deals
The All Discount Codes page lists each deal with the code to type at checkout. As of October 2026 the lead deal is 4 for 3 "on every product both online and in-store" with code 4FOR3, and the same line runs in the strip at the top of every page. Any 3 lubricants come with "your cheapest free" under code 3FOR2LUBE. A second luxury toy is half price with code LUXURY, a second lingerie piece is half price with code LINGERIE, the Glow in the Dark range is 3 for 2 in store and online with code GLOW, and a range sold as a fixed-price pair takes code 2FOR50. The page closes with the shop's own note that offers may change or expire and that the page is the place to see which codes are active. No code carries an end date.
The Special Offers menu repeats these groups and adds two without a printed code: a fixed-price pair of bondage picks and Special Offer Bundles. The codes page does not say whether 2 codes can be used on one order.
The Special Offers section
In October 2026 the Special Offers page opens with "up to 60% off selected items across the website" and lists 228 products by its own count. Most lines show a single price, and the ones marked OFFER show an original price and a current price side by side. The bundles are the clearest examples: a CBD hybrid lube and massage oil bundle and a tingling lubricant and toy cleaner bundle are each priced below the sum shown as the original price, and two large gift sets, the Couple's Climax Collection and the Passion Play Gift Set, carry the same kind of was and now pair. Product pages also suggest add-ons this way: the masturbator page pairs its item with a Male Toy Essentials Kit carrying its own was and now prices. The page says the discounts "won't be around forever" and gives no date.
The first-order discount and Pulse Points
The newsletter box reads "Plus, we'll give you 15% off your first order." in October 2026, and the sign-up banner on the Special Offers and rewards pages says signing up gives 15% off a first order "instantly". Neither page says whether it comes as a code or what minimum order applies.
Pulse Points is a separate loyalty account, free to customers aged 18 or over, and placing an order does not enroll anyone: the scheme needs its own sign-up, in store or online. The rewards page pitches points at a higher "up to" value, while the scheme terms read in October 2026 set the working rate: 1 point for every full £1 spent on qualifying purchases, counted on the spend after discounts, and each point worth 5p when redeemed. Redemption needs a balance of at least 100 points. Points are added within 7 days, can be used 24 to 72 hours after they are earned, and are not earned on gift cards or on the part of an order paid with points. They cannot be added after the order, so the customer has to be signed in online or give account details in store. Points can be combined with other discounts, promotions and sale items unless stated otherwise, and stay valid for 12 months from the last earning or redeeming, after which the account may be closed. The shop can change or withdraw the scheme at any time.
After the sale
An order is a single payment with no subscription or renewal attached. The later money effects come from a return: the original delivery charge is not refunded, points used on a returned item go back on the account, and points over-awarded on a reduced order can be taken off.
Billing and payment
The footer says card purchases in store and online "will show as P&C Trading on your bank statement", and the delivery policy repeats that every online order shows as P&C Trading, so the shop's name does not appear. The delivery policy says payment is taken through the shop's own secure online payment system and names no processor. Product pages offer interest-free installments: a pay in 3 option, and Clearpay, which splits a purchase into 4 payments due every 2 weeks and is open to customers who are 18+ and permanently resident in the UK, excluding the Channel Islands. Prices are in pounds.
Delivery and collection
As listed in October 2026, the standard service is DPD next working day for £4.95, free on orders over £50, with a 3pm cutoff Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery costs more, with a lower rate when the order passes £50, and DPD collection points follow the same £50 threshold as standard delivery. Click and collect from a shop is free and ready in 2 hours when the item is in stock, provided the order is placed at least 2 hours before closing. The delivery policy says the shop does not deliver outside the UK, and that the Scottish Highlands, the islands and the Channel Islands fall outside guaranteed next day delivery.
Getting out: cancellations and refunds
The delivery policy says orders are packed quickly, so changes or cancellations are usually not possible once placed, but a customer who gets in touch within 1 hour may be able to amend an order that has not been processed yet. After dispatch the route is the returns policy. Online orders can go back within 30 days, unused and undamaged, in their original packaging with seals and shrink-wrap intact. A change of mind is handled through the online returns form; in October 2026 the DPD returns portal costs £4.50, "subject to change", or the customer can send the parcel by their own tracked service to the Rotherham returns address. Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method, without the original delivery charge. A first order can also be exchanged free for other products, above a minimum value the policy sets.
Damaged, wrong or faulty goods go back at the shop's cost, with a full refund if required. Under the policy read in October 2026, a sex doll or masturbator worth over £250 may carry a 15% restocking fee if canceled or returned after dispatch, with the customer paying the return postage. In-store purchases follow their own rule: a credit note or exchange within 7 days with the receipt, no refund for a change of mind unless the item is faulty, and personal items such as sex toys, underwear, latex wear, condoms and lubricants cannot come back for hygiene reasons. Online click and collect orders cannot be returned to a shop.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The catalog runs from vibrators, dildos, anal toys, sex machines and strap-ons to bondage restraints, gags and electro toys, lingerie and costumes, lubricants and gifts. Dolls sit in the men's menu as Realistic Sex Dolls and in the women's menu as Male Sex Dolls & Torsos, and the 4 for 3 code is worded to cover every product, so they fall inside it.
The offers fit a buyer filling a basket of several items who will type a code, someone near one of the shops who wants free click and collect, and a regular who will sign in each time to collect points. They fit less well someone who wants to stack every code on one order, since the codes page is silent on that, or anyone outside the UK, where the shop does not deliver. The restocking fee on dearer dolls and masturbators, and the hygiene rule on in-store returns, are the caveats to read first.
