What Buzzy is and what the saving looks like
Buzzy is a UK online sex toy shop. Its refund policy states that Buzzy.co.uk is the trading name of Viva Mel Vegas LTD, and the contact page repeats it. The shop sells vibrators, dildos, anal and bondage toys, lubricants, lingerie, novelty items and bundles. The pages describe one-off purchases and mention no membership, trial or recurring charge.
The saving comes from three places. A permanent Sale and Clearance section lists items with a regular price, a lower sale price and an "On Sale" tag. A Sex Toy Bundles collection groups kits and sets, several of them marked down from a stated regular price. And two free-delivery thresholds cut shipping cost on bigger baskets. The shop also runs shopping shortcuts for "under" budgets, a daily featured offer and themed collections.
One rule shapes how far the sale saving goes: the refund policy says returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards. A reader weighing a marked-down item should read that line before buying.
The sale section, the bundles and the delivery thresholds
The sale collection is a standing page with its own menu link, titled Sale and Clearance Sex Toys, and the page text calls it a section packed with deals that run "while stocks last" and "once these deals are gone, they're gone for good". It gives no end date and no schedule. Individual lines show both a regular and a sale price where a reduction applies, and some lines show a sale price equal to the regular one, so the tag does not always mean a cut. A few items show "Sold Out".
In October 2026 the sale page listed a Loving Joy Rechargeable Magic Wand Vibrator in black at £28.69 against a regular £59.99. A seasonal Halloween Sex Toy Deals collection sits in the menu as well, with no end date on the page; most of its lines carry one unchanged price, and only a handful, such as that same wand and some masks and candles, show a regular price above the sale price.
The bundles collection works the same way. In October 2026 it listed a Buzzy Adult Creator Starter Pack and Guide at £139.69 against a regular £199.99, alongside a beginner's bondage kit and other kits. The pages describe bundles as packages for beginners and experienced users alike, with a mix of toys in each. A "Second Firsts" kit appeared on the home page as the offer of the day.
Delivery is where the thresholds sit. In October 2026 the sale page banner and the delivery page both say free standard delivery on orders over £50, with standard delivery taking around 2 to 4 working days and, when paid for, costing £4.99. Next working day delivery costs £9.99 when ordered before 2pm, and it is free on orders over £100. Orders placed after 2pm ship the next working day.
After the discount: what happens to the order
The pages describe no conversion step. A sale price or bundle price applies at checkout and the order is a single payment, and the pages describe no pre-selected add-on and no renewal. The newsletter box promises special offers and first looks at new products, but it states no code and no sign-up discount, so there is nothing to claim by subscribing.
What does change after payment is the return position, and it differs by item type and by page. The refund policy sets a 30-day return policy, counted from receiving the item. To qualify, an item must be in the condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and with the receipt or proof of purchase. A toy that was not heat sealed on arrival is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and a sealed toy that has been opened for a look cannot be taken back. Lingerie must be unworn. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 36 hours. Sale items and gift cards are excluded outright.
The home page gives a looser summary. Its FAQ calls a "pleasure guarantee" a return within a week for a refund, with the item cleaned first, and the site badges list "no quibble returns". The delivery page speaks of a satisfaction guarantee and points to the full policy. The one-week figure on the home page and the 30-day figure in the policy do not match, and the pages do not explain which governs. The policy is the longer, more detailed document.
Billing and payment
The pages say little about billing. A header marks "Accepted Payments", but no page lists the methods in words. The home page says the shop uses a global payment gateway with strong encryption and that the address begins with https, and it names neither the gateway nor any processor. The footer reads "Powered by Shopify", which describes the store platform and is not stated to be the processor. Prices are in pounds, and the product pages show "Tax included".
No page publishes a billing descriptor, so a reader cannot learn from the site what the charge will be called on a statement. The delivery and packaging pages cover the parcel instead: plain brown packaging with no logos or product names, and a "Discreet Delivery Guarantee" page linked from the menu.
Buyers in the EU get a stated right. The refund policy says that if goods ship into the European Union, the customer can cancel or return within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in the condition received, unused and in original packaging, with the receipt.
Getting out and getting refunded
Starting a return means emailing the shop's returns address, because items sent back without a prior request are not accepted. If the return is accepted, the shop sends a return shipping label and instructions, and the parcel goes to the company's postal address given in the policy. Exchanges are handled by returning the item and placing a separate order once the return is accepted.
The refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, after the shop has received and inspected the return. The policy adds that a bank or card company can take extra time to post it, and says to get in touch if more than 15 business days pass after approval. The postage question gets two answers. The policy sends a label "if your return is accepted", while the delivery page and the home page FAQ tell the shopper to use the return slip that came in the delivery package; neither says whether the shopper pays postage on a change-of-mind return.
Apart from the EU cooling-off clause, Buzzy publishes no rule on stopping an order once it is placed: no cut-off and no fee. The home page FAQ says the shop has no phone number; contact runs through the email addresses on the policy and FAQ, a contact form and a chat box in the corner of the site, so a buyer who wants to change an order has to write in quickly.
What the money buys and who it suits
The range runs from budget lines to named brands, grouped as wand vibrators, rabbit vibrators, butt plugs and plug sets, dildos, lubes, bondage kits, men's toys such as pumps and masturbators, lingerie, role play items, stag and hen accessories and sex toy bundles.
The offer suits a UK shopper who wants a branded wand or kit at a marked-down price and is sure of the choice, because a sale item cannot come back. It suits a buyer building a basket past the delivery thresholds, and a beginner who prefers a bundle to choosing pieces one by one.
It suits less a shopper who wants room to change their mind on a discounted item, who needs a billing descriptor in advance, or who wants a coupon code or sign-up discount, since the pages state none. A reader unsure of a product should consider a full-price item, where the 30-day policy applies, over a marked-down one.
