What Silicone Lovers is and what the offer is
Silicone Lovers is a vendor of full-size sex dolls in TPE and silicone from a long list of manufacturers, sold through a US-focused storefront at the .com address and a UK storefront at the .co.uk address. The terms name the selling company as Silicone Ltd, with a registered address in London, and the UK pages describe a small London team. The UK pages carry a maintenance notice that points visitors to the .com store. The shop calls itself an authorized reseller of the manufacturers it lists.
The savings come from several directions rather than one headline deal. A sales page lists a percentage discount and a set of free upgrades for each manufacturer. A second page promises that the shop will beat a better price found elsewhere. A rewards program turns points into discounts. A clearance collection sells canceled, overstock and discontinued dolls. Shipping is free worldwide and customs charges for the main markets are folded into the shown price.
None of this is a trial or a subscription, so nothing renews. The mechanics that matter are on the other side of the purchase: every doll is made to order, and the cancellation rule is where money can be lost.
The offers in detail
The durable structure is easy to describe. A product page shows a price, and the home page shows some dolls with a second, higher reference figure beside the shown price: in October 2026 the "Our most Popular Dolls" row listed a WM 157cm doll at $1,599.00 beside $2,125.00, while some stock dolls in the same row showed a single price with no reference figure. The sales page then layers a manufacturer-level offer on top: a percentage off, plus a list of upgrades marked "1 x FREE", such as an extra head, articulated fingers, a skeleton upgrade or body painting.
The promotions page carries a post date of November 14, 2024. It describes its offers as available "this month" and gives no end date. In October 2026 it lists 25% off WM Doll TPE dolls and 35% off Irontech silicone dolls, among other manufacturers, each with its own free-upgrade list, so the offers differ a great deal from one manufacturer to the next.
The basic customization options are free, according to the home page, and the shop says it charges only for premium upgrades. The terms say displayed prices generally include applicable VAT, sales tax, import tax and customs duties as well as the default free shipping, unless stated otherwise or limited by country rules.
Further savings routes are stated in words only. The price-match page asks a buyer who finds a better deal to submit a request, and the shop says it will beat it. The rewards program runs in three steps: sign up or log in, earn points, convert points to discounts. The subscribe page says points are earned for purchases, reviews and other account activity and can be redeemed for discounts and perks; no points rate is printed. The subscribe page says discounts are open to members, newsletter subscribers and members of the doll forum the shop names, and promises 1-2 promotional emails a month.
The terms add rules for discount codes. A percentage code applies to the product price only and not to delivery. A fixed-amount code applies to the product price and may include delivery. A code works only on the account it was issued to, can be redeemed once per customer, cannot be used retroactively and expires after 12 months. Only one code can be used per transaction unless the shop says otherwise, and codes may not be shared or posted online.
After the order: made-to-order status and the cancellation clock
The returns policy splits products into two groups, and the difference decides what a buyer can recover. Stock dolls and accessories are pre-made. Everything else is made to order, and the policy says that all dolls, torsos, toys and doll parts count as made to order even when no customization is chosen.
For made-to-order goods the policy, as read in October 2026, sets two windows:
- Within 48 hours of purchase. The order can be canceled, but a $400 USD cancellation fee applies. The fee is issued as store credit valid for 12 months, and the policy says the credit can be used toward a later doll purchase.
- After 48 hours. The order is no longer eligible for a full refund. The buyer may forfeit the order, and only shipping fees are refunded; the policy estimates those at approximately $350 USD, depending on location and shipping service. The stated reason is that production begins within 48 hours of purchase.
The terms add that the consumer 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to customized, personalized or made-to-order goods, and that most of the shop's goods are customized, so in most cases that statutory right will not be available. Before shipping, buyers receive factory photos to approve, and by approving them a buyer confirms the product matches the order. Minor hand-made imperfections are defined in the terms as not being damage.
For pre-made stock, the rules depend on the buyer's country. US and Canadian sales of intimate products are final once dispatched. For EU and UK buyers, unopened goods can be canceled within 14 days of delivery with a written request, return shipping at the buyer's expense, and a refund less any deductions within 14 days of the goods being received back. Opened or unsealed goods lose that right.
Billing and payment
Payment is due in advance, in cleared funds. The terms say prices and accepted payment methods are explained on a Payment Information page. The pages name no processor, list no accepted methods and give no statement descriptor. The home page calls the packaging and the payment methods "100% discreet". The store can display prices in USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, EUR, GBP, JPY, NOK, PLN, SEK and SGD.
The UK about page lists finance and lay-by services among what the shop provides. It gives no terms, rates or deposit amounts for either, and the .com pages do not describe them.
Customs are handled differently by market. For US, UK and European buyers the shop says duties and taxes are included. As of October 2026, for Canada, Norway, Australia and Switzerland, among others, the home page says customs cannot be paid in advance and the shop will reimburse 50% of the customs duty and tax fees.
Getting out, and the money-back guarantee
The shop advertises a full money-back guarantee on all dolls. The home page defines it for a doll that arrives damaged, faulty or not what was ordered, and a damage claim is made through a report form with photos and video of the box and the damage. The pages do not say how this guarantee interacts with the cancellation fee for a buyer who simply changes their mind, so the cancellation terms above are the ones that govern a change of mind. The policy shown is version 1.2, effective 22/11/2025. The clearance collection says returns depend on condition and product type and points back to the guarantee policy.
What the money buys, and who it suits
The catalog covers female, male and other doll types from the manufacturers named on the brand page, plus parts, accessories and a sex toys menu. Delivery from order to door averages under 3 weeks according to the home page, stock dolls arrive in 3 - 5 days, and silicone bodies take longer to fabricate. The home page says the shop confirms each order's details by hand within 24 hours of purchase, and that the tracked delivery goes out with FedEx or UPS, with the delivery day arranged directly with the courier.
The offers suit a buyer who has chosen a model, wants a free upgrade list or a percentage off and will compare prices, since the shop invites a price-match request. They suit less well a buyer who might change their mind: the $400 USD fee in the first 48 hours and the forfeited order after that are the terms with the most money at stake in the October 2026 policy. The promotions page carries a 2024 post date, which a buyer comparing percentages should keep in mind.
