What Clonezone is and what the saving looks like
Clonezone is a UK online shop that calls itself the UK's largest gay shop, selling gay sex toys, fetish and bondage gear, lubricants, underwear, fashion and gifts. Its pages say Clonezone is the trading name of Libertybelle UK Ltd, that orders are processed through its own fulfillment center, and that it also runs high street stores in Soho, Manchester and Birmingham. Each order is a one-off basket; nothing on the site sets up a membership, trial or recurring charge.
The saving is built from several parts. A Sale section is split into a fashion sale and a toy sale, with percentage labels on many lines. A 3 for 2 promotion makes the lowest priced of three selected items free. A price-match promise covers identical full-price items found cheaper at a UK retailer. A free-delivery threshold applies to UK orders. And a newsletter discount code exists, although the pages do not print it.
Several of these parts carry tight limits, and the offers page lays them out in detail. The main one is that sale and clearance products are exempt from promotions, discount codes and voucher codes, so the sale and the codes do not stack.
The sale range, the 3 for 2 promotion and the price match
The Sale menu has two sub-pages, fashion sale and toy sale, and the page text describes it as a section with better prices on designer underwear, fashion, fetish gear, sex lubes and lubricant. It gives no end date. Sale lines show a regular price, a special price and a percentage tag, and the product page lists items grouped by brand. The offers page says Clonezone can withdraw any offer, code, discount or site sale at any time.
In October 2026 the sale page showed a UberKinky Smooth Move silicone based lubricant, 1000ML, at a special price of £29.99 against a regular £47.99, tagged -38%. Many other lines carried a -25% tag. The percentages and both prices are printed by the shop beside each product.
The 3 for 2 offer is described in the terms as making one item free, the lowest priced of three, on a selected range, brand or category. It applies to selected products only, to three offer products bought in the same transaction, and the discount equals the value of the lowest priced of the three. It cannot be combined with any other offer, and the page says the promotion is valid for a limited time only and that items left in a basket overnight may not qualify at checkout. A "3FOR2" badge appears on the home page and sale pages, and the same terms section also covers Buy 1 Get 1 Free (2 for 1) offers on the same cheapest-item-free basis.
The price match is a written guarantee. If the same item is found cheaper elsewhere, customer services will match it, and a customer who finds a cheaper price within 7 days of buying can ask for a credit for the difference towards the next order. The conditions are tight: identical products only, same brand, color and size; genuine items from authorised stockists; UK retailers, with international stores considered only if the total includes shipping, duty and tax; no third-party marketplaces; full-price items only, never sale or special offer products; and all matches are subject to verification and may be declined.
After the discount: codes, gifts and what changes at checkout
The pages describe no conversion step, but the terms add several conditions that change the final price. Checkout promotional, discount or voucher codes cannot offset the cost of sale or clearance items and may, at the shop's discretion, be refused on certain brands, lines or ranges. The Mr. S Leather range is exempt unless the page marks it as included. Discount codes are not accepted on items already in a 3 for 2 promotion or carrying a percentage discount. The newsletter sign-up code may be temporarily suspended during site-wide promotions, and during Black Friday and Cyber Monday some or all codes and offers can be suspended without notice, including flyer and club codes. The specific terms of any code are given where it is advertised.
A free gift, where one is advertised, may be swapped for a similar product at the shop's discretion and the color may differ. Each customer is entitled to one free gift per transaction while stocks last, and if the order is later returned in part or in full the customer may be charged the full RRP of the gift.
Online prices are not promised for the shops. The offers page says website prices and offers should be viewed as website-only and do not necessarily apply in store, and that the stores themselves grant discounts on toys, DVDs and fashion that are not available online.
A review competition adds a small extra. As of October 2026 each order may include a slip with a QR code leading to the shop's review page, and an honest review, including one left on a product page, enters a monthly prize draw drawn on the 28th for a £50 voucher, provided the entrant is subscribed to the email list and aged 18 or over. The voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Delivery, billing and payment
In October 2026 the sale page stated free delivery on UK orders over £50, while the Doxy brand page said free delivery on orders over £25. The pages do not reconcile the two figures, so the checkout total is the figure to trust. Click and collect within 48 hours is advertised across the site. The order information page says standard orders are dispatched within 3 working days and asks for 7 working days for delivery, while express orders received before 12 noon GMT ship the same day and arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. The pages also describe a duty-paid international service, and say orders seized or destroyed by customs are not refunded.
On the card statement, the order information page is specific: the purchase will display as Libertybelle UK Limited on a debit or credit card statement. The shipping label names the shipper as "empty", "Libertybelle UK LTD" or "CDL", and packages are plain with no branding. All transactions are SSL protected. The same page says online credit card payments are handled by TRUST Merchant Services, which it calls the secure payment service provider, and prices are in pounds. Next day delivery is not guaranteed for Scotland or Northern Ireland, which the courier serves within 2 working days.
Returns, canceling and refunds
As of October 2026 the returns policy accepts unwanted items for refund or exchange for up to 30 days, and UK returns include free return postage through Evri's paperless process, which starts only after the shop approves the return by email. Items must be unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate, and a sex toy removed from its packaging or with a broken safety seal cannot be taken back. Free returns do not apply to international orders. The shop also reserves the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee on non-faulty returns. Underwear, rubberwear and consumables such as lubricant, intimate oils, condoms and creams cannot be returned once opened, used or worn. A fault is handled by replacement or exchange, and that cover runs for the same 30 days counted from purchase.
Canceling is a separate and shorter window. To cancel or amend an order, the customer emails the shop at once with a full name, address and order number. The pages say to assume an order may be dispatched immediately, and once dispatched it can neither be amended nor canceled. The about page adds that calling the shop greatly reduces the risk of that happening. The shop also states that it is the customer's responsibility to confirm the size before buying.
What the money buys and who it suits
The catalog covers gay sex toys such as vibrators, prostate massagers, dildos, butt plugs, masturbators and chastity cages, along with fetish and bondage gear, leather and rubber wear, underwear, jockstraps, sportswear, lubricants, condoms and gifts, from brands including Doxy, KINK3D, Mr. S Leather and Nasty Pig.
The offer suits a UK shopper buying several items from a single range who can make use of the 3 for 2 terms, or a buyer of a pricier branded item who wants a price-match promise and a credit for a lower price found within 7 days. The free return postage on UK orders helps anyone unsure about fit.
It fits less well a shopper who wants to stack a code on a sale item, a buyer who cannot afford the 15% re-stocking fee risk, and anyone who might need to cancel after dispatch. The two free-delivery thresholds the pages give are a reason to check the basket before paying.
