Secret Play

What Secret Play is and what the offer is

Secret Play is a UK online shop for sex toys, condoms, lubricants and adult games. The footer names the operator as Simply Online Ltd, trading as Secret Play, with a Leicester address, and the About page says the e-commerce business was "constituted in April 2012" and also sells through its own shops on eBay UK, Amazon UK and OnBuy. The range leans toward consumables: condoms by brand, size and bulk pack, lubricants from Pjur, Pasante, System Jo and others, Tenga and Fleshlight male toys, Doxy wand massagers, vibrators, dildos and party games.

The saving is a markdown rather than a code or a trial. Products tagged On Sale show a Now price beside a higher Was price, both with and without VAT, and the shop runs an Offers section built around Pjur lubricants. Delivery is free on every order, which the About page states with "There is no minimum order requirements." Each purchase is a single order with nothing that renews.

How the markdowns are priced

Every product tile carries an MSRP line, a Now price including VAT, a Was price including VAT and the same pair excluding VAT. A tile with a Was figure is tagged On Sale, and a tile with an empty Was field shows the current price only, so a buyer can see at a glance which lines are reduced. The Was figure is the shop's own earlier price.

The clearest markdowns are on consumables and male toys. In October 2026 the home page lists a 144-pack of Pasante Gentle Light Lube sachets at £21.99 against £25.99, and the Offers page lists Pjur Original silicone lubricant in a 500 ml bottle at £38.49 against £45.99, with the 1000 ml bottle reduced the same way. The Tenga page shows the Tenga Air Flow Cup Regular at £12.99 against £22.99, with the Strong version and the Premium Original Vacuum Cup also reduced. The Exs wholesale page carries the bulk packs: 100, 144 and 200 condom packs, and a 500-condom Exs Magnum Large pack, many of them On Sale, and the Was and Now figures cover the whole pack. A Pasante Pride 144-pack sits on its own Gay Price page with the same kind of reduction, and Fleshlight sleeve warmers are marked down on the Fleshlight accessories page. Other products on the same pages show no Was price, so the markdown covers part of the range.

The Offers menu also has a "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" entry under Pjur Lubricants Offers. That page lists 3 Pjur 100 ml lubricants, Med Sensitive Glide, Basic Water Based and Basic Silicone, at single prices with no Was figure and no written rule for which item comes free. No coupon code appears on the shop's pages, and no offer carries an end date.

Free delivery and dispatch

Free delivery is the standing term. The header reads "Free UK Delivery" and "Next Day Delivery", and the About page promises "100% free delivery on our all orders" with no minimum. It adds that orders placed before 2pm are generally sent the same day by Royal Mail, and that the free service takes 2 to 3 working days within the UK mainland, 7 to 10 working days in the EU and 14 to 21 working days for the rest of the world. The separate shipping policy speaks of weight-based rates, with weights rounded up to the next full pound, and of some products that cannot be shipped abroad, without saying which orders those rates apply to.

After the order

Nothing converts or renews. What matters after choosing a markdown is the pack size, because the bulk lines are priced per pack and the tiles give no per-item figure. Prices show in pounds by default, and a currency selector also offers US dollars and euros. The header also carries a "100% Authentic & Genuine Products Guarantee", and the About page says the shop sells "only certified and 100% Genuine original" toys, condoms and lubricants, which is the shop's own claim.

Billing

The header lists Amazon, PayPal and Klarna Payments as ways to pay. The Klarna Payments page sets out the pay-later options at checkout: pay up to 10 days after ordering, split the purchase into 3 installments taken every 30 days with no interest, or apply for monthly financing with an instant decision, each for UK residents aged 18 or over, subject to status, with late fees possible under Klarna's terms. The page says the pay-later and 3-installment agreements are not regulated by the FCA.

The Discreet Packing page describes the parcel: a plain brown Jiffy bag without branding, no description of the contents, and a Royal Mail label showing the buyer's name, delivery address and a return address with the sender given as Simply Online Ltd in Leicester. The shop names no card processor and does not state what appears on a card statement.

Getting out

Getting out means a return, and the Returns and Refunds page opens with the condition: products "must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact". A returned item found to be used is not refunded and is sent back at the customer's expense.

Faulty goods get their own rule, a 30 Day Warranty counted from the day the product arrives. The shop will exchange the item free of charge, swap it for a similarly priced item or refund its full value once a staff member confirms the fault, and it covers the return costs, reimbursing postage the customer paid once the fault is confirmed. The buyer must notify the shop within 30 days of arrival to be eligible for any refund, replacement, exchange or store credit. The page asks customers to check batteries and charging first, wait for approval from customer service before posting, and include their name, order number, reason and preferred resolution, with a tracking number kept for the parcel. The Contact page form has an order number field and an RMA number field. For an order paid with Klarna, the Klarna page says a return leads to an adjusted statement once the shop registers it.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog is practical: condoms from Exs, Pasante, Durex, Skins and My Size, including a My Size range sorted by width, lubricants from Pjur, Pasante, System Jo, ID and others, Tenga and Fleshlight male toys and accessories, Doxy and other wand massagers, vibrators, dildos, cock rings, anal toys, restraint play, couples' products and hen, stag and party games.

The markdowns suit a buyer who wants consumables in volume, because the clearest reductions are on bulk condom and lubricant packs and delivery is free at any order size. They suit a Tenga or Fleshlight buyer who wants a named product below its earlier price. They suit less a buyer looking for a code or a dated sale, since none is printed, or one who wants the written rule for the Buy 2 Get 1 Free entry. The sealed-item return rule is strict, so an opened pack goes back only if faulty.
