What Fetshop is and what the offer is

Fetshop is an online shop for fetish clothing, lingerie, toys, bondage gear and accessories, with a physical shop in Portsmouth that the FAQ describes as part of Angel Clothing. The returns policy gives the same address under the name Anglomedia. The About page calls the business more than an online store, a community with blog posts and information, which is the brand's own description. Orders are one-off purchases with nothing that renews, so the price is shaped by the sale collections, the delivery options and a returns policy that treats marked-down stock differently from full-price goods.

The offer is a set of sale pages: a fetish sale, a sex toy sale titled "Cheap Sex Toys and Accessories", a lingerie sale and a fetish clothing sale. Each product card prints a regular price and a sale price. The newsletter box promises "promotions, new products and sales" by email but names no welcome code. The point a reader should carry away first is that the returns policy says sale items cannot be refunded.

The sale collections and the currency

In October 2026 the sex toy sale shows a Black NS Novelties Thumper Power Vibe at a regular price of CHF 62 and a sale price of CHF 23, and a pink Bibi remote egg at CHF 40 regular and CHF 12 sale. Those pairs are the page's own, so no arithmetic is needed to read them. The fetish sale uses the same layout.

The currency is the oddity. The sale collections print Swiss francs, while the sex toy accessories collection prints pounds, with a toy cleaner at a regular price of £4.99 in October 2026, and the FAQ and returns pages talk in pounds. The pages do not explain why the sale pages show francs on a UK address, and the text contains no currency selector. Some cards carry only a regular price with no sale price beside them, and others are marked Sold Out, so a listed reduction is not always a purchasable one. The lingerie sale page calls its sale a limited-time offer but prints no end date, and none of the sale pages gives one.

Sale items and the refund rule

This is the part of the store's terms that bears most on a deal. The returns policy says its window lasts 30 days from purchase and that an item must be unused, in the condition received and in original packaging. It then adds: "Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded." The same policy says goods are replaced only if they are defective or damaged.

The FAQ is more generous in tone and different in detail. It says goods may be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging, without the sale-item clause. For Christmas presents the limit is 28 days from the 25th of December. The two pages also disagree on the length of the window, 28 days against 30. Taken at its word, the returns policy means marked-down stock should be treated as final unless it is faulty, and a faulty item should be reported to the shop before it is sent back, since the FAQ says not to return damaged or faulty goods without authorization.

Other limits apply to everything. Return postage is the customer's cost, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is deducted from any refund. The FAQ adds that the shop is not responsible for parcels lost in the post. Refunds are processed after the returns post has been collected, and the policy says an approved refund goes back to the original payment method, normally within 7 days of the shop's email confirming approval. Lingerie, bodystockings, makeup, used toys other than faulty ones, and earrings for pierced ears are not accepted back for hygiene reasons. Corsets that have been tight laced cannot be returned as new. Overseas customers are told to mark returns as returned goods because customs charges can be deducted from a refund.

Delivery

Orders go out in plain packaging with no mention of the shop's name or website on the outside and a generic return address label. The delivery page says weekday orders placed before 12 noon for in-stock items are dispatched the same day, while the FAQ gives 3.30pm as the cut-off, so the two pages again differ. The options are Parcelforce 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next working day, which the page calls a requested service rather than a guarantee, Evri or free standard delivery in 3 to 5 working days, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 in 2 to 3 working days. The delivery page says free shipping may apply to UK customers spending over a certain amount during promotions, and it does not state the amount. The FAQ says shipping costs depend on weight and can be checked with an Estimate Shipping button before paying, and that splitting a large order can be cheaper.

As of October 2026 a Saturday guaranteed Special Delivery carries a £3 surcharge, added to a card payment or invoiced through PayPal. Items with a code beginning "co-", mostly lingerie and fetish clothing, can take up to 7 days to dispatch because they are shipped in on demand, and some boots come direct from the manufacturer with a delay of a few weeks. Overseas orders are in most cases sent with duties unpaid, so import duty and customs fees are the buyer's, and shipping fees are not refunded on parcels returned to sender over unpaid customs fees.

Billing

The FAQ says the shop accepts all major credit and debit cards except American Express, and PayPal. Cash in pounds, US dollars or euros can be sent at the buyer's own risk by prior arrangement, direct bank transfer is possible on request, UK customers can pay by postal order, and cheques are no longer taken. A shopper who has trouble paying is told to switch between card and PayPal. The pages name no card processor and no billing descriptor, so they do not say what a statement will show.

Getting out

Nothing renews, so the exit is the returns process described above. The pages give no procedure for canceling an order before dispatch; the FAQ's advice for anything urgent is to phone the shop during office hours, and it lists a sales email and phone number, plus a separate customer helpline for returns. Returns go to the Portsmouth address with a note marking the parcel REFUND or EXCHANGE. A return does not need advance notice unless it is urgent or the item is damaged.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The range covers ladies' and men's fetish clothing in PVC, wetlook and latex, lingerie including hold-ups, stockings, bodysuits and corsetry, bondage gear such as restraints, gags, blindfolds, floggers, paddles and spreader bars, and sex toys from vibrators and rabbit styles to dildos, plugs and strap-ons. Lubricants, massage oils, condoms, batteries and toy cleaner sit in an accessories collection. The bondage and restraint lines make up its fetish side, alongside the clothing.

The offer suits a shopper who knows the item and size they want, will buy from the sale pages only for goods they are sure to keep, and is content to pay by card or PayPal. It suits less well anyone who wants to try lingerie or clothing and send it back, or who needs the shop's refund position to be consistent: the sale-item clause, the 28-day and 30-day windows and the mixed currencies all need reading before an order.
