What Frisky Bits is and what the offer is

Frisky Bits is a UK online adult shop selling sex toys, adult novelties and sexy clothing. Its home page calls itself a place for adult shopping with, in its words, "the largest range of sex toys lingerie, costumes and romantic gifts in the UK", a size claim that is the shop's own. The page description adds latex and rubber clothing, bondage toys and fetish products to the range. The catalog is organized by product type: rabbits, vibrators, dildos, anal toys, funky and waterproof toys, sex toy kits, romance items, electro toys, bondage, sex swings and pole dancing kits, lotions, lubricants, costumes, corsets, PVC bedsheets and erotic books.

The offer is the Sale Items section. Every product in it carries a reference price, labeled RRP or WAS, the amount saved in pounds and as a percentage, and the reduced price the shop charges. No code is needed and the pages set no minimum spend for it. Buying from Frisky Bits is a one-off purchase, so there is nothing to renew or rebill afterward, and the money questions are the sale prices, the currency, delivery and the returns rules.

The Sale Items section in detail

Each card in the section follows the same layout: the product name, a one-line description with any size or battery need, the reference price, a "You save" line with a pound figure and a percentage, and the final price marked "Only". The page counter reads "1-10 of 461 items", spread over numbered result pages, and no end date is printed anywhere in it, so the section reads as a standing part of the shop rather than a short promotion.

In October 2026 the Lavish Lux rabbit vibrator is listed at an RRP of £99.95 with a saving of £60.00 (60%), for £39.95. A black leather wrist to ankle restraint shows a WAS price of £43.00 and sells for £9.90, a saving the page prints as 76%. At the shallow end, an electro pinwheel shows a saving of 6% on the same page.

The rest of the first screens cover a broad mix: duo balls, a vacuum pump with a cock ring, a small waterproof vibe, a jelly vibe with rotating pearls, a vibrating jelly masturbator, a strap-on harness, a vibrating strap-on with a built-in bullet, reusable bondage tape, alkaline batteries, leather and patent lingerie sets, and a romantic travel kit of massage oil, bubble bath, rose petals and candles. Toys sit beside clothing and accessories, so the section reads as a cross-section of the shop rather than a clearance corner for one category. Several cards offer options such as colors or sizes, each with its own product code.

The labels differ from card to card: lingerie sets and the restraint mostly show a WAS price, while toys and kits mostly show an RRP. The pages define neither label or say where the reference figure comes from, but every saving and percentage on the cards is printed by the shop itself.

Prices outside the sale section

The home page shows products under New Products and Frisky Recommends with a single "Only" price and no reference figure. The Lavish Lux rabbit and the romantic travel kit, both among the recommended items, appear there at the same reduced price as on the sale page. The reference price and the saving, though, are only printed on the Sale Items cards. The home page's Most Popular list also carries a king size PVC bed sheet sold with a free pillowcase, a gift packed with the product rather than a discount. A newsletter box invites sign-ups for updates on new products and discounts, and the pages attach no sign-up reward to it.

Currency

A currency menu at the top of every page offers pounds sterling, euros and US dollars. Beside it the shop states that conversion rates are approximate and that prices are based on UK pounds. The pound figure is therefore the base price, and a euro or dollar figure on screen is the shop's own estimate of it. The pages do not say which currency a card is charged in or whether a conversion fee applies.

Delivery and payment

The footer points to separate pages on how to order, payment and delivery, and their wording does not appear on the sale, returns or home pages, so delivery charges, delivery times and accepted payment methods are not stated there. One delivery fact is: the returns policy refers to free postage orders, so free delivery exists for some orders. The spend or product that qualifies for it is not given.

Getting out: cancellation, exchanges and refunds

The returns page is headed "No Quibble Refund". Any order may be canceled without a reason within 7 days of the date it was placed, and a full refund is given. If the order has already been shipped, the cost of delivery is deducted from that refund unless the items are faulty, and the buyer pays return postage unless the item is faulty. The shop adds that this also applies to free postage orders, because it pays for the delivery.

Exchanges run longer. Unused and unopened items may be exchanged for other goods within 30 days of purchase. A defective item goes back with a note saying what is wrong, along with the original packaging and manuals, for a replacement, which the page says can take up to 30 days although this is generally not the case. An item judged not faulty is simply sent back to the buyer. All refunds are made within 30 days, and the policy states that it does not affect statutory rights. Returns are addressed to Be Rude Not Too in Northampton, or go back using the return note supplied by Apollo Wholesale. The policy sets no separate rule for sale items.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The money buys adult toys, lingerie, costumes and gifts, with a range that runs from small vibes and batteries to larger items such as an inflatable bondage bed, a sex swing and a bluetooth vibrator on the home page lists. The Sale Items section is the only place the shop prints a reference price, so it is where the saving is visible.

The offer suits a shopper who wants to see a reference price and a saving side by side without hunting for a code, and who likes being able to cancel within a week without giving a reason. A buyer abroad can browse in euros or dollars, as long as the pound price is treated as the real one. It suits less well someone who wants delivery costs before reaching the basket, or who expects a money-back window longer than 7 days for a change of mind, since after that the policy offers an exchange rather than a refund.
