Playboy Plus

Tap a star to rate

Playboy Plus is a paid photo and video site built on the Playboy archive: Playmates, nude celebrities and centerfold pictorials, with "fresh content added regularly" in the join page's words. The footer says the site is operated by Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem in the Netherlands, the terms name the contracting party as DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc., and the Playboy names and rabbit-head design are used under license from Playboy Enterprises International, Inc. The saving on the join page comes as a short paid trial and as a first month at half the regular monthly price, and the longer plans add free months to a prepaid term. All prices are in euros, and there is no free trial: even the entry plan is a charge. What decides the real cost is what each plan turns into, because both the trial and the half-price month roll into the regular monthly fee.

The plans and the offer

Signing up happens in two steps on one page: an account is created first (a password of 8 to 32 characters, agreement to the terms and privacy policy, and consent to promotional email), then a plan is chosen. The plans run from the trial through a 30-day plan and a 60-day plan up to an 18-month term. The trial lasts 3 days with limited streaming and no downloads. The other plans all state unlimited streaming and no downloads, so the join page sells no download plan at any price. A "Have a promo code?" link sits under the plan list; the page prints no code.

In October 2026 the join page spells out the trial and what follows it in one line: "Your trial period will be billed €2.95 Recurring at €29.95 / 30 days". The 30-day plan carries the label "Save 50%" and costs €14.95 for the first month, then recurs at that same monthly fee, so the half-price offer is measured against the same plan's own recurring fee. The 60-day plan is headed "1 Month FREE" and recurs monthly after its first payment. The 18-month plan, headed "6 Months FREE", is billed as one payment of €125.10, which the page prints as €6.95 a month, and it then recurs at €125.00 every 12 months. The first payment and the renewal of that plan are therefore different amounts on different periods, and the page gives no note on why.

The join page gives no end date for the half-price month or the free-month labels, and it does not say whether the trial or the first-month price is limited to new members.

What the trial and the first month turn into

The trial is the plan to read slowly. Section 8.3 of the terms says monthly billing starts when the trial period ends and that the membership then renews every month unless it is canceled before the trial is over. With 3 days on the clock, that window is short. The same clause lets the company authorize the payment method for up to a month of service at registration, and warns that a card company may lower the available balance or credit limit while the trial runs to reflect that hold.

Renewal on the paid plans follows section 8.2: each membership runs for its term and then renews automatically for prepaid periods of the same length, at the rates in effect when the member first joined, until canceled. Section 8.1 adds that rebills follow the fee and frequency shown on the receipt emailed at sign-up, so that receipt is the document to keep. For the half-price month the result is the reduced first charge followed by the full monthly fee. If a fee rises because of a change in law or tax, staying on for 30 days without canceling counts as agreeing to the new fee. The company also offers no price protection and no refund if a lower price or a promotion appears later.

Section 8.6 adds smaller charges. A declined payment may be retried within 7 days of the first attempt to join, and the company may complete the purchase at a lower first amount while keeping the original rebill fee. If a recurring payment fails, as read in October 2026 the terms allow an administrative fee of up to $2 to keep the membership active until the full fee clears; that fee is written in dollars while the join page prices in euros.

Billing

Playboy Plus names its processor in a footer line: questions about billing, and cancellations, go to "SEGPAY.com, our authorized payment processor". A second footer line refers to "Epoch.com authorized sales agents" without saying when Epoch rather than Segpay takes the payment, and no billing descriptor is printed, so the statement text is not given. For billing disputes and other billing questions the terms point to digigammasupport.com.

Section 1.6 of the terms names the accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, money order, online check, or gift cards through the PayGarden service. A membership bought with a PayGarden gift card is the exception to renewal: the terms say it will not be rebilled and gets no refund or partial refund. Members carry taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations on their fees.

Apart from the subscription, the terms describe pay-per-clip scene purchases and pay-per-site access to additional sites, each a one-time charge with lifetime access to what was bought, whatever the membership type. The join page shows no add-on or pre-selected extra at checkout.

Cancelling and refunds

To cancel, the terms send members to client relations: complete the form at famesupport.com or contact client relations directly, giving full name, email address and, where it applies, the last four digits of the payment method. Fees keep accruing until 48 hours after the company receives and acknowledges the notice, and the renewal clause asks for cancellation 48 hours before a term renews. The terms do not say that access continues to the end of a period already paid for.

The refund page is short and strict. Fees are non-refundable once the login details have been used, and not using the membership is no ground for a refund. Partially used periods get no refund or credit. When the company does refund, it credits the original payment method, never cash or a check, within 10 days of the member's contact with client relations. One clause cuts the other way: an account banned for going over the download limit gets a pro-rated refund for the time left on its term. A charge the member believes is wrong must be reported in writing through digigammasupport.com within 30 days of the statement where it first shows.

What the membership opens and who it suits

The site describes high-definition photos and videos, behind-the-scenes pictorials and interviews, and regular updates, much of it glamour and centerfold photography, including remastered Playmate pictorials. The home page sorts content into Playmates, Celebrities, Playboy Muses, All Stars, Editors Choice, International and VIP Content, and its menu links Playboy TV, Playboy Live, a shop and a club. Downloads, where a plan allows them, are held to a 300 GB daily ceiling by section 9.1. No page says a Playboy Plus membership includes Playboy TV or any other site; extra sites appear only as separate pay-per-site purchases.

The trial suits someone who wants a few days with the archive for a small first charge and will cancel inside the 3-day window if it is not for them. The half-price month fits a reader who wants a full month but should expect the regular monthly fee from the second month. The 18-month plan has the smallest per-month figure on the page, with the caveat that the refund rule is strict once a login has been used and the plan renews for 12 months at a time.
