Rocks Off

What Rocks Off is and what the offer is

Rocks Off is a sex toy brand that sells from its own online shop. Its home page headline reads "HIGH‑QUALITY, DISCREET SEX TOYS DESIGNED IN THE UK", and the shop's description calls them body-safe silicone toys. Beside its own name, the Brands menu lists Climaximum, NIYA, Sugarboo, Quest and Unite Wellness, and a Wellness menu covers pelvic floor toners under the Soma Therapies and Soma Flex names.

The offer on the home page is a buy one, get one free promotion: buy any two products and the lower-priced one is free, "throughout October". Around it sit 2 standing terms, an Outlet section of lower-priced stock and free UK shipping above a set spend. There is no subscription, plan or trial: each order is a single purchase, and nothing renews afterward.

The buy one, get one free offer

The home page presents it as a Menopause Awareness Month offer: "This Menopause Awareness Month celebrate pleasure at every stage of life. Buy any two products and get the cheapest FREE throughout October." The line covers "any two products", prints no code, and names no year, so the month of October is its only end date. Read in October 2026, it is a seasonal promotion with a fixed end rather than a standing discount, and a buyer reading after October should expect it to be gone.

The mechanics follow from the wording. The free item is always the cheaper of the two, so the saving is the price of the lower-priced product in the pair. The shop's own prices sit in a narrow band for much of the range. In October 2026 the new NOVA prostate toys are listed at £29.99 and £39.99 and the rechargeable Poppy Red and Golden Rose bullets at £19.99, so 2 toys from one line come out close in price.

The Outlet and free shipping

The Outlet has its own page, titled "Discount Sex Toys Online", which opens "Welcome to the Outlet section at Rocks-off, where luxury meets affordability", and the cart drawer carries the line "Outlet Bargains! Bag a bargain whilst stocks last!" Each item shows a single "Regular price" with no earlier price beside it, so the page states no reduction for any line. As listed in October 2026, Outlet prices run from the Bamboo Discrete Luxury Bullet Vibrator at £14.99, marked sold out, to the Fuzion Xchange at £99.99. Between them sit the Aura palm massager, the RO-G-Spot and Little Charm, the Bullet Bunny rabbit, Ruby Caress, Ro-Duet, Rock-Chick, Hoopla, Dominus, Poseidon, Ibex, Heart Throb, the Lust Linx ball and chain, the Zeppalina vibrator and Dr Rocco's Kit and Kaboodle. The filter groups them as bullets, butt plugs, cock rings, discreet toys, G-spot toys, intimate massagers, love eggs, prostate toys, rabbits, kits and vibrators.

Free shipping is the second standing term. The top banner reads "Free shipping on UK Orders over £25" in October 2026, and the home page repeats "FREE UK DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £25". The threshold applies to UK orders only. Prices follow the country selector: the same Outlet page set to Switzerland shows prices in euros, with the Aura at €26,95 in place of its sterling price, so a buyer outside the UK sees a separate price list.

After the order

A banner across every page warns that high demand means "orders may take longer than anticipated" and that items will be sent "as soon as possible", with no time given. The home page also promises a "2 Year Guarantee WITH ALL PURCHASES FROM THE ROCKS OFF WEBSITE", worded for every purchase from the site with no exception named for the Outlet. A newsletter invites sign-ups for "exclusive offers, original stories, events and more" and names no sign-up discount.

Billing

Under the heading "DISCREET PACKAGING & BILLING", the shop says: "All orders are sent in non-branded discreet parcels, and 'Rocks Off' will not appear in your statements." That is the brand's promise about the descriptor: the shop name stays off the card statement. The pages do not give the wording that does appear, and they name no payment processor and no list of payment methods. Prices are charged in pounds for the UK store and in euros where the selector is set to Switzerland.

Getting out

The shop's exit terms sit on its Returns, Terms of Sale and Delivery pages, linked from the footer beside Product Care, Terms & Conditions, Contact Us and a GDPR Compliance page. The home and Outlet pages do not repeat the return window or the refund rule, so a buyer who takes the free item in the October offer and later wants to send one product back has those pages to read for how a partial return is priced.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The catalog runs from rechargeable bullets and 16 speed mini wands to rabbits, clit suckers, finger vibrators, G-spot toys, love eggs, masturbators, cock rings, butt plugs, prostate toys, sit-on vibrators, panty vibes, kits and accessible sex toys. The NOVA range is pitched with "16 powerful vibration settings & patterns", the sit-on and panty pieces as hands-free toys "for solo relaxation and discreet couples' play", and the RO-80mm as the "Original Multi Award-Winning Single Speed Bullet". The home page also sorts the range into For Her, For Him, For Us and For Wellbeing sections, and its new arrivals include a 10-function waterproof mini massage wand in five colors. The shop's own review widget shows 135 reviews, 91 of them at 5 stars, which the widget gives as 67%. The footer adds brand pages on being body safe, sustainability, the company's purpose and its vision and mission, and a Product Care page for looking after a toy once it arrives. These descriptions and scores are the brand's own claims.

The October offer suits a UK buyer who wants two toys from the same price band and orders before the month ends, with free UK delivery once the basket passes the threshold. The Outlet suits a buyer who is happy with whichever older lines are still in stock, accepting that the page shows no earlier price to measure against. A buyer outside the UK gets no free shipping line and a separate price list, and anyone who wants a written return rule before ordering has to open the Returns page first.
