What Pleasure Delights is and what it offers
Pleasure Delights is a UK online shop for sex toys, lingerie, bondage and fetish gear, lubricants, condoms and novelty items. Its terms name it as a trading name of JRH Retail Limited, with a company number and a business address on Portland Street in Manchester, and every footer adds that all models are over 18. There is nothing to join and nothing that renews: each purchase is a one-off order.
The savings come in three forms on the shop's own pages. A set of multi-buy sections sells any 3 items from a section for one fixed price. A line in the menu on every page offers a discount on a first order for signing up. And a free delivery threshold sits beside same-day dispatch and Klarna payment options at checkout. The shop also says its prices "cannot be beaten" and that it will match a lower one, and its footer names a Pleasure Points Reward Scheme, but neither comes with stated terms.
The multi-buy sections
The most concrete deals are the "3 for" sections under the Offers menu. As of October 2026 they are 3 for £25, 3 for £50 and 3 for £75, and each page carries the same rule: "Choose any 3 items" for the stated price, "(Discount applied at checkout)". So the reduction is not shown on the product grid; it appears when three qualifying items are in the basket.
Each section is its own short product list, filtered by price band. The first holds 13 items, among them a lubricant, a card game, body jewels, a masturbator, a penis pump and a hogtie. The middle one holds 15, including a water-bottle cleansing kit, crotchless and garter lingerie, a leather whip, a rainbow plug, a steel cock ring and a set of anal beads. The top one holds 10, from a maid's dress costume and leather briefs to a fork paddle, a strap-on harness, wrist cuffs and a rubber whip. Every item keeps its own shelf price on the grid, and the point of the deal is that three of them cost the flat figure in the section's name. No "was" total is printed, so the size of the saving depends on which three items go in the basket.
A fourth menu entry, "3 for 2 Sex Toys", sits beside them as a label only. The sections give no end date and read as standing parts of the shop rather than a dated promotion. Whether items can be mixed across the three sections is not stated.
The sign-up discount, delivery and the price promise
The menu on every page carries the line "Sign up today for 10% off your first order!", as read in October 2026. It is a first-order offer for joining the mailing list; its conditions, such as whether it stacks with a 3 for basket, are not printed.
Delivery is the other saving. In October 2026 the header strip on every page offers "Free UK Delivery On orders over £34.99", and the home page adds that a smaller order "may be subject to a delivery charge". Orders placed on a working day are packed and shipped the same day for next working day delivery, which the home page says it guarantees, and the multi-buy pages give the cut-off as before 3pm Monday to Friday. Asked whether same-day dispatch costs extra, the home page answers with the threshold itself: over that value delivery is free next day, below it a charge may apply.
The price promise reads "Our Prices cannot be beaten. Let us know if it has, and we will match it." It is a request process rather than a set reduction. A "Sale Now On" heading on the home page sits above a "Sex Toys Sale" grid whose products show single prices, with no reduction printed beside them.
After the deal: what changes and what does not
None of these deals converts into anything. There is no trial, membership or renewal, so nothing is charged after checkout.
The one place a deal reaches back into money is the refund rule for special offer products. The returns page says a customer who wants a refund "will need to return all your Special Offer items or pay for the outstanding item", and that if the customer wants to keep the item received free, the shop can deduct its cost from the refund. A return from a multi-buy basket is therefore not a simple one-item refund. A faulty special-offer item is replaced. All products carry a 12 month warranty, and delivery fees are not refunded on returns.
Billing and payment
Klarna is the payment provider the shop names, and refunds go back "via the original payment method, Klarna". The terms say Klarna may run limited credit searches to decide which options to offer, that these show on a credit file but do not affect a credit score, and that the options may be Pay Now by Card or Pay After Delivery; with Pay After Delivery, Klarna contacts the customer about payment within 14 days and charges may apply if it is missed.
A separate Buy Now Pay Later page describes the checkout steps and two Klarna plans. Pay in 30 days lets the buyer pay up to 30 days later with no interest or fees if paid on time, and only for the items kept. Pay in 3 splits a purchase into 3 interest-free installments, the first at purchase and the rest every 30 days by card. The page states that both are unregulated credit agreements, for UK residents aged 18 or over, subject to status, with late fees, and that late payment can limit future use of Klarna. Prices are in pounds; no billing descriptor is named.
Cancelling and getting money back
An order can be canceled within 14 days of placing it by emailing the shop's help address, and if it has already gone out the customer then has 14 more days to send it back, with instructions by email. The same page also says dispatched orders cannot be canceled and that unwanted, unused items go back at the customer's cost, with a returns form from the same address.
Unwanted goods must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and back within 30 days of delivery. Goods not heat sealed in the box, and sealed items that have been opened, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable; lingerie must be unworn, and items with a crotch area cannot be exchanged or refunded. Damage or discrepancies must be reported within 36 hours of delivery, and an incorrect item must stay unopened. In October 2026 the page sets a minimum fee of £4.50 when a returned item has been used, fails these conditions or is found not faulty.
Refunds: the page cites a legal 30-day limit after cancellation, says the shop aims for 7 days, and gives its refund department up to 30 days once a return is processed. For faults in the UK, an item can go back free within 30 days of delivery; a refund or exchange is available within 90 days and only an exchange after that. Faulty items must arrive clean, or they are refused and a re-delivery fee is charged. Customer service answers by phone on weekdays from 8.00am to 5.30pm.
What the money buys and who it suits
The catalog is broad: vibrators, dildos, men's toys, couples' toys, strap-ons, anal products, bondage and fetish gear, lingerie including plus sizes, lubricants, condoms and games, with a brand list that includes Lelo, Satisfyer, Tenga, Rocks Off and Toy Joy. The Buy Now Pay Later page shows category counts such as Sex Toys (833) and Bondage & Fetish (369).
The 3 for sections suit someone who wants several small items, such as a lubricant, a ring and a game, at a flat price, and a buyer who will keep everything in the basket. The sign-up discount suits a first-time customer, and Klarna's pay-later options suit a buyer who wants the parcel before paying. The limits are the strict sealed-packaging rule and the special-offer refund clause, so anyone who may send something back should read the returns page before choosing a multi-buy.
