What VI-VO is and what the offer is

VI-VO, written ビーボ in Japanese, is a smartphone-only video call and live streaming site that connects male members with amateur women. The terms name the operator as 株式会社エムモバ, and the pages are written entirely in Japanese. The site's own count is more than 50,000 registered women, which is a marketing claim and not something the pages break down further. Registration for men is free, and the free part of the site includes browsing profiles and reading incoming messages.

Two kinds of saving are on the table. The first is a limited-time gift of free points worth 3,000 yen, which the home page and the join page advertise in October 2026. The second is a series of discount events that cut the price of calls, messages or calls with new performers. Everything else runs on a prepaid points system with no subscription. Neither of the two pages that advertise the gift puts a date on it.

The point prices and the offer in detail

There is no plan ladder here. The site sells points and charges per action. In October 2026 the price page lists a video call at 230 points a minute and a voice call at 180 points a minute, with the reverse call options at the same two rates. Live stream viewing, messages, message attachments, paid posted images and videos and tips each carry their own point price on the same page. Watching a live stream is listed from 150 points a minute, and a plain message costs 80 points to send, with an image or a video message priced higher; receiving messages and reading blogs cost nothing. The terms add that charges are not announced to the member while a conversation is running, so the per-minute rate on the price page is the figure to keep in mind before a call.

Free actions are listed too: viewing profiles, blogs, free videos and free images, receiving messages as text, and playing a profile voice clip. As of October 2026 the page states that the free gift of 3,000 yen worth of points is "期間限定", limited time. It states no dates, no per-person limit and no minimum purchase, and it gives no expiry for the free points.

The three discount events are described as running regularly or irregularly. A new-performer event lowers the price of video and voice calls with newly joined women. A conversation discount event, held irregularly, lowers call prices. A message-sending discount event lowers the cost of sending messages. The pages give no percentages for any of them and no calendar, so a member learns the discount only when an event is running.

Buying points

The terms set out two payment routes for points. The first is a credit card issued by a card company the operator has approved, paid under that card company's rules. The second is a bank transfer to an account the operator designates, with the transfer fee borne by the buyer. Consumption tax and any other charges that apply fall on the user, according to the terms, which also say that any dispute between a user and a financial institution is for those two parties to settle. The balance is shown in the points display after login, and the terms forbid members from passing money between each other.

The FAQ adds a third route: a VI-VO prepaid card, paid for in advance and sold at bookstores and video shops across Japan. As listed in October 2026 it comes in three sizes, 2,200 yen for 2,000 points, 4,400 yen for 4,000 points and 6,600 yen for 6,000 points, and the FAQ says a card cannot be returned or exchanged once bought.

Login can also use a Google or Yahoo account, which is an account convenience rather than a payment route.

After the offer: what happens when the free points run out

Nothing renews. The terms state that the site is fully prepaid, so there is no late payment and the operator says it does not send payment demands. When the free points are gone, the member decides whether to buy more points or nothing. The pages describe no subscription, no trial that turns into a plan and no pre-selected add-on.

The clock that matters is the points expiry. The notice on prepaid payment instruments, which the pages publish, gives the validity as 180 days counted from the purchase date, with no upper limit on the amount that can be held. It adds that in principle no refund is made, and that a refund where the law requires one goes to a bank account in Japan. Points can be used only inside the VI-VO site. The pages do not say whether the free gift points follow the same 180-day rule.

Billing

The terms name no payment processor and the pages show no billing descriptor. Card payments use cards from card companies the operator has approved, and bank transfers go to a designated account. The currency is yen, and the home page notes that video and voice calls made through its free smartphone app incur no carrier call charge, only the site fee, though data charges apply and Wi-Fi is recommended. Because the pages publish no descriptor, a reader cannot tell from them what a card statement line will say.

Getting out and refunds

The refund rule is blunt. The terms say that no payment already made is refunded under any circumstances. A separate clause in the payment section repeats that points once purchased cannot be refunded for any reason.

Withdrawal is free of charge. A member requests it with the withdrawal button on the member information page and follows the on-screen steps, and if that does not work the support center can process it. Points left at withdrawal are extinguished. The company page lists a phone line open from 9:00 to 22:00 and an email address answered around the clock. The pages say nothing on notice periods because nothing recurs.

What the money buys, and who the offer suits

The main product is the two-way video call, plus voice calls, a message function that can carry text, photos and video, and live streams. The site also sells posted self-shot images and videos from its performers, and the pages claim 200 or more new posts a day and more than 150 blog entries a day. A purchased clip can be viewed again free of charge and is saved in a personal list. Rankings by day, week and month help a new member choose.

The offer fits a reader who reads Japanese, wants to spend in small prepaid amounts, and prefers a model with no automatic renewal. It also fits someone who wants to try calls with the free gift before buying anything. It suits less a reader who needs a refund route, who wants to know the processor or statement name before paying, or who needs the gift's conditions, since the offer pages state no end date and no expiry for it. Points that expire 180 days after purchase also work against a member who buys a large amount and uses it slowly.
