What the offer is

Doll.shop is a webshop for sex dolls, masturbators and accessories. The terms name DVWZ B.V. as the trader behind the Doll.shop name, with its registered office in Meppel in the Netherlands, a warehouse at the same location and a German office in Biederitz. The site calls itself a specialist in realistic sex dolls and says it has been trading since 2010. It sells its own DutchDoll brand and carries Blazedoll, Lexydoll and RF Doll.

There are two savings on offer. The first is a deals page of discounted dolls, each showing the regular price, the sale price and the amount saved. The second is the one discount code the site states: a first-order reduction for newsletter subscribers. Nothing here is a subscription, so the money questions are the sale price, shipping, the payment route and the return rules.

The deals page

The page is called weekly deals and says the sale prices apply "while stocks last". The discount is already in the displayed price, so no code is needed for it. A countdown sometimes sits above the grid; the page explains that when one is shown, the price is guaranteed until that moment and the deals may change afterwards. The page gives no calendar end date.

Each card carries the brand, the height in centimeters, the material (every doll in the sale is TPE), the breast type and a percentage badge. In October 2026 the deepest cut on the deals page is an RF Doll 157 cm model at "Was 995 € Now 395 €", a saving of 600 € that the badge marks as 60 percent. The sale mixes the shop's own DutchDoll models with Blazedoll and RF Doll, and the other badges show smaller cuts. Filters split the sale by price band, brand, height, weight, breast type, skin tone and hair color.

Outside the sale, as of October 2026 the home page says sex dolls start from 395 €. The own-brand DutchDoll range and the silicone Lexydoll series are listed with higher starting prices. The terms add a rule on reductions: when a price is lowered, the trader states the lowest earlier price from the 30 days before the reduction, and during an offer's stated validity period prices are not raised apart from VAT changes.

The newsletter code

In October 2026 the deals page says there is only one discount code: "€ 5 off your first order" for signing up to the newsletter. A sign-up first sends a confirmation email. The page adds that subscribers occasionally receive a personal discount code by the same route, but it prints no such code, and none appears here. The page says the deal prices already include their discount, and it does not say whether the newsletter code can be combined with a marked-down doll.

After the sale price

The terms state in article 12 that the trader does not offer subscriptions or continuing performance contracts. A purchase is a single payment due when the order is placed, with no renewal, trial or recurring charge. Prices include VAT and exclude shipping, and the shipping cost is shown before the contract is concluded.

Shipping is where the totals can differ. In October 2026 the delivery page and the home page FAQ say shipping is free from 600 €, while the FAQ answer on the contact page gives free shipping from €800. The delivery page says the amount is always shown before paying. Below the threshold, the cost depends on destination, parcel size and weight and shipping method, and the page says no further costs are added afterwards.

An in-stock model ordered on a working day before 14:00 ships the same day with UPS. The delivery page lists 1 working day to the Netherlands and Belgium, 2 working days to Germany and France, and 3 to 4 elsewhere in Europe, as UPS estimates. The terms commit to executing accepted orders within 30 days at the latest, with a right to dissolve the agreement free of charge if that cannot be met. Parcels go in a plain brown box with no print or description of the contents.

Billing

The payment page lists Wero, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay, securely processed by Mollie. The site footer also shows Klarna, Visa and Mastercard marks beside a "Secure payment via Mollie" line. The pages say the statement shows no product name, but they do not print the descriptor itself, so the reader cannot learn from them what the line will read. The terms say payment is due when placing the order, and that in case of non-payment the trader may charge reasonable costs made known in advance.

Getting out

The cooling-off period is 14 days from the day of receipt, with no reason needed. Notice goes through the model withdrawal form, the contact form or email, quoting the order number. The shop replies within one working day with return instructions and a UPS return label, and the buyer then has 14 days to send the product back. The refund covers the full purchase amount including the shipping paid, within 14 days of the notification, to the same payment method, and the trader may wait until the product arrives or proof of dispatch is shown.

Return shipping is the buyer's cost. As of October 2026 the returns page gives approximately €85 per parcel for a doll or torso, with a lower fixed amount for accessories, and say the shop deducts that amount from the refund when its own label is used. Sale items carry the same 14 days; the deals page says so in its FAQ. Two things end the right: a broken seal on hygiene products, which the pages list as dolls, torsos, masturbators, wigs, lingerie and outfits, lubricants and care products, and made-to-specification items, which the product page flags. The buyer is liable for loss in value if the product is used beyond what inspection needs.

For defects, the pages describe a statutory warranty. A defect should be reported within two months of discovery; the warranty page says that in most cases the shop sends a free repair kit, that a complex defect means sending the doll in for repair or replacement, and that the shop covers shipping on a justified claim. A complaint is answered within 14 days.

What the money buys, and who it suits

The catalog is dolls, masturbators and accessories, with wigs, heads, care sets and outfits among the accessories. All stock ships from the Dutch warehouse, and the shop says it does not drop-ship in-stock items.

The offer suits someone who has a model in mind, wants to see the regular price beside the sale price, and is comfortable that the purchase is a single payment with no renewal. The caveats are practical. The sale lineup changes, the free-shipping threshold is printed two ways, and the return freight on a doll is a stated cost the buyer carries. A reader who opens the seal loses the withdrawal right for that product.
