What it is and what the offer is

LOVE AND VIBES is an online retailer of adult toys, lingerie, sexual wellness products, lubricants and realistic dolls. The UK site is operated by Family Web Diffusion, a French company (a SARL) that the legal notice places in Castelginest and registers in Toulouse. The about page dates the company to January 2011 and the UK site to September 2017, and says the shop sells its own LOVE AND VIBES product range with over 3,000 items on offer, which is the brand's own claim.

The pages describe no membership, trial subscription or recurring charge. Every saving is attached to a one-off order, and as of October 2026 it comes in several forms: a standing Special offers section with marked-down products and "50% off" tags, sets and multi-packs sold at one reduced price, a multi-buy code described in the FAQ, a newsletter voucher, and a tester kit for realistic dolls whose price comes back as a voucher. The sections below take them in turn, then the payment and return rules that decide how much of a saving survives.

The special offers section and the sets

The Special offers page says the shop runs a selection of reduced items every month and several different sales through the year. The page gives no end date for the products it shows. In October 2026 the items carry either an "On Sale" tag or a "50% off" tag, with the higher price shown beside the reduced one. Black leather handcuffs carry the "On Sale" tag, and the page prints the reduced price beside the original one. The "50% off" tags cover realistic torsos and large masturbators as well as bodysuits, babydolls and lingerie sets, while the "On Sale" tags sit on cuffs, a male chastity cage and an XXL dildo.

The sex toy set page works as the multi-product offer. In October 2026 its "Lovers' Playground" pleasure pack shows a reduced price beside a higher one, and the Greenyshine 4-in-1 and "Anal Pleasure Discovery" packs on the same page do the same at a higher price point. The lubricant page sells the shop's own lubes the same way: packs and sets of 2, 3 and 4 bottles each show a reduced price against a higher one, while the single 150 ml and 60 ml bottles sell at one price. The set page names each pack without listing its contents.

Codes and the newsletter voucher

The FAQ describes a multi-buy offer on the whole site, entered with the code 3FOR2 at checkout, and says the reduction falls on the least expensive of the 3 products. It is stated as not valid on add-ons, and the FAQ gives no end date. A newsletter subscription brings a voucher: in October 2026 the FAQ says it is worth £5, valid once on any order over £60. To use it the shopper needs a customer account, has to be logged in to apply the code, and the credit is tied to the email address used. If the basket is under the minimum, the FAQ's suggestion is to add a little something extra to the cart. The sign-up box on the contact and offers pages repeats the voucher for subscribers, with the promise of "pre-sale offers and exclusive deals".

Pre-orders, delivery and what shipping does to the price

Prices on the UK site are shown in pounds with taxes included, and shipping is added under the total unless stated otherwise. In October 2026 the footer states free shipping for orders over £70, same-day shipping from the warehouse for items in stock, and discreet packaging. A pre-order can be combined with in-stock items in one order, but the terms say the whole order then ships together on the pre-order date, and the shopper who wants the in-stock items sooner is advised to place 2 separate orders. If a pre-order dispatches later than the estimated date, the terms give the buyer no right to cancel or claim a refund on that ground.

Billing

The terms list the payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Pay by Bank and Trustly. The footer adds "Pay later with our partners PayPal and Klarna". The FAQ says PayPal's Pay in 3 option splits an order into installments without additional fees, for a minimum order of £30 in October 2026, and that Klarna approvals depend on the buyer's own history with Klarna. Card payments may need identity confirmation before the order is accepted, which the terms put down to preventing identity theft. Card payment runs through a secure service on partner banks' servers; no named card processor and no statement descriptor appear. The about page promises discreet billing as well as discreet shipping but gives no descriptor text. The invoice is available in the "My Account" area.

Getting out: withdrawal, returns and refunds

The terms give the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts regulations of 2013, with the period ending 14 days after the goods reach the buyer. The exception matters for this category: sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons are excluded once unsealed, and the list includes lingerie, sex toys, gels, lubricants, cleaning products and oils. The FAQ says opened or unsealed products cannot be accepted back. Return shipping is the buyer's cost.

Refunds go either as store credit or to the original payment method, within 14 days of the returned product arriving and passing inspection. The refund covers the product price and outbound delivery at the least expensive standard option, and where delivery was free on an order above the free-shipping line, no delivery cost comes back. For items bought in a promotion, the refund is adjusted to the discount actually applied. A form option on the contact page reads "I would like to cancel my order", and the footer links to a withdraw-your-order page.

Realistic dolls and the tester kit

Realistic sex dolls are handled as large items. In October 2026 the terms put return shipping at £200, stated before the order is placed, and say that amount is deducted from a refund when a parcel comes back after cancellation, refusal or failed collection. A returned or uncollected item is held for 30 days; to get it back the customer must first pay the same amount again for reshipping, and after 30 days it is treated as abandoned and disposed of without compensation.

The tester kit is the shop's trial-style offer. It contains a sample of the doll material and a voucher equal to the kit's price, though the price is not stated. The discount code arrives in the parcel, is unique and single use, and works only on a list of named TPE dolls on the site. It cannot be combined with other offers. The kit must be returned unopened and sealed within 14 days to be refunded, and returning it deactivates the code even if the code has already been used; if it was used, the kit refund is adjusted for the benefit taken.

What the money buys and who it suits

The catalog spans toys for women, men and couples, sets, BDSM and bondage gear, lingerie, condoms, lubricants, hygiene products and realistic dolls, plus buyer's guides and how-to articles. Customer service answers Monday to Friday, with hours stated in GMT.

The offers suit a shopper in October 2026 building a basket above £60 who can use the voucher and the free-shipping line, and someone considering a doll who wants return costs and the tester-kit voucher spelled out in writing before paying. They suit less well a buyer who expects to return an opened toy and a person who needs a stated billing descriptor.
