What Ricky is and what the offer is

Ricky is a UK sex toy brand that sells from its own online shop, with Ricky Rabbit as its mascot. Its home page states the rule that shapes the range: "Ricky only sells rechargeable vibrators", and it adds that it will "never sell a cheap vibrator that needs batteries". The hero banner pitches the range as gifts, "All fully rechargeable, high quality". The shop's listing gives a customer support line and an office address in Cheltenham, and the footer says the company is registered in England, that Ricky, Ricky Rabbit and Have A Ricky are registered trademarks of Tomlow Limited, and gives a company number and a VAT registration number. The site's own description calls Ricky "the UK's most exciting adult toy brand", which is the brand's claim. Prices are in pounds.

The saving comes in three forms. Most of the range is shown at a marked-down price, with the higher price printed beside it. The shop header offers money off for creating an account. And a banner across the top of every page promises a free vibe once a basket passes a set spend. There is no subscription, trial or membership behind any of it: each order is a single purchase.

The marked-down prices

The markdowns are where the pages give the most detail, because the home page prints the old and new price together. In October 2026 the Ricky's Favourites row lists Ricky's wand massager vibrator at £69.95 against £89.95 and the Deluxe Rechargeable Bullet Vibrator at £44.95 against £59.95, the same 2 products the home page puts at the top as its rechargeable vibrators. Further down the row, the Bunny & Clyde rabbit with a G-spot tapper, a G-spot rabbit with clitoral suction, the Blush Aria Tickler rotating stimulator, the Match up couple vibrator with a wireless remote, the Noje Quiver pinpoint stimulator and the Impressions N2 Curvy and N3 Wavy vibrating dildos all carry a lower price beside a higher one. In that row the cut is shallow on some lines and much deeper on others, with the Impressions dildos among the larger reductions, so the size of the saving depends on which product a buyer picks rather than on a flat sitewide rate.

The anal toys row works the same way and includes a set sold as one item: the First Time Anal Play Bundle, listed in October 2026 at £49.95 against £74.90. A beginner's tapered butt plug, a remote-controlled anal beads vibrator, a glow in the dark silicone dildo and another Impressions dildo are marked down in that row too. Not every product is reduced. A small butt plug, a tapered anal training kit, two dual density dildos, a metal plug and the R-evolution 3-in-1 wand show a single price, so the markdown covers much of the range rather than all of it. A Sale link sits in the main menu beside the product categories. None of the marked-down prices names an end date or needs a code.

The account discount and the free vibe

The shop header on its collection page reads "Create a Ricky.com account and get £5 off" as of October 2026. It is a sign-up offer for opening an account, and the banner gives no minimum spend, no expiry and no rule on whether it combines with a marked-down price.

The banner at the top of every page reads "FREE £62.95 VIBE WHEN YOU SPEND £50" in October 2026, worded as a free product carrying that value once the basket reaches the spend. The banner does not name the vibe or say whether the customer chooses it, and it does not say whether the spend is counted before or after the markdowns.

The email box at the foot of each page invites visitors to "be the first to hear about our horny discounts and offers" and links its own terms. It names no discount of its own, so it is a mailing list rather than a further saving.

After the order

Nothing here renews: there is no plan to convert and no recurring charge. A strip on every page lists "100% Discreet Packaging" and a "4.8 / 5 Reviews" score, which is the shop's own figure. In October 2026 the same strip also carries the words "UK orders over £45", with nothing after them to say what such an order gets. The footer has a page titled Discreet Delivery beside its Delivery Information page. The same footer links a Recycle page and a Recharge With Ricky page. No points scheme, loyalty account or lifetime price appears on the pages, so the account discount is the only saving tied to signing up.

Billing

Prices are in pounds sterling, and the footer gives the company's VAT registration number. The pages name no payment processor, list no payment methods and print no billing descriptor, so the wording on a card statement is not given. The discreet packaging line covers the parcel; the pages make no matching claim about the statement.

Getting out

The shop gives its exit rule in a withdrawal panel shown on every page. It says that a UK or EU consumer has "the statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of delivery", and that the form can "cancel all (or part of) your order". A "Withdraw from Contract" link sits in the footer, and the panel ends with a "Withdrawal Button for Online Shops". The 14 days run from delivery, not from the order, and the panel is written for UK and EU consumers. For the rest of the return rules, such as opened items and return postage, the footer points to separate Returns, Terms & Conditions, FAQs and Contact Us pages.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The range, in the brand's own words, is fully rechargeable vibrators in "Soft-touch premium silicone" and in its own trademark packaging, sold across rabbit, wand, bullet, couple and anal lines, plus dildos, butt plugs, cock rings, sex toys for men, love eggs and Kegel balls, and an essentials menu of lubricants, condoms, massage oils, toy cleaners, pumps and anal care. The Have A Ricky range has its own menu entry. The home page rows mix Ricky's own vibrators with other named lines such as Impressions, Blush Aria and Noje toys, all sold from the one shop.

The prices suit a buyer who wants a named Ricky vibrator, since the Favourites row shows the old and new price side by side, and a first-time anal toy buyer, for whom the starter bundle is marked down as one item. The account offer suits anyone who will sign up before paying, and the free vibe suits a buyer whose basket reaches the spend anyway. A buyer who wants a code, a dated sale or a written rule on combining offers will not find one on the pages, and the withdrawal right is stated for UK and EU consumers only.
