Playboy TV
Tap a star to rate
Playboy TV is a streaming subscription for adult series rather than a photo archive. The join page calls it "your all-access pass to the most seductive adult entertainment on screen" and lists original series, reality shows, documentaries and erotic specials. The site names more than one operator: the join page footer names Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem in the Netherlands, while the footer of the home page names Gamma Billing Inc. of Beverly Hills, California, and the terms are an agreement with "DigiGamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc." The Playboy marks are used under license from Playboy Enterprises International, Inc. Money-wise, the join page opens with a short paid trial, a 30-day plan sold at half its recurring price for the first month, and longer prepaid plans whose labels promise free months. None of them is free to start, and each rolls into a recurring dollar charge, which is the part a subscriber should weigh.
Plans and prices on the join page
Joining happens on a single page. Step 1 creates the account: a password of 8 to 32 characters with a digit, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a special character, a box agreeing to the terms and privacy policy, and a line consenting to promotional email. Step 2 is the plan list, which runs from the 3-day trial through 30-day and 60-day plans to an 18-month term. The trial is limited streaming with no downloads; the paid plans offer unlimited streaming, also with no downloads. A "Have a promo code?" link sits below the plans without any code printed beside it.
Read in October 2026, the trial line says "Your trial period will be billed $2.95 Recurring at $29.95 / 30 days". The 30-day plan is marked "Save 50%": one payment of $14.95, after which it recurs at the full monthly price. The 60-day plan, labeled "1 Month FREE", recurs monthly after its opening payment. The 18-month plan, labeled "6 Months FREE", is one payment of $125.10, printed by the page as $6.95 a month, and afterward it recurs at a separate 12-month price printed on the same line, which differs slightly from the first payment. The free-month labels and the "Save 50%" tag are the page's own words; the page does not set out what they are measured against beyond the recurring figures it prints.
No end date is given for any of these prices, and the join page does not limit the trial or the half-price month to new members in so many words.
When the trial or the opening month ends
Section 8.3 of the terms covers the trial. Its length varies by offer and is shown during joining and on the receipt emailed to the member; on this join page it is 3 days. When those days run out, the company starts charging the monthly fee, and the membership keeps renewing month by month unless it was canceled before the trial ended. At registration the company may place an authorization for up to a month of service on the payment method, and the clause warns that the card's available balance or credit limit can drop during the trial because of it.
Section 8.2 sets the rule for the paid plans. A membership lasts for its term, then renews by itself for prepaid periods of the same length at the rates that applied when the member joined, and keeps doing so until it is canceled. Section 8.1 ties each rebill to what the sign-up receipt shows, so the email that confirms the purchase also states the amount and timing of later charges. Put simply, the half-price month turns into the full monthly fee from the second month, and the 18-month plan turns into a 12-month renewal. The terms also allow fee changes driven by laws and taxes, treat a member who does not cancel within 30 days of such a change as accepting it, and rule out price protection or refunds when a lower price or a promotion turns up later.
Section 8.6 handles failed payments. A declined first payment may be retried within 7 days, possibly at a lower first amount while the original rebill fee stays in place. As of October 2026 the terms also allow an administrative fee of up to $2 when a recurring payment fails, charged to keep the membership running until the full fee goes through.
Billing
Each page's footer sends billing questions and cancellations to "SEGPAY.com, our authorized payment processor" and also points to "Epoch.com authorized sales agents". The site does not say which company handles which payment, and it prints no billing descriptor, so the statement text is not given. For disputes and further billing questions the terms point to digigammasupport.com.
Accepted payment methods, per section 1.6, are credit card, debit card, money order, online check, and gift cards through the PayGarden service. Gift card memberships sit outside the renewal rule: section 8.5 says they are never rebilled and never refunded, in whole or in part. Taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations are on the member. Outside the subscription, the terms allow pay-per-clip scenes and pay-per-site access to other sites, each a one-time charge with lifetime access to what was bought; nothing extra is pre-selected on the join page.
Leaving and refunds
Cancellation goes to client relations, by the form on the famesupport.com site or by contacting client relations directly, and the notice should carry the member's full name, email address and, where relevant, the last four digits of the payment method. Fees remain payable until 48 hours after client relations receives and acknowledges the notice, and section 8.2 asks for cancellation 48 hours ahead of each renewal. Nothing in the terms says access lasts to the end of a period already paid.
The refund page allows little. Once the login has been used, fees are not refundable; not using the membership is no reason for a refund; part-month periods earn no refund or credit. Where Playboy TV agrees to repay, the money is credited to the card or method used for the purchase within 10 days of the member's contact with client relations; cash and checks are ruled out. Section 9.1 is the exception in the member's favor: an account banned for passing the download limit is refunded pro rata for its remaining term. Charges believed to be wrong must be raised in writing within 30 days of the statement that first shows them. Section 5.2 adds a location rule: a membership bought or used outside the permitted territory may be disabled with no refund of fees already paid.
What a subscription opens, and for whom
The home page is built around Top Shows and What's New, with each series listed by season and episode, and the site's menu has Shows, Episodes and Models sections plus links to Playboy Plus, Playboy Live, a shop and a club. The join page promises "New episodes and exclusive specials added regularly". Oddly, section 9.1 sets a daily download ceiling of 300 GB while every plan on the join page reads no downloads. No page says the subscription includes Playboy Plus or any other site; extra sites appear only as pay-per-site purchases.
The trial fits a viewer who wants to sample the series for a few days at a small cost and will cancel through client relations in time. The half-price month fits someone who wants a full month and accepts the regular monthly fee after it. The 18-month plan prints the smallest per-month figure on the page and suits a long-term viewer, with the caveat that a used login is not refundable and renewal then comes as a 12-month charge.
