What dildosstore is and what the offer is
dildosstore is an online store for adult toys. The catalog leans heavily on dildos in many lengths, finishes and materials, with vibrators, strap-on dildos, butt plugs and a few sex machines alongside. The About page describes the mission as closing the gap between customers and pleasure "with better quality, fair prices", and the terms say the site is run by the dildosstore team and governed by the laws of the UK. The FAQ adds that orders are handled and shipped from a warehouse in China.
Each order is a single payment, with nothing that renews. The standing saving is a set of marked-down product cards that print a higher earlier price beside the current one, and on top of that the store runs a seasonal storewide code with a free mini gift. The refund side is strict: delivered adult products cannot be returned for a change of mind, and the returns page says sale items cannot be returned at all.
Marked-down product cards
Many product cards print a "Regular price" and a "Sale price" with a percentage badge. In October 2026 a 10 inch liquid silicone realistic dildo card prints £39.99 as both its regular and its sale price, then a second regular price of £169.00, beside a -76% badge. The figures are the page's own and the card does not explain the layout.
The cards need careful reading. Several print the same figure for the regular and the sale price, which means no reduction is shown on them, and cards that print two different regular prices beside a percentage badge are common. A number of cards carry a Sold Out label beside the badge. None of these markdowns comes with a closing date on the home page.
The seasonal code and the free gift
A banner across the top of every page announces an Autumn Fantasy Sale. In October 2026 it reads 15% off storewide with the code AUTUMN15 entered at checkout, and it promises a free mini gift with every order. The banner calls the deals "limited time only" but prints no end date. It states no minimum spend, does not describe the mini gift, and does not say whether the code stacks with products that already carry a reduced price.
One condition from the returns page bears on the code. It says the store cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. The page does not define "sale items", so a shopper cannot tell from the policy whether goods bought with a storewide code count as sale items or only goods that show a reduced price tag.
After the offer: processing, shipping and customs
Nothing renews after the purchase, so the later costs are about delivery. The shipping page says processing takes 1-3 days and shipping 7 to 12 days, by air transport or oversized ocean shipping. As of October 2026 it also says shipping is free from £19 and, under that, prints the UK fee as £9.9-15.00. Lubricants and other liquid products are not shipped with ordinary items and get a separate tracking number.
The FAQ gives different timings. It says orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of the order date and shipped the next day, with handmade products taking 5 to 8 days, and it estimates delivery at 1 to 4 weeks for the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and EU countries. Tracking is updated 3 to 7 days after dispatch, and the FAQ explains that "No tracking data" is normal for the first 3 to 5 days while the carrier processes the parcel. The FAQ adds that some orders ship in two or more packages. The FAQ also says prices on the site are tax-free in US dollars and that import duties and taxes on arrival are the buyer's responsibility, while the storefront itself shows pounds sterling. The pages do not reconcile the two statements, and they do not give a customs threshold.
Billing
The FAQ says the store accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and PayPal. It lists what it does not accept: personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments and cash on delivery. The same entry recommends PayPal because the payment can be traced. The pages name no other payment processor and print no billing descriptor, so a shopper cannot learn from them what will appear on a statement. A guest checkout is allowed, and an account adds quicker checkout and order history.
Getting out: cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is the narrowest part of the store's terms. The FAQ says orders can be canceled only within the first 12 hours after they are placed. As of October 2026 the refund policy sets out three cases. A cancellation before shipment is refunded under the refund policy, and a processing fee may apply. Once picking and packing have started, a voluntary cancellation carries a 20% service fee deducted from the refund. If the cancellation comes from an external reason such as an address error, a payment failure or an out-of-stock item, a 10% fee is deducted. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Returns are equally limited. Adult products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered if they are opened, used, in damaged packaging or personal items, and personal preference is not a valid ground. There is an exception: if the product is unused, the packaging is intact and the customer contacts the store within 7 days of delivery, the case is reviewed, with approval subject to inspection. A defective or damaged item needs photos or a video and proof of charging or correct use, and once the team verifies the issue the remedy is troubleshooting help or one replacement shipment per order, with refunds stated as not applicable. A parcel that tracking shows as delivered but was not received is not a ground for a refund; the customer is pointed to neighbors, the local carrier and the store's help with carrier details. A return that has not been requested first is not accepted. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and the page notes the bank or card company can take time to post it.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The money buys a range of toys, most of them dildos described by length in inches and by material, such as silicone and dual density, plus vibrators, strap-on dildos, plugs and a few sex machines, some of them priced far above the rest. The store says its fastest reply is within 2 hours. Its contact page lists a United States postal address and a support email on a different domain from the shop's own, while the FAQ places the warehouse in China and the terms name UK law, so the order is fulfilled from overseas.
The offer suits a shopper who has already chosen an item, is happy to enter a code at checkout and does not expect to return it. It suits less well anyone who wants room to change their mind: the cancellation window is 12 hours, delivered goods are not returnable for preference, sale items are excluded from returns, and delivery times are measured in weeks.
