What Prowler RED is and what the offer is
Prowler RED is a gay fetish retailer from London that sells online and from a shop on Old Compton Street in Soho. Its page title calls it a store for gay fetishwear, leather and sex toys for men, the home page banner calls it the UK's leading gay leather, fetishwear and sex toy store, and its own site description opens with "London Born, Fetish Driven" and calls it the UK's boldest gay fetish store. Those are the shop's own claims about itself. The range covers leather and rubber clothing, harnesses, bondage and electro gear, anal toys, chastity and cock and ball products, masturbators, lubricants, douches, underwear and a large poppers section.
This is a shop, not a membership. Every order is a single purchase with no subscription behind it. The money side of the home page is built from four parts: a first-order discount for signing up to the shop's emails, percentage markdowns on named ranges, a 3 for 2 deal on many lines, and free shipping above a set spend. The site description itself names "3 for 2" and Click & Collect as the two things the shop leads with.
The first-order discount and the range markdowns
The standing offer for a new customer sits in the email box at the foot of the home page. In October 2026 it reads "Get 15% Off your first order and be the first to know about new collections and exclusive offers." The box asks for an email address and nothing else, and the line is the full published wording of the offer, with no stated minimum spend and no stated expiry.
Above it the home page runs three markdown blocks, each linked to its range. As read in October 2026, a Locktober block takes 20% off chastity gear, pitched at buyers "starting out or ready for a new challenge". The name ties it to the month of October, though the block prints no end date. A second block takes 20% off New Arrivals and adds that many of those items are "also included in our 3 for 2 deal". A third takes 15% off the shop's own Prowler RED Toppers and "every popper in the range that's compatible with them". None of the three blocks gives a start date or a closing date.
The markdowns show up as was and now prices in the product strips. In October 2026 the New Additions strip lists a Hünkyjunk Roto Grooved Gripper cock ring in three colors, each marked as a sale item at a regular price of £14.95 and a sale price of £11.96. A pair of Hunkyjunk Nano Nips nipple suckers in the same strip carries the same kind of sale label against its own regular price. The shop prints the two prices side by side and leaves the percentage off them unstated.
How the 3 for 2 works
The 3 for 2 is the deal that recurs across the page. The Toppers block says that all of its products are part of the 3 for 2 offer and gives the rule in the shop's own words: "buy any two, get the cheapest free". The block closes by calling the pairing of the Toppers markdown and the 3 for 2 "now at an even better price". The underwear tile carries a "3 FOR 2" label across all its brands and styles, and the pup play tile reads "3 FOR 2 ON PUP PLAY GEAR". The New Arrivals block says "many items" in that range qualify, so the shop presents the deal as covering some products and not others.
Put together, a buyer can meet two layers on one item: a range markdown on new arrivals and then the 3 for 2 across a basket of qualifying products. The page does not say how the two interact at checkout or which one is applied first.
Shipping, click and collect, and the Soho shop
A strip across the top of every page carries the delivery terms. In October 2026 shipping is free over £49.95, orders placed before 12pm go out the same day, and Click and Collect is ready within 4 hours with a minimum wait of 1 hour. The Click & Collect block explains the route: choose "Pickup" at checkout and collect the order from the Soho store. The poppers tile repeats a free UK delivery line for that range.
The store block gives the address on Old Compton Street, a London phone number and opening hours for every day of the week, with later closing on Friday and Saturday and shorter hours on Sunday. A buyer near central London can therefore order online and collect the same day, which removes the delivery charge question for orders under the free shipping threshold.
The footer also links Size Charts and a Blue Light Scheme page. The home page names the scheme without stating what it gives.
Billing and currency
Nothing here renews: no trial, no plan and no recurring charge. The country and region selector lists the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Switzerland and a run of European and other markets, and every one of them is priced in GBP, so a buyer outside the UK pays in pounds sterling. The footer states that the store is "Powered by Shopify". The page names no payment processor and no billing descriptor, and the slot labeled "Payment methods" in its footer lists no names.
Returns and getting out
The footer links a Refund policy, a Delivery & Returns page, a Shipping policy, Terms of Service, a "Start Withdrawal" page and Contact information. The Start Withdrawal link is the shop's own route for withdrawing from an order. The home page does not reproduce the refund window or the condition goods must be in. Because a 3 for 2 basket ties three items together, a buyer who may send one back should read the Refund policy for how a partial return is priced before ordering. A buyer who changes their mind before dispatch can also reach the Soho store by phone during opening hours.
What the money buys and who the offer suits
The navigation shows the full range. Poppers are sorted by brand, formulation, strength and role. Gear runs from leather jackets, chaps, boots, kilts and harnesses to rubber, pup play, sportswear and club wear. The BDSM menu holds bondage, collars and leashes, gags, masks and hoods, restraints, rope and tape, electro controllers with an electro guide, nipple play, and whips, crops and paddles. The toy menu covers anal training, beads, dildos, plugs, prostate toys and strap-ons, and the cock and ball menu covers stretchers, chastity, Bathmate pumps, cock rings in leather, rubber and steel, masturbators, sheaths and Oxballs. Essentials cover condoms, douches and lubricants. The underwear menu names Prowler RED, Prowler, Envy, Meyer Jocks and Oxjok. A customer rating widget on the home page shows 4.62 stars from 72 reviews, the shop's own figure.
The offer fits a buyer putting together a basket of two or three qualifying items, where one of them comes free under the shop's rule, and one buying new arrivals or chastity gear while those markdown blocks run. It also fits a first-time customer who will sign up for the emails to take the first-order discount, and a London buyer who wants to collect the same day. It fits less well a buyer who wants to know in advance whether the email discount, a range markdown and the 3 for 2 can all apply to one order, because the home page does not say, or a buyer outside the UK who would rather pay in local currency.
