What the offer is

iDoll is a webshop for silicone and TPE sex dolls, which its about page calls "Your Australian Sex Doll Specialist". The same page says the shop is based in Melbourne, while the footer prints an address in Adelaide, so the pages give two cities. No operating company or founding year is named. The shop carries dolls from WM Doll and Climax Doll, lists Irontech among its brands, and sells a silicone masturbation cup alongside the dolls.

There are two savings. The first is a coupon: in October 2026 a notice at the foot of the home page reads "Our monthly special allows you to receive an extra $200 off your every order! Coupon code: 200off". The second is a set of marked-down prices. Most product tiles on the home page show an "Original price" next to a "Current price", and a banner at the top of every page promises "Free international shipping on all products". Each doll is bought outright with one order, and nothing on the pages is a subscription, trial or renewing plan. What matters is the sale price, what the dollar figures include, and the refund policy, which is strict.

The coupon and the sale prices

As of October 2026 the coupon is the "monthly special" quoted above, worth an extra $200 off every order under the code 200off. The pages give no end date for it and do not say what month it covers, whether it can be combined with the marked-down prices, or whether it has a minimum order. It is the code the brand's own page prints; no other code appears.

Products carry a "Sale!" tag with no stated end, and a countdown strip in the header shows all zeros, so it tells a visitor nothing about timing.

In October 2026 the home page lists a "Pro Series" 154cm doll with an original price of $3,500.00 and a current price of $2,589.00. At the other end, a WM Doll 157CM silicone model goes from $4,550.00 to $4,350.00, a much smaller markdown. Most of the marked-down tiles belong to Climax Doll's silicone Ultra line and to WM Doll's silicone and TPE models, and the silicone masturbation cup carries a sale price too. A few Climax Doll tiles show no original price at all, only a price range.

Nearly every tile carries the note "This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page", so the tile figure is a starting point, and the home page does not say which options add to it. It also does not name a currency; the figures carry a dollar sign only.

Shipping

The only shipping statement on the pages is the header banner, "Free international shipping on all products". The pages give no delivery times, no carrier and no minimum order, and they do not say whether the free-shipping line covers customs charges abroad. The refund policy refers to "in stock dolls sent from Melbourne" and says a package is "labelled and collected by the driver (our courier company)", which is the only description of the courier step.

Made to order and in stock

The policy draws a line between two kinds of order. It says all dolls are made to order from start to finish because the manufacturers do not create them beforehand and pre-stock, yet it also covers "in stock dolls sent from Melbourne", so the pages hold both a made-to-order path and an in-stock path. For a pre-order the policy says production commences around 2 days after the order is sent, and from that point it offers no refund if the customer changes their mind.

The reason it gives is that the manufacturer is left holding a doll customized with the buyer's options, and that if the shop had to take the doll itself it would pay shipping, customs and taxes on a doll that is hard to sell on. For an in-stock doll the cutoff is earlier: once the package has been labeled and collected by the courier, it accepts no cancellation and no refund. The policy closes the point with a plain request that anyone buying a doll be certain before ordering.

Cancelling and refunds

This is the part of the pages a reader should read before ordering. The cancellation policy cites Australian Consumer Law and says iDoll does not have to refund or replace a product when a customer simply changes their mind, including for personal circumstances such as being unable to afford it. It adds that where a refund may be granted, fees apply because payment processing and transaction fees are not returned to the shop.

Two charges are named. The first is the transaction fee charged to the shop, which the policy says is calculated from the order total and so differs per order; no rate is stated. The second is a flat cancellation fee, and in October 2026 the policy puts it at $100. After a doll has left the warehouse the policy says there is "no possibility of a refund at all".

Returns after delivery are narrower still. Once a doll has been washed, used or even unwrapped, the policy says it cannot accept a return or refund, since an opened doll counts as used and cannot be resold. It adds that rips in TPE or silicone can occur when care instructions are not followed, and advises putting socks and shoes on a TPE doll that stands, because the foot stud hole can tear if the foot is dragged bare. The policy refers to a damaged-in-transit case but prints no procedure for it, so the pages do not set out how a damaged parcel is handled.

Billing and payment

iDoll's site does not say who processes its card payments, which payment options checkout accepts, or what name appears on a statement. Billing comes up only in the refund policy, which mentions payment processing fees and transaction fees without naming who charges them. Nothing states when the card is charged for a made-to-order doll, whether in full or in part, and there is no mention of a deposit, an installment plan or a recurring charge.

For anything the policy leaves open, including a cancellation request, the footer of every page gives a service email, an Australian phone number and service hours of 10:00 to 17:00, and the contact page carries a message form with a business inquiries option.

What the money buys, and who it suits

The catalog is silicone and TPE dolls from named brands, plus accessories, and the about page describes the range as covering varied body types and designs. The shop describes itself as an active member of a doll forum community and says it offers only authentic, authorized products; those are the shop's own claims.

The offer suits a buyer who has settled on a specific doll, wants the monthly coupon and the marked-down price on a purchase with no renewal, and accepts the cancellation rules as written. It suits less well someone who may change their mind: a refund is not owed for that, a flat fee of $100 (as read in October 2026) and a transaction fee apply if one is granted, and none is possible after dispatch or once the doll is opened. The refund policy also points buyers to the shop's care page and its "Caution" section before first use, and it places its warning about torn TPE or silicone in the same returns section, so care after delivery is part of what the purchase asks of the buyer.
