What Burning Angel is and what the offer is
Burning Angel is a goth, tattoo and alternative adult studio that its own pages date to 2002, and the home page carries the line "Burning Angel is an Adult Time studio". That is the heart of what a member pays for: the studio's own videos plus, in the join page's words, access to Adult Time with over 400 channels of original content, over 60,000 videos and new releases every day. The footer gives Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem, Netherlands, as owner and operator, and the terms, last updated March 24, 2026, are an agreement with DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc.
The way in at a lower price is a 3 day paid trial. Prices are shown in euros. There is no free trial, no sale banner and no printed code, so the reader's decision turns on the trial's first charge and what it becomes afterward.
The plan ladder and the offer in detail
Three cards make up the ladder. The trial card is labeled "Streaming Only", "Limited Access" and "No Downloads", with a "Start trial" button. A 1 month card and a 1 year card follow, both headed "Streaming + Downloads" and "Unlimited Access", although each also prints the words "No Downloads" in its list of features, a contradiction the join page leaves standing.
The join page read in October 2026 bills the trial period €2.95 and then recurs at €29.95 a month. The plain 1 month card shows €19.95 a month, billed in one payment and recurring at the same amount. The 1 year card shows €11.95 /month as its headline and a single charge of €143.40 that recurs once a year; both figures are the page's own.
No card is struck through, no offer has an end date, and a "Have a promo code?" link sits under the cards with no code anywhere on the site to go in it. The difference between the cards is therefore the ordinary one between short and long terms, with the trial as the only promotional price.
Downloads on the paid plans have a ceiling in section 9 of the terms: 300 GB per day, a figure the company may change without notice. Going over it can get an account suspended or banned, and a banned member gets a pro-rated refund for the unused part of the term.
After the trial and at renewal
This is where the trial deserves a slow read. In October 2026 its own card says it recurs at €29.95, while the 1 month card next to it charges €19.95, and the page offers no reason for the difference. On the page's own figures, a member who starts with the trial and stays is billed the higher monthly rate, and nothing on the join page says the trial member can switch to the lower card later.
Section 8.3 of the terms describes the same conversion in general words. The trial's length is shown at joining and on the emailed receipt; monthly billing starts at the end of the trial, and renewal continues month after month unless the member cancels before the trial has run out. Registration can also trigger an authorization of up to one month of service on the card, which the issuer may hold against the available balance or credit limit while the trial lasts.
Paid terms, under section 8.2, renew for further periods of the same length at the price in force when the member signed up. The company may still adjust fees for legal and tax reasons, and a member who does not cancel within 30 days of a change is deemed to have accepted it. A later price cut or promotion brings no refund or price protection.
Nothing is pre-ticked on the join page. The terms mention two optional extras, pay-per-clip scenes and pay-per-site access to further sites, each a one-time charge that does not recur and stays available to the buyer for life.
Billing
The footer gives one processor for members' questions: billing inquiries and cancellations go to SEGPAY.com, which it calls the authorized payment processor, and a separate footer line points to Epoch.com for authorized sales agents. The terms add digigammasupport.com for billing inquiries, and billing disputes must be submitted in writing there.
Section 1.6 of the terms lists credit card, debit card, money order, online check and PayGarden gift cards as payment methods. Gift card memberships run differently from card ones: they do not renew, and they are never refunded in whole or in part. On top of the plan price the member carries taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations, which matters on a euro-priced site for anyone paying from another currency. A declined first payment may be retried within seven days, and a failed renewal can carry an administrative fee of up to $2, quoted in dollars in terms read in October 2026, until the full fee is collected. No statement descriptor is given anywhere on the site.
Getting out
Cancellation, under section 10, means giving notice to the company's Client Relations department through the form on famesupport.com or by contacting the department directly, with the full name, the email address and, where it applies, the last four digits of the payment method. The member stays liable for fees until 48 hours after Client Relations has received and acknowledged the notice, and section 8.2 separately sets a 48 hour cutoff before each renewal. For the trial, section 8.3 only asks that cancellation come before the trial ends, so a trial member who waits until the third day risks running into the 48 hour cutoff.
The refund policy page, repeated in section 11.2, is short and firm: once the login has been used, fees are not refunded; not using the membership is no ground for a refund; partly used months earn no credit. When the company does refund, it credits the original payment method within ten days of contact with Client Relations and never pays out in cash or by paper check. A charge believed to be wrong must be reported in writing within 30 days of the statement on which it first appears.
What the money buys, and who the offer suits
The join page's feature list claims 8+ updates per day, original content subtitled in 7 languages, round-the-clock support, apps on Fire TV and Chromecast, VR streaming from a headset and compatibility with interactive toys. Among the network libraries it names are Girlsway, Fantasy Massage and Office Playtime, plus series such as Transfixed and Future Darkly. The studio's own strand is alternative and goth-styled; the newest Burning Angel episodes shown on the home page carry 2021 dates, so most of what is new each day comes from the wider network.
The trial fits a viewer curious about both the studio archive and Adult Time who will cancel through famesupport.com or Segpay before day three. The 1 year card fits someone sure they will stay. Anyone counting on the trial to roll into the cheaper monthly card, wanting downloads in the first days, or expecting a refund after logging in should weigh those terms before paying.
