What X-Art is and what the offer is

X-Art is a single studio site, not a network, that calls itself "beautiful erotica" and sells subscription access to its own videos and photo sets. The terms are issued by Blue Sky Media Holdings, LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales with a registered office on Great Portland Street in London. The standing offer is a marked-down price on every plan: each line of the join page prints a struck regular price beside a lower one and a percentage off, from a monthly plan that renews to a 3-year plan paid once. A second join page headed "FABULOUS FALL SALE" cuts the longer plans further and adds a 2-year term. There is no free or paid trial, so the choice is between terms and between recurring and one-time payment.

The plan ladder and the markdowns

The standard join page has a monthly plan recurring each month, a 6-month plan recurring every 6 months, and 1-year and 3-year plans, both marked "One-time payment". Every line carries the same package in the page's words: unlimited downloads, "HD Erotic Videos up to 4K", images up to 4000 pixels and "Over 225+ gorgeous fashion models". Since the package does not change, the decision rests on length, price and renewal.

As of October 2026 the join page shows the monthly plan as $24.95 against a struck $49, labeled "50% OFF", and the 3-year plan at $299 with "70% OFF"; the 6-month and 1-year plans sit between them, each with its own struck price and percentage. These markdowns are the brand's standing presentation of the ladder, with no end date and no code.

The fall sale page, also read in October 2026, sells the same plans for less. Its 6-month plan, still recurring every 6 months, is $69, where the standard page asks $99.95, and its 3-year plan is $199; the 1-year and a new 2-year plan, both one-time payments, fall between. The sale page gives no end date. A banner on the home, contact and legal pages reads "Flash Sale" and "Limited-time pricing" and links to the sale prices, again without a date.

After the purchase: renewal and what recurs

With no trial there is nothing to convert, so renewal is the question. The terms say monthly and 6-month subscriptions "automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle and recur automatically until cancelled by the customer". The 1-year, 2-year and 3-year lines are one-time payments on both join pages and do not renew. The terms give no renewal price separate from the plan price, and they print no clause that holds the joining price.

One wording point in the terms runs against the join pages. The refund policy groups the 6-month and 1-year plans as "non-recurring longer-term subscriptions", while its own renewal clause and both join pages show the 6-month plan as recurring. The join pages and the renewal clause agree, so a 6-month member should expect it to repeat until canceled.

The checkout page reached from the join flow holds an email field, a card payment form, a "Pay with Cryptocurrency" option and a pay button that states the chosen plan's price in USD. It adds no second product, add-on or tick box.

Billing

The checkout page names Blue Sky Media Holdings and its London address and states: "This transaction will appear on your card statements as: "Blue Sky Media Holdings"." That is the statement text to expect. Prices are in US dollars, and the pay button says USD. The privacy section says card details are handled "exclusively by our credit card processors" and are not accessible to the company, but neither the checkout nor the legal page names those processors. Cryptocurrency is offered as the alternate method, described as fast, secure and anonymous, without naming a coin. The terms list no added taxes or fees.

Getting out

Cancellation, under the terms, can be done at any time through the account settings or by contacting customer support, and the contact page sends both cancellation and billing questions to a support email address. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access until then. For the recurring plans the terms ask for cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and no refund is given for an automatic renewal canceled after that date.

The refund rule has a 30-day window. For the monthly plan, and for the 6-month and 1-year plans, a refund can be requested through the support portal or by email within the first 30 days, and it is pro-rated for the unused part of the period; after 30 days there is none, though a 6-month or 1-year plan stays active to the end of its term. Outside that window, partial periods are refunded only where the law requires it or, at the company's discretion, for technical failure or duplicate billing. Requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days and approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The policy does not cover the 2-year or 3-year plans by name.

What the money buys, and who it suits

The front page lists dated updates through October 10, 2026, alternating 4K or HD videos with image sets, and filters for male-female couples and lesbian scenes among its categories. The terms give subscribers a single-copy license to download content for personal, non-commercial use, and warn that shared passwords are detected and disabled and that abusers are reported to the card processing companies. The site's own tags describe its style as erotica and erotic photography, with keywords that include "female friendly porn".

Personal data, per the legal page, is held in the EU/EEA, kept while the account is active and for two years after, and requests about it are answered within 30 days; marketing email goes only to members who opt in.

The fall sale's one-time plans suit a reader who wants a long stretch of the studio's erotica without any renewal, and the 3-year line carries the deepest percentage the pages print. The marked-down monthly plan suits a short stay by someone who will cancel 24 hours before it renews. It suits less well a reader who wants a trial before paying, since none is offered and the 30-day pro-rated refund is the only cushion, or one buying a 2-year or 3-year plan who wants a written refund rule, since the policy stops at the 1-year plan.
