What XloveCam is and what the bonus is

XloveCam is a live cam platform that the site says has run since 2006. Its terms describe it as a technical platform on which users and performers meet through live chat sessions. Public chat rooms can be watched without paying, and the money enters when a member wants a private show, which is paid from prepaid credits kept in an E-Wallet. The bonus on offer is not extra credits. It is VIP videos: the credit page attaches a stated number of VIP videos to certain top-ups, and the help pages say a free account earns one VIP video once the email address is confirmed.

That makes XloveCam a bonus-on-top-up site rather than a trial site. There is no timed trial that turns into a subscription. The pages describe credits bought once, and the terms keep any monthly top-up as an optional switch the member turns on; a monthly VIP subscription to a single model is opt-in as well.

The credit ladder and the VIP video bonus

The durable part first. Credits are bought in fixed amounts on an Add Credits page, and each payment method has its own list of amounts. The credit card list runs from a small pack up to a large one, PayPal and PostFinance Pay have their own lists, and a field for choosing an amount appears with some methods. The page displays amounts in Swiss francs. The bonus attaches only to some packs on some methods, and the help pages explain that the options marked "Best value" are the ones that give free VIP videos of the models a member chooses.

In October 2026 the credit card list on the credit page marks CHF100.00 with +5 VIP video(s), CHF150.00 with +8 and CHF300.00 with +20. The two smaller card amounts are listed without a bonus line.

The bonus is not the same on every method. The Pay by Bank option by Yowpay lists its packs in euros as well as francs, and its larger packs carry their own VIP video counts, which differ from the credit card list. The page does not explain why. A reader who wants the bonus should compare the method lists rather than assume one table applies to all.

The page does not say how long the bonus lasts, whether it is limited to new members, or whether it applies to a first top-up only. It prints no end date. It also states no cap on how many times the bonus can be earned. What the page does say is plain: the VIP videos come with the top-up on the marked methods.

The free-account bonus is separate. The help pages say that on registration, as soon as the email address is validated, the site offers a VIP video, and that more can be earned through the "Best value" payment methods. A banner on the credit and registration pages adds a daily route: a member who logs in every day receives a free VIP video daily with the model of their choice, which the site calls free VIP tokens. The VIP videos are for viewing a performer's VIP photos and videos, found on the performer's profile page or in the photos and videos sections.

After the bonus: what the credits do and whether anything renews

The credit page states that a member is charged only once when choosing the payment options listed, with no recurring payments or rebilling. The help pages repeat it: no recurring charges. That is the standing rule for the top-ups on the page.

The terms add one exception. They define a Recurring Payment as a method where the user authorizes an automatic monthly withdrawal from a registered payment method to fund the E-Wallet. They say this method is optional and must be activated voluntarily by the user through the account. The terms also say that when a recurring payment fails, for example through an expired card, the member is notified and invited to update the payment method, and that the member alone is responsible for keeping that method current.

A second thing can renew: a VIP membership of a single model. The help pages say that where a model has VIP content, a member can subscribe from the model's profile page, that models set their own prices, and that the subscription amount is deducted monthly from the E-Wallet. So a member who takes one of these keeps paying from the wallet balance each month until stopping it.

Credits are spent in private sessions. The help pages say the performer sets the price per minute, the price is shown before a member enters, and every private session is charged by the full minute, so a second of use costs a full minute and a minute and a few seconds costs 2 minutes. Credits can be used with any online model on the site. A private show can be a shared one, where other users can join, or a one-on-one Xclusive Show that is offered only by performers who enable it. Credits can be added during a private session through a button in the page. The terms set no expiry date for unused credits.

A separate bonus function exists between member and performer: a voluntary gratuity sent in the free chat. In October 2026 the help pages give its range as 0.1 to 50 Euros, and the terms say it is charged when made and not returned except in situations the platform considers extraordinary. That is a spending option, not a promotion, and the terms add that it is not required to use the platform.

Billing

The credit page lists credit card, PostFinance Pay, Twint, Pay by Bank by Yowpay, PayPal, phone top-up, Paysafecard and digital currency. Beside the PayPal list it points to Epoch as the authorized sales agent and links an Epoch billing support page. The page says the credit card reference on a bank statement will be a name that is neither sexual nor the name of the website, but it prints no actual descriptor, and neither do the terms. The help pages add that a purchase date can differ slightly from the bank statement date depending on the bank, and that any credit or debit card with a CVV/CVC code can be used.

The terms name ACW BV as the party that provides the E-Wallet payment service, and state that it charges no fee for using the E-Wallet and pays no interest on the balance. They also state that daily loading limits apply to the E-Wallet. A bank wire is mentioned in the help pages as taking around 2-3 business days, with an email to support to report the reference. If fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected, the help pages say the site carries out an identity check and may ask for ID before credits can be used again.

Getting out and the refund rule

Closing an account is done from the account page, through a Close my account link at the bottom, as the help pages describe. The terms add that closing the account closes the E-Wallet and that remaining credits are not refunded. Credits cannot be moved to another account.

The refund rule is written in the terms and repeated in several places. The E-Wallet is a virtual credit that cannot be refunded unless a refund request is made within 14 days after its first loading, and only if none of the credit has been spent, not even partly. The terms say repeated or excessive use of that refund option can lead to limits on buying credits, such as a temporary suspension of credit purchases or limits on the amount or frequency of loads. They also say no refunds are available for completed transactions, except for a technical error, a system malfunction or an unauthorized charge caused by ACW BV. That applies to a single or a recurring payment.

A model VIP subscription is stopped from the VIP subscriptions page of the account, where the help pages say each subscription has its own Stop re bill option. For the optional recurring top-up, the terms let the member cancel or change the authorization at any time through the user account. The change takes effect immediately unless the next recurring payment has already started, and funds already added are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the law requires otherwise. A member who disputes a recurring amount must contact customer support within 14 days after the funds were placed. The terms state that the platform may change the user conditions and that changes take effect 14 days after publication on the site. Billing questions go to a billing contact reached from the help page, and a live chat support page exists.

What the money buys and who the offer fits

What the money buys is time in paid private sessions, plus access to the VIP photos and videos that the bonus attaches. The site also lists categories by type, a VR section, an interactive toy section and a Cam2Cam option in which a member shares their own camera, and it describes its public chat as free.

The offer fits a viewer who wants to try free public chat first, register for the free VIP video, and add credits only when a private show is wanted. It fits someone who is already buying a larger credit pack by credit card and would like VIP videos added. It also suits a reader who dislikes automatic monthly charges, since the credit page promises single payments and both monthly options, the wallet top-up and a model VIP subscription, are left to the member.

It fits less well a reader who wants a bonus on a small first top-up, because on the credit card list the bonus lines sit on the larger packs. Each performer sets the per-minute price, so the credit page itself prints no session cost. The 14 day refund applies only to unspent credit. The bonus is VIP videos, and the pages describe no way to turn videos back into credit.
