What the offer is

BlyeLove is a webshop for sex dolls, run by V.O.F. Blye Group, which trades under the BlyeLove name from De Goorn in the Netherlands. The about page says the shop has operated since 2020 and the terms list a showroom at the same address, open by appointment. It sells dolls from its own BlyeLove Doll brand and from other manufacturers, plus accessories and a custom-order service.

The saving on the table is a sale section. As of October 2026 the deals page is headed "Up to 50% off Sex Doll Deals" and applies to BlyeLove Doll models that ship from the shop's Dutch stock. A separate price guarantee promises to refund the difference if the same model turns up cheaper at another official European webshop within 14 days of purchase. There is no membership, trial or subscription here: it is a one-off purchase, so the money questions are the sale price, shipping, and the exit rules.

The sale section and what it covers

The standing offer is the deals page, and the page gives no end date. It says "Limited stock, offer valid while supplies last" and the home page repeats "While stocks last" under an "Autumn Deals" banner. Nothing on either page names a calendar date, so the reader should treat availability, not the calendar, as the limit.

Every model in the sale is described as TPE with an EVO skeleton, gel breasts and standing feet as standard, and the page promises delivery within 2-3 business days from the Dutch warehouse. In October 2026 the grid prints a higher and a lower price beside each doll, for example € 359,- against € 259,- for the Olka, which the grid lists by its weight of 21 kg rather than its height. Prices on the site include VAT, per the terms, and are shown in the currency chosen at checkout.

The sale is not the whole range. The same site sells other brands that are produced to order, and the help page gives a lead time of 3-5 weeks for those, against 2-3 business days for BlyeLove Doll stock. The deals page filters by brand, length, weight, material and delivery time, so a shopper can narrow the sale to what ships immediately.

Shipping, after the sale price

Shipping is where the final total can move away from the label price. The terms set a ladder for delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium by order value. In October 2026 an order up to 100 euro pays 6.95 euro, two middle bands pay higher stepped amounts, and an order from 750 euro ships free. The terms print no shipping ladder for other countries. A PostNL pick-up point costs the same as home delivery, and collecting from the showroom is free.

For other countries the terms say the shipping cost shown before the order applies, and the shopper owes no cost that was not stated in advance. Orders placed before 16:00 on an in-stock model ship the same working day, and the terms give 1 to 3 working days for a model from EU stock to arrive. Parcels carry no description of the contents on the outside.

Delivery inside the European Union includes VAT and carries no import duty. Outside the Union the terms switch to a delivered-at-place term: importation is the buyer's cost, the amount cannot be calculated in advance, and in most countries the carrier collects it before handing over the parcel. For Switzerland the terms, as read in October 2026, give a standard import tax rate of 8.1 percent, charged on the goods plus shipping, plus the carrier's customs clearance costs. Those amounts go to the carrier, not the shop, so the shop cannot refund them.

The price guarantee

The price guarantee has conditions worth reading before relying on it. It covers the same model from the same manufacturer at an official European webshop, compared within 14 days of the purchase, including shipping costs to the Netherlands or Belgium, and only where the product is in stock at both sellers. The terms add that it also applies to reduced models, so the sale price is the figure that gets compared.

A claim goes by email or WhatsApp with the link to the competing offer, naming the product, its page address and the competing price. The page says a response comes within 24 hours on business days, and a valid claim either lowers the price at once or refunds the difference by the same means of payment used for the order.

Billing and payment

The terms say payments run through external payment service providers and that the available methods differ per country and per order. The terms name no processor. The help page lists three questions on the subject, "Can I pay in parts?", "Why is my Klarna payment not successful?" and "How will the transaction appear on my bank statement?", but prints no answers to them, so no installment terms and no billing descriptor are given. Beyond Klarna in that question, the only payment mark is a Visa logo in the site footer.

Late payment is covered in article 24: a reminder first, then 14 days to pay, then statutory interest and collection costs on a sliding scale that the terms spell out.

Cancelling, returning and refunds

A consumer who orders at a distance (through the website, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp) can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, and does not have to wait for the parcel to arrive. Notice can go by email, post, phone, WhatsApp or the model form, and no set wording is needed. After notice there are another 14 days to send the product back.

The refund is due no later than 14 days after the notice reaches the shop, by the same means of payment, and the shop may hold it until the product is back or proof of dispatch is shown. Return freight is the buyer's cost unless the shop said otherwise in advance. The terms give indicative return costs by parcel weight, rising from small accessories to full-size dolls. If a buyer goes beyond inspecting the doll, the shop may deduct a diminished-value amount from the refund, recorded with photographs.

Two exceptions remove the withdrawal right: a sealed hygiene product whose seal was broken after delivery, and products made to the buyer's own specification such as engraving or a supplied design. The terms say the product page and checkout state when either applies; if it is not stated, the exception does not apply. Choosing standard options such as skin tone, eye color or hair is not custom-made. Until processing has started, the shop will cancel or change an order on request as goodwill; once an order is in production, ordered from the manufacturer or shipped, that is not always possible.

Beyond withdrawal, a defect brings the statutory guarantee plus a separate 2 year guarantee from the shop that covers defects present at delivery or arising under normal use.

Who the offer suits

This is a purchase for someone who has chosen a specific doll, wants it in stock rather than waiting 3-5 weeks, and would rather pay the sale price than the list price. The price guarantee and the 14-day withdrawal period lower the risk of a wrong price; the withdrawal right does not survive a broken hygiene seal, and for a buyer outside the EU the terms say import charges cannot be calculated in advance.

The pages print no promo code, trial or recurring plan, and the only time limit on the sale is "while supplies last".

Price errors and refused orders

The terms add two clauses that bear on the final price. Obvious mistakes and typing errors in the offer do not bind the shop. If it notices one after an order, it says so within 2 working days and the buyer chooses between paying the correct price and canceling with a full refund within 14 days. The shop may refuse an order only for incomplete or incorrect details, a well-founded suspicion of fraud, a buyer below the age limit, or an address it cannot deliver to; a refusal brings a notice within 2 working days and a refund of everything paid within 14 days. The terms also state the price shown at checkout is the total, including VAT and shipping, and that costs not stated in advance are not owed.
