What Godemiche is and what the offer is
Godemiche is a shop for handmade silicone sex toys. The pages say it was founded in 2015 by a couple, that every toy is designed, mixed and hand-poured to order in its UK studio, and that the terms of sale are issued by ABMM Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08439448. The catalog runs from grinders and grind rings to dildos, strap-on toys, butt plugs, masturbators, BDSM items and a small sexual wellness range. Orders are one-off purchases with no plan, trial or renewal, so the saving comes from discounts, sets and a sale section.
In October 2026 the shop runs three standing offers. A sign-up form promises 10% off a first order in exchange for an email address. A "3 for 2" banner runs across the top of every page with the note "no codes needed". And a sales section lists sets marked 20% off alongside single end-of-line items with a crossed-out regular price. The pages print no coupon code, and none is needed for the set or 3 for 2 prices.
How each discount works against the list price
The shop sells made-to-order products at fixed prices, and its three discount routes sit on top of those. On currency, the terms state that all prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£GBP), that prices include VAT where applicable and that delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. The storefront also has a currency selector covering many countries, with GBP for the United Kingdom, and the sale pages print their figures in Swiss francs (CHF), which is the currency the prices below are quoted in.
The sets in the sales section carry a regular price, a sale price and a "Save" line. As of October 2026 a 3 Grind Ring set is shown at a regular CHF 135.00 and a sale price of CHF 108.00, labeled 20% off. The same 20% label appears on a strap-down grinder and grind ring set, a 3 Vibe Pad Grinder set and a 3 Grind Pad set, and a set that adds a vibrating wand to 3 grind rings is listed as sold out. The sets suit a buyer who already wants several pieces of one line.
The single-item part of the section covers end-of-line pieces, each a one-off with a stock code, a size, a firmness and a named color. In the sale listing read in October 2026, small plugs and pegs sit at a sale price of CHF 17.00, and curved and strap-on dildos sit at higher sale prices, each with its own regular price and saving printed beside it. The page describes these as "Limited-time discounts on some of our most-loved toys", end-of-line colors and seasonal specials, and says quantities are often limited and sale items are not restocked. It gives no end date for any of them. Alongside the marked-down items the section also lists Flop Edition and Eco-Edition lines sold "from" a lower starting price, with no regular price printed beside them.
The first-order discount is the one offer aimed at new customers. The home page read in October 2026 words it as a newsletter benefit: "New releases, limited drops, and 10% off your first order, sent straight to you." The pages do not say whether it can be used on sale items or sets.
What happens after the offer
Because nothing renews, there is no trial to convert and no rebill. The terms describe a single payment taken in full when the order is placed. The money questions that remain are about combining offers and what a sale price does to a return.
On combining, the terms say promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, may be subject to expiry dates and restrictions, and "Cannot normally be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise". That sentence governs the sign-up discount: no page states that it stacks with a sale item, a 20% set or the 3 for 2.
Gift cards are the one stored-value product. The terms say they can be bought through the site, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable except where the law requires it, and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A Lifetime Guarantee covers selected handmade silicone products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, with repair, replacement or another remedy at the shop's choice. It is a warranty on the toy rather than a lifetime plan, and it excludes misuse, accidental damage, neglect and normal wear and tear.
Billing and what appears on a statement
The terms say payment is due in full when an order is placed, that payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and that the shop does not store complete payment card details. They do not name the provider. The banner across the pages offers "Pay later with Klarna" and promises "Plain packaging. Discreet billing." The pages name no billing descriptor, so the statement wording behind that promise is not given.
The discreet delivery page adds one related detail: the sender name on the parcel appears as ABMM Ltd, in plain boxes or mailing bags with no product description and no indication of adult contents. The same company is the seller named in the terms.
Delivery is charged separately at checkout. UK and EU parcels go by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, typically 3-5 working days from dispatch, with a signature required. USA and international orders go by DHL Express, which the page says is often delivered within 48-72 hours from dispatch. Production time for the handmade toy comes before dispatch and is published on the shop's Shipping Times and Order Processing page. Orders sent outside the UK may attract customs duties, taxes or import fees, which the terms put on the customer.
Canceling and getting money back
Two cancellation routes exist, and which applies depends on how far the order has got. Before an order has been fulfilled, has entered production or has been dispatched, it can be canceled for any reason by contacting the shop, and any payment received is refunded within 14 days. Once production of a made-to-order, personalized or customized product has begun, the terms say cancellation may not be possible and that a refund may be reduced to reflect customization costs, materials and labor already spent.
After delivery, a consumer has a legal right to cancel within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, and the notice can go by email, through the website contact form or in any other clear writing. The terms then list exceptions for health protection, hygiene and safety: goods made to order or to the buyer's specifications, sealed goods unsealed after delivery, and goods used after delivery where their nature makes them unsuitable for return. Because the shop makes its toys to order, that exception list decides how far the 14 days really reach. For faulty goods the terms add the right to reject within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is the customer's cost unless the goods are faulty, damaged or wrong, and no restocking fee applies to standard returns. Refunds include the original standard delivery charge, while premium, express or upgraded delivery charges are non-refundable.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The toys are made from platinum-cured silicone, which the grinder guide says is certified to ISO 10993-10, with firmness, color and size chosen at purchase. The shop says it created and launched the original Grind Ring in 2020, and the range now also lists strap-down grinders, wand grinders, dildos and strap-on toys.
In the UK and beyond, the offers split by buyer. A newcomer gets the email discount on a first order. Someone buying several pieces gets the 3 for 2 or a 20% set without a code. A shopper with flexible taste in color and firmness can use the end-of-line section, accepting that stock is not replenished. Someone after one specific toy in a specific color will find the sale section less useful, and should read the return exceptions first, because a made-to-order or personalized item may fall outside the 14-day change-of-mind right. A buyer outside the UK should also allow for import charges, which are theirs to pay.
