What Angels Adult Shop is and what the saving looks like
Angels Adult Shop is the online store of Angels of Walsall, a shop on Frederick Street in Walsall that calls itself "the largest Adult Superstore in the Midlands". The home page says the business has been established since 2008 and that it has been in retail for the last 40 years. Online it sells sex toys, lingerie, condoms, lubricants, games, bondage gear and branded toys; the physical shop adds a stock of DVDs and an adult cinema. Every online purchase is a single basket paid at checkout, with no membership, trial or recurring charge anywhere on the site.
The saving is a percentage-off code that the shop prints itself. As of October 2026 the home page banner reads "10% OFF all your orders using 'GET10'", and a strip at the foot of every page offers 10% off an order with a show-code button that reveals get10. A second offer, worded differently, sits in the newsletter box: sign up and receive a discount on an order when spending over £50. The same banner row advertises UK delivery from £3.73, 14 day returns with an asterisk, and payment by card or PayPal.
The code, the newsletter offer and the price level
The banner and the footer strip present GET10 as applying to all orders, with no minimum basket printed beside it. The newsletter box is the only place a spend condition appears, and it is attached to the sign-up discount, not to the banner code. The shop publishes no end date for either offer, no cap on how many times the code can be used and no list of excluded brands or departments. Whether the two can be stacked is not stated either, so the basket total at checkout is where a buyer sees what the code actually takes off. The sign-up form itself is short: an email address plus, depending on the page, a name or a phone number, under the heading "Sign up to our Newsletter".
Nothing else on the site works as a discount. The shop and home pages show one current price per product with no struck-through was-price beside it, there is no sale section in the menus, and no bundle or loyalty scheme is named. Blocks such as "2026 Product Range" and "Whats Everyone Else Buying?" on the home page are product displays at normal prices.
Prices are in pounds and every line is marked "inc. VAT". In October 2026 the first page of the shop ran from lubricants at £5.99 to a rabbit vibrator at £163.99, with cock rings, bondage rope, bullets and masturbators in between. Products that come in variants show a narrow price range and a "Select options" button, so the final price depends on the size or color chosen on the product page. Because the code is a flat percentage, the amount it saves grows with the basket, and it means most on the higher-priced branded devices.
The delivery figure on the banner is a starting price, printed with the word "from". The site does not set out the rest of the delivery ladder, a tracked or next-day option or a free-delivery threshold; the footer links a separate Delivery & Returns page for those terms.
After the discount: what happens to the order
There is nothing to convert or renew. The code reduces the basket once, the order is paid once, and no pre-ticked add-on, subscription box or recurring charge is described. A customer account exists ("My Account" in the footer) along with "Track your Order", a wishlist and a product compare tool, which are the only after-sale tools the menus name.
The FAQ is where shipping methods, delivery times, tracking, ordering and account rules would be expected. Its headings ask each of those questions, but the text under every heading is placeholder text rather than an answer, and the page carries the line "This Agreement was last modified on 4th August 2020". In practice the shop's delivery and returns terms sit on its Delivery & Returns page and with its phone line, not on the FAQ.
Billing and payment
The home page states "Payment via card or PayPal", and those are the only payment routes the site names. It names no card brands, no payment processor and no billing descriptor. Prices include VAT, and the footer of every page carries the business's VAT number. The site states no surcharge for paying by card.
The page title promises "Discreet Delivery Guaranteed", and the shop's own description says all parcels are sent out in discreet packaging and all orders are strictly confidential. That wording covers the parcel and the order records; the site says nothing about the line that appears on a card statement.
Returns, canceling and support
The home page promises 14 day returns, with an asterisk that the site does not explain, so the conditions (opened items, who pays return postage, refund or exchange) belong to the Delivery & Returns page. Nothing on the site describes canceling or changing an order after payment, or what happens to the code's discount when part of an order comes back.
Support is easy to reach. Every page carries a "For Sales or Returns advice call" phone line, and the contact page gives the sales email for "any queries concerning an existing order", a message form, and the shop's opening hours: 10am to 6pm on most weekdays and Saturday, 10am to 7pm on Wednesday and Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Sunday. A buyer can also walk into the Walsall shop seven days a week.
What the money buys and who it suits
The shop page counts its own catalog at 3096 results, with sex toys as the largest department, followed by bondage gear and clothes. The range is organized by toys for men and for ladies, realistic dildos and vibes, an anal range, bondage gear, sex dolls, lingerie, condoms, lubricants, games and novelties, hen and stag night items, and media. A branded toys menu names makers such as Lelo, Screaming O, Rocks Off, Toy Joy and Tenga. The shop page can be filtered by a minimum and maximum price, which is the quickest way to see what the code takes off a given budget. The home page says the business offers "a great selection online and low prices" and prides itself on its customer service, and the banner row claims 99% positive customer reviews; both are the shop's own words. For local customers, the shop also advertises "Over 9000 DVDs now in stock", and its adult cinema charges a day entrance per person and lets couples in free.
The offer suits a UK shopper buying a mid-priced device or several smaller items, since the banner code is a flat percentage with no printed minimum, and a newsletter subscriber with a basket over the stated spend. It suits someone near Walsall who wants to see products in the shop before ordering online, and a buyer who likes being able to phone a retailer seven days a week.
It fits less well a buyer who wants returns and delivery terms spelled out before reaching the checkout, or a published billing descriptor. The banner code is the whole discount: there are no sale prices to compare against, so the saving is exactly the percentage the code takes off at checkout.
